Cons: "The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."

Cons: "This was a 2 layover rebooking of a one layover flight, which was late (I would be missing my connection). I asked an Air France rep in Japan to assign me an exit row seat (it’s a 14 hrs flight and I am almost 6 ft tall). She showed me the plane diagram and picked a seat, but when I arrived it turned out I was in a row directly behind. WiFi did not worked and the flight attendant said “they could not do anything” My film was interrupted twice (with a random film drubbed in Korean) and had to be reset manually Food was not great (and menues are identical on all delta flights - this was my 5th delta flight in the course of one week), the snack in particular (leek and mushroom cream soup-like mass wrapped in a tortilla - who ever thought of this? And one of the flight attendants was aloof and snappy."

Cons: "The 767 is no longer feasible at the load factors that the airline is using for it. Although the seats had been re-furbished, the overhead space is completely unsuited for roll on luggage and so, can't even come close to accommodating the number of bags that are brought on to any flight close to capacity. I would think that it would be beneficial for American to waive the checked baggage fee on any 767 flight to keep from boarding delays due to lack of overhead space. Also, on this flight we had the added problem of a maintenance issue. The flight departure kept getting pushed back in 15 minute increments and there appeared to be a disturbing lack of knowledge of what needed to be done and the time it would take to finish the repair and more on the paperwork to release the plane. We were kept in cramped and uncomfortable circumstances for 3 hours for a 2.5 hour flight.. This was a bad experience."

Arrived at SFO only to be told that they would not pay for the hotel (or make arrangements) as the delay was weather related (since when is trying to leave BEFORE a typhoon hits and being LATE a weather related issue). They gave me the option of after a 13 hour flight at 11:30pm walking over to find AA staff in another terminal to argue for payment. I was too tired. After 1 million miles on AA I will avoid them now."

Pros: "I got an upgrade to economy plus for the first time in my life. The supper was good, the service was efficient and the staff was courteous, one of the best flight crews that I’ve had with United flights, and the extra leg room was a great welcome."
Cons: "The snack and breakfast were left to be desired. Upon arrival to destination, we had to wait for one hour and ten minutes for a gate to be available in spite of clear weather. I made my connecting flight just in time. Many other passengers missed their connecting flights. In this situation, it would have been appreciated if there were staff to direct us to help speed up the process, but most passengers with connecting flights were running around like headless chickens and loosing patience as we were left to fend for ourselves. Once again, United managed to drop the ball."

However, overall, I was comfortable and not disappointed in my purchase at all--especially for a 10+hr flight."

Cons: "When I landed in San Francisco, my ticket did not have a gate number on it. My layover was only 55 minutes long so I knew I needed to get straight to my gate. I looked at the screen of departures. The screen said Eugene was at gate 72. I rushed to gate 72 to find that on display screen for gate 72, it said boarding for passengers to Orange County. I then walked to information. The gentleman at information wrote down that my gate was gate 67. I hurried to gate 67 (with only 15 minutes until boarding for my flight began). At gate 67 I asked a United Airlines worker if I was at the correct gate. He said no, my gate was 72. I explained to him I was just there. He was very rude and said if I did not want to believe him, that's fine. I said no, I believe you, I just want to be certain I am going to the correct place as I should be boarding very soon. I started running back to gate 72. On my way I stopped at the United Airlines customer service desk and encountered yet another rude United Airlines associate named Irada. She told me I needed to wait my turn in line and could not help me, even though I needed to be boarding soon. I ran back to gate 72 and the board said Eugene. I asked a pilot who was sitting down on break about the reasoning behind the boards and he helped me. A pilot whose job is not at all in customer service was the one who helped while those with the job in customer service were rude. I was very exhausted and upset with the confusion and noone willing to help. I do not believe I will be flying with United anymore if associates who are supposed to be helpful are not."

Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

Pros: "Very attentive, great food selection, very clean toilets for the entire flight. I will happily upgrade to Business class for my next overseas flight."

Cons: "milk products in the snack, gross. in flight entertainment was annoying and just a preview, prompting constantly for me to pay more. would have been happier without a bright screen blaring bad tv show clips in my face."

Cons: "Boarding groups 3-5 lumped together into one Line."

Cons: "My flight from Seoul to Portland, OR was cancelled. They made us wait on the plane for 5 hours trying to reboot the plane and could not let us off during it due to customs which is understandable. However the process of rebooking the flight was a nightmare. I waited in line to rebook for 4 hours. They flew me to Japan, then to Denver and then to Portland without any seat reservations. They didnt want to provide any customer service or upgrades. It took me 48 hours to get back home. The flight attendants were also rude on both legs home. All in all, I would never recommend United for international or domestic flights. They have poor customer service and their planes are always delayed."

Pros: "Everything about this flight was satisfactory."
Cons: "Having to pay a baggage fee for the one bag I checked; lack of seat/leg room."

Cons: "Didn't hold our seats! Made it with ten minutes to spare, but sold our tickets when they could of called and said three passengers are on their way over!!!! Instead made a little more money!!!!"

Pros: "Early boarding, window seat"
Cons: "3 to a row, person in front reclining, man next to me had point of elbow on controls for video screen and pushed my volume to the very highest point! Too crowded and close."

Pros: "Nothing. This whole flight was absolutely terrible."
Cons: "There was no USB port to charge your phone. No personal screens on back of chairs. The flight attendants were the worst crew I've ever met... They didn't even speak the language when 95% of the passengers were Korean. Then they would get frustrated that they couldn't understand. I also hit my call button three times to ask for a pen to fill out customs sheet, but no one came after waiting 30 min. I assumed they were busy, so I got up and walked. But nope, they were all just hanging out in their area chatting and drinking. Ive never written a bad review, but in this case I almost even said something on my way out of the plane because it was just that bad!"

Pros: "On time!"
Cons: "Many open seats but I was crowded into the back with several small children directly behind me and to the side who were wiggling, screaming, crying with parents correcting, chastising and singing to them. Thank goodness the trip was just over an hour and not any longer'"

Pros: "Apparently United's pilots have better one on one customer service skills than the stewardesses"
Cons: "The horrible customer service and no updated aircrafts"

Pros: "To have better service and put on the correct timeframe"
Cons: "Never told and delayed 5 hours. I had to call United and they switched me to American ..."

Cons: "The long delay waiting for pilots kicked out butts. I'm about done flying United."

Cons: "I like everything from this."

Cons: "standing on the tarmac for a few minutes, waiting to board, was uncomfortably cold / I wasn't dressed for that."
