The WiFi was not working. That made for a long flight.

Stop changing gates. Stop cancelling flights Stop moving my seat.

The boarding process doesn't make sense since some people that will sit behind your rows are boarded before you and then they take up the luggage space above your head. I then have to wait for people to get off the plane before I can go back to get my luggage.

Good flight. Connector flight was delayed so made a short turnaround in Atlanta which was stressful. Otherwise, great crew, Staff in ATL was very informative about the delay and ensured people their connections were fine. Notified the ones that were not. Great communication.

Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.

Improve boarding- the zone assignment and boarding is always a mess- there is not clear instructions of what is going on at the gate. As a meme bet there is no more selection of a good seats when booking. Only offers middle seats to choose or pay extra. There is not more benefit with Amex no benefits at all.

Flight crew issues delayed my flight by 2 1/2 hours. Causing me to miss my connection.

The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
