I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.

Short flight, crew members were very nice, so much so I'll take the return flight next weekend

It went well until they lost my baggage in Toronto. Bagging tracking stopped after my bag was unloaded in Toronto. My bag tag has been inactive since. I had over a 2 hour layover and there is no excuse for lost baggage with that time frame and only after one flight

I would highly recommend Air candidate to anyone that wants to fly and enjoy the experience. The crew is friendly. The seating was comfortable all the amenities you would want were available.

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.

A delay in ETD that is not part of the flight , that could be managed.

The flight had maintenance issues eventually resulting in cancelation. Additionally, the staff on the ground was not helpful to assist with rebooking the flights resulting in an overall unpleasant experience and we missed a family wedding due to the cancelation.

The flight was cancelled and the flight they booked me on in lieu of was repeatedly delayed, meaning my arrival time was delayed from about 8:30 pm until after midnight. The airline offered little explanation and no recompense for this 4-hour delay.
