Pros: "Couldn't get on the flight. Santo Domingo airport Delta crew wouldn't let us on. We waited in a slow check in line - then they said it was too late to get on. We had plenty of time to get to the gate. Had to wait until the next day to get home."

Pros: "The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Cons: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Cons: "Since it was a flight from Seoul, Korea to Seattle; it would've been nicer if all the movies had Korean subtitles-- my 4-yo boy who only speaks Korean, couldn't make it through more than 15 mins of a movie because he couldn't understand (of course, some of that is due to age & short attention-span). But he kept saying, "I hate English" in Korean while trying to pick a movie. Also, I'm 6'2"; so while it was nice having the whole row for my kids to lay down in-- I was cramped and uncomfortable the whole flight, even moreso with Delta's seats being closer together than on other international carriers I've flown."

Finally it has been my consistent experience on United that the stewardesses are really unfriendly. They do their job just fine but do they look so miserable compared to other companies. Do the airline treat them real bad?"

I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Cons: "Everything else. The only redeeming feature of the flight experience was the great flight attendant onboard and the fact that we actually landed at my destination. The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"

Pros: "The flight never took place, and I was never notified - not by United, not by Kayak, not by anyone. I called Customer Service on March 31 when I was notified the flight from Marrakech was rerouted to Liege, Belgium and was told to take a bus to Brussels. When I got to Liege, I was boarding a bus to Brussels when someone told me the airport was closed. I then got my flights rebooked on Lufthansa. Why was I never notified that the United flight was cancelled? I haven't checked on it yet, as I just got home after flying 3 flights from Liege instead of 1 flight from Brussels. I understand the situation is bad, but why NO NOTIFICATION?"

They consistently from start to finish made jokes about how bad the airline was which made it apparent they know how terrible they are and it’s all intentional. I was beyond appalled and will NEVER fly them again!"

Cons: "Very uncomfortable trip. By the time I was done paying for baggage and a seat cus I don’t want to sit in the middle I could have bought a more expensive flight"

Cons: "This was the final leg of my return from Athens, Greece ....... a short 3.5 hour flight that turned into a nearly 4 hour delay arriving home at 3:40am and in with patients at work at 8am. Also when asked for a soft drink, I paid for this? Shouldn’t a simple soft drink be some courtesy after such a delay? Just thinking out loud from past experiences I’ve had with my travels"

Pros: "I liked the cheap fare, but it was misleading because once you pay for your seat, bags and water, its just as much as a regular price."
Cons: "Nickel and dimed for everything. Minimum $5-$25 for a seat, $45 for checked bag, $40 for carry on, $3 coffee, no beverage service. And the plame was filthy to boot. So gross, never again."

Cons: "I wish the cushions in the sitting chairs could be a bit more comfortable. Specially for a 3 hour plus flight. Costumer service was excellent. Thank you."

Cons: "The seats are uncomfortable the bag ck was $30 on the way and then $40 on the way back for some reason. The excuse was well that was last week's rate...... really!!! To get a exit Isle seat would have been over another $40 per seat, of course no one was in them the entire flight .. they were like we'll we charge for that because our flights are so cheep. Well I dont think over $450.00 was cheep for us to go to Vegas. Oh plus the extra over $70 for one ck baggage. Never again... and that was the thoughts of a lot of people.."

Cons: "Took sooooo long to get our bags after the flight! Over 30 mins."

Pros: "Not a fan of the crew rambling on the speakers trying to sell me on frequent flyer programs and whatever else as I am helplessly stuck there. I'm used to frontier with its fees for every little thing, but the loud sales pitch while I'm just trying to get through the flight is never appreciated"

Pros: "Friendly crew, on time departure, great landing by flight crew."
Cons: "My flight was on time departing and arrived at my destination a little early, which the crew was eager to point out. However, my entire flight waited over an hour at the baggage claim! the baggage claim was crammed with multiple flights and the Frontier personnel kept changing what baggage claim my bag was coming from (I literally was directed from baggage claim 1 to baggage claim 3 then back to baggage claim 1). This is unacceptable. Don't boast that you got us to our destination ahead of schedule and then make everyone wait over an hour just to get our bags."

Pros: "Very Uncomfortable seats. No refreshments"

Pros: "One of the few Frontier flights not cancelled"
Cons: "Lost our luggage on a single-leg flight."

Pros: "Direct flight"
Cons: "Frontier charges you for EVERYTHING. Drinks, carry on bags. And there's no comfort at all. The seats are thin and don't recline. There is zero entertainment. Don't fly them if you think you're saving money because by the time you are done, you've paid extra for everything so it's the same price as other airlines, and definitely less comfortable. Will never fly them again."

Pros: "Price, but because I had to check a bag, the price ended up being the same as another more comfortable flight which would have offered more amenities. And I had to jam my carry on bag (which is free on other flights) into my checked bag, or it would have been more expensive overall."
Cons: "The seats were horrible. Super uncomfortable and didn't recline. No free beverages on the flight which would have been nice to know beforehand since this was a 3+ hour flight. Frontier would have been a good choice for a 30 minute hop to vegas from Phoenix. Terrible choice for a long flight across the country."

Cons: "Do something about your lines for checking baggage. They are outrageous. I didn't make my flight."

Pros: "I paid for the Perks and got priority checkin to bypass your broken kiosks but then at the gate there wasn't a separate lane for priority. I guess I got a benefit but if I'm paying more than base I want more service."
Cons: "If you're going to force me to check a bag that I carry on with every other airline - force me to pay for the unbundled services - you need to get the bags out faster than 35 minutes. I expect actual service when I pay for it. Also, I was in row 4 and the guy in front of me reclined into my lap and I couldn't go back. Need to make that clear at seat selection. That seat is NOT worth as much as the row in front of or behind it. If I knew I could have picked better."

Cons: "Upon arriving to the airport none of the kiosks were working- very chaotic. A long line prevented us from checking in within the 45 minute timeframe Frontier requires so we missed our flight. Since they don't sister with any other flight companies our options were to purchase new tickets through another airline ($950) rent a car and drive 12 hours to get home ($450) or wait 2 days until the next flight out. The moral of the story is: you get what you pay for!!!!"

Cons: "All I took was my purse! And I wasn't or have ever been charged for my purse. But in Austin the lady at the counter said I had to pay for it. It was the only thing I had. No luggage was checked and all I had was my purse and he made me pay for it and it even fit in the cubby they told me to put it in. She said it was a carry on item. I told her that they did not charge me for my purse when I flew in from Denver to Austin the previous day! I was disgusted by the whole thing!!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour and only gave the information one time after it was past the time of boarding."

Cons: "The 4pm flight was delayed about an hour, so I went and grabbed a beer to wait it out. I got back to the gate right as they were announcing final boarding. Even though I was one of the last passengers to board, I wasn't worried because I had reserved my seat way ahead of time (always go for the window), and had made it before the doors closed. As soon as I got on, the flight attendants rudely told me the plane was full as if I wasn't supposed to be getting on. I showed them my ticket, and they changed their tone a little, then went to check my seat. Apparently it was somehow double booked, and there was no other seat available (or so they told me). They then told me "we can maybe get you on the 9:50pm flight, go to customer service" (original flight was 4pm). Didn't offer to do anything else for me, didn't even tell me where customer service was in the airport, just kicked me off the plane and then took off, treating me from start to finish AS IF I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE. Waited in the customer service line for about an hour, finally got to the front and was able to get a seat on the 9:50pm flight. Customer service rep snidely told me "don't be late this time" as if my waiting until final boarding justified the fact that they had given my seat away. That flight was then delayed until 11pm. I didn't land back home until around 2am, and had work the next day at 8am. I was never compensated whatsoever for the whole ordeal, nor was I even treated politely - the entire time, they tried to make me feel as if I was in the wrong. I used to love Frontier, I'm from Denver and have used them almost every time I've gone back to visit there. I WILL NEVER BE FLYING FRONTIER AGAIN. The new management brought along with it bush league baggage policies, nickel and diming around every corner, and some of the worst customer service I could imagine. Such a shame."

Pros: "My God what an excruciating 3 hour endeavor. Kicks, screams, and all in the awful pitch of a little brat. Kid wouldn't sit down and wouldn't shut up. Flight was full so when I asked to move there were no other options. In all of the flights of my life, by far the worst experience."

Pros: "Good Fly, nice atention and good landing"

Cons: "While I am thankful that we made it back to the airport after some mechanical issues. I called Frontier and ask them to get me on a different flight that night or first thing the next morning. They would not help me. They kept telling me I had to talk to the agents in the terminal. There were 200 other people standing in line waiting to be helped. They offered no alternative. Wouldn't even book me with another airline to get me to my destination. The best Frontier customer service on the phone would do was changed my flight to Saturday night. Which did not good since I was coming back from my trip on Sunday."

Cons: "The hidden fees are outrageous. Seriously, paying $40 for a carry-on bag? And having to pay for a seat if you don't want it randomly assigned? Dishonest business practices. The cost of flying frontier is a good hundred dollars more at least than t he stated ticket price"

Cons: "They charge per EVERY bag, even if its a small carry on. Cheap once you buy the ti kets but adding the baggage prices, might as well travel on a better airline. Their customer service via online and telephone is awful"

Pros: "The crew was very helpful and courteous during the flight."
Cons: "The way a certain passenger rushed to get off the plane practically running people over."

Pros: "Pilot was great very smooth take off and landing"
Cons: "4+ hour delay. 2 flights scheduled out of CInci To Denver. We were on the early flight and ended up leavin 30 minutes later than the late flight. Baggage claim was a joke. Took 90 minutes as they had our luggage on the 2 different planes. No one knew where our stuff was it which carousel it would be on. Missed our dinner meeting and ride from the airport. Luckily we weren't trying to make a connection like many people were"

Pros: "The flight was itself was great. Very fast and we even made it to our destination 30 minutes early. Crew was very friendly."
Cons: "This airline nickel and dimes you for everything. From baggage to food and beverages during the flight. If you have a carryon or have checked a bag you will be charged. If you want to be guaranteed to sit with you party then you need to pay additional prices for that as well. If you don't care where you sit then there is no additional charge. Seats are very tight and no a lot of leg room."

Pros: "That it was a short direct flight."
Cons: "People are packed into the plane like sardines. There is very little room. It is often hot until the flight gets going."

Pros: "Not crashing."
Cons: "Everything is sold separately, pay for seat, pay for luggage, pay for beverage. I really wanted to chew someone out for leaving us on the tarmac 2 hours. But who? Not the crew. Horrible experience."

Pros: "I loved everyone's positive and comical attitude! I've never seen so much positivity and fun from and airline staff before! Because of this, I truly enjoyed flying with Frontier and will keep flying with them. Great prices and even better customer service! Thank you!"

Pros: "Cheap fare"
Cons: "The remodeled interior puts the seats closer together from front to back and don't recline. That also limits the size of the tray table, which is tiny. Even as a tiny, short person, it was uncomfortable. For anyone of normal stature it would be torture. Paying for a "better" seat appears to provide very little if any added benefit, just keeps your party together. There is no entertainment, movies, music, or wifi so bring your battery pack charger. There is only expensive junk food to eat. My only option on my coast to coast flight was a red eye. So you arrived just wiped out. So if you do this to save money, in my overall assessment, it's just not worth it. I'll never do it again."

Pros: "Nothing really."
Cons: "Frontier advertised cheaper fares but when all the nickel and diming is done (like the baggage fees, seating fees, in flight drink fees) your better off spending a little more up front with another airline than falling for their cheaper fares. They try to sell you 'a roomier seat' but delivery seats which reminds me of public transit. They don't recline and they also don't have a tray large enough to accommodate a laptop!! Hard plastic covered in vinyl with fancy stitching. Try sitting for 4 hours on that! Southwest is a much better choice."

Pros: "The flight was on time despite the Chicago snows. The gate staff and onboard flight staff were friendly and professional."
