It was a flight with a tremendous amount of turbulence especially at landing, the flight deck and cabin crew were AMAZING! Everything was explained early and everyone was calm through the repeat attempts at landing. Thank you Delta for your professionalism and safety concerns.
I had to change my flight last minute due to a medical emergency. Their agent was compassionate and extremely helpful. This airlines really cares about making travel, for fun, work, or an emergency a customer-focused experience. Thank you!
No issues and clear sailing. What a preferred to have sat in one of empty seats other than my assigned seat that would be my only complaint if it was to complain.
They cancelled the flight and provided no support to find another way home or how to get a refund. Links provided didn’t work and phone wait times were over eight hours. Battery on my phone couldn’t last long enough.
Due to plane delays on both legs of my flight home, I had to be rerouted from Santa Rosa to Las Vegas on Skywest and then to DCA on American. SkyWest airlines sat on runway in Las Vegas for 20 minutes waiting for gate to clear. My boarding pass for American that I was given by Alaska was incomplete and the Las Vegas airport lacked signage and departure boards. I barely made my flight bc it was so confusing. American Airlines has a much better wireless connection. I’ll never fly Alaska again. It clearly has problems.
Flight was delayed two hours; for an hour and a half flight?! And so we missed our connecting flight to Rome because of the long walk between the terminals. Hoping to hear back from Alaska about some compensation for our missed flight and night stay in Los Angeles.
It was my first time flying Alaska Airlines and first time flying from Santa Rosa airport. The staff was very professional and friendly. Their instructions were clear and any question was answered satisfactorily. My seat was comfortable and the in-flight beverage service very adequate for the duration of the flight. We arrived ahead of the scheduled landing time and deplaning was simple. I look forward to flying with Alaska again.
I’m New to Alaska Airlines. I was not able to connect to WiFi on either leg of my flights to/from Santa Rosa. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable ride.

The first flight attendant who served refreshments was not pleasant at all. No eye contact, no smile, I used my “please “ and “thank you “ and all but had pretzels thrown at me. Next one far surpassed pleasantries and more like Alaska Air! Good leg room, comfortable seats. Boarding was without flaws. I didn’t order food….
Flight was 3 hours delayed. They gave our plan to two other routes. Need to knock that off.
We called Kayak for a change due to the TSA situation in Atlanta. What we got was a canceled return flight (in error) and we had to find the mistake. Not happy with Kayak who blamed it on AA.

This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with the AA crew. I believe it was disability-related. It’s unlikely I will fly AA again.
I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.
The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.
