I was very surprised Japan Airlines staffs welcomed at boarding gate in Chubu Centrair,Nagoya with friendly smiles, chocolate and a mask for the upcoming flight. Also very comfortable seat, friendly crews during flight. One of the best flight !

Boarding process was chaotic on all flights. The Premium passenger was supposed to be separated and was not.
You left me stranded in Bali and wouldn’t rebook me. You wouldn’t give me a full refund. You made me purchase an entirely new flight with a different airline. I spent FIVE hours on hold waiting to speak with a representative. I will advise anyone I know to never fly China Airlines
The movies weren't working. They served one glass of wine. The stewardesses didn't seem to be interested in any issues.
Cabin crew was wonderful and very attentive. Smooth flight with good food. 787 Dreamliner for a long haul 13 hour flight. First airline where I see the cabin crew clean the lavatories mid-flight! Overall a great experience.Would fly again.

Boarding was chaotic and not properly handled to separate Premium passengers from rest of passengers. Was made to check my small bag when others were able to carry on more than two bags and heavier ones. Food was mediocre.
