Pros: "Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers."
Cons: "Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask."

Cons: "We seemed to arrive late even though the boarding started early. Last call was displayed on the monitors 40 min before the flight took off which seemed excessive to me. And in spite of this we still didn’t arrive on time."

Cons: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Pros: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Cons: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Cons: "Old, uncomfortable plane. Took off 30-40 minutes late. Poor quality food. Circled Istanbul airport for 15 minutes without any communication. Flight arrived late, but no info. on connecting flights provided. At least eight passengers ran through the Istanbul airport to catch the connecting flight to Rome and, despite the fact that the plane was still at the gate, the gate staff person would not allow any of us on the flight. Customer service staff were unhelpful and had a negative attitude. The transfer were helpful."

Pros: "The overall experience was good. The food was good, the comfort was good and the service was good compared to other airlines I have been on. I particularly liked the safety video. It was a refreshing change."
Cons: "There were a few delays in taking off and the second delay nearly cause me to miss my flight. I had to run through the airport which was a stressful experience. However, I did end up catching the flight and my bags reached to the destination on time. So overall it didn't cause anything more than stress to catching the flight. =)"

Cons: "Istanbul airport really lacks seating for its passengers in the general areas. You need to sit in a restaurant to rest your feet as waits are quite long between flights. Another problem is the lack of internet for passengers without Turkish cell accounts. This should be corrected. Finally, lack of water fountains in the airport is also a problem."

Cons: "The flight left late from Marseille, further diminishing the 4.5 hours I had to catch a flight on another carrier. The flight circled the destination and was then diverted to the second Istanbul airport, where we refueled and waited for another hour. People from the back of the plane rushed to the front of the plane while we were still taxiing on the runway at Ataturk, all to get to the front of the line. The crew was passive the entire time. Upon exiting we were herded onto busses (thus taking away the supposed advantage of those rushing the front). When finally in the terminal, I had to go through customs, purchasing a visa (for a country I did not want to visit at the time), and reclaim checked bags. I proceeded to the other carrier's counter, to be informed that the gate for my flight onward was closed. As the ticket was "promotional" I lost that ticket and had to purchase another - on Turkish! Also had to spend a night in a Turkish hotel, also on my dime."

Cons: "Because of delay they left me to sleep on the airport in Istanbul. I am pregnant and nobody didn't wanted to help me at transfer desk. Last time in my life with Turkish Airlines."
