Everything was great. Staff really helpful with my mum who has mobility issues.
The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
Just a typical domestic poor flight nothing more. There is no food choices in such a flight. Crew doesn't really care if you are on-board or not
It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.
I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale
The website is difficult if you don't have an account and sign in as a guest. Seat selection/change is only allowed after they send you an email which I would never received. Otherwise, the Korean Air flight crew was great. Just go to back of plane for snacks and drinks. They provide pillow, blanket and headphones. Movie selection wasn't great imo.
Delayed 30 mins but to final destination so I didn't miss a connecting flight like I did on the initial journey that added over 12 hours to my trip.

Paid $150 for the extra leg room at the door seat for 2 passengers. It was not worth it because it was noisy the whole time because of being near the food prep and the bathroom also there was no under seat storage and the stewards kept harassing about having a bag under our feet miserable. They ought to give you a discount for taking that seat.

We were taking the flight MU 8649 from Shanghai to Osaka and the original boarding gate was 20 and we didn’t receive any notification or broadcast about gate changes, and by the time we missed the original boarding time we check thr electric board and realized the gate was changed to 208 Also the flight was delayed by almost an hour and the crew member didn’t provide any explanation, after we finally boarded the aircraft was very hot, the crew member told me the air conditioning was not working and tried to calm passages down by offering iced water, all of us sat in the aircraft for another 40 mins before it finally took off

did not get a notification about seat selection ahead of time. We didn't end up sitting together.
In my return flight they couldn’t identify my ticket or boarding pass, I had to go to 3 different counters until I was able to get my boarding pass. The food was on, it was the bear minimum. They didn’t even recognise that I was a Muslim and can’t eat meat, chicken or pork. In one of the trays I believe they served me pork. The staff were very pleasant, but they need to be aware of their surroundings more carefully, one of them stuck her lower belly right into my face! I was shocked and very uncomfortable.
Overall I had good experience with China Southern airline. Nothing to claim. I hoped they could improve the meal quality that is.

The airport didn‘t give me the ticket. I called customer service to ask for a refund but they kept giving me a perfunctory response and refused to refund me.
We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later

The flight was delayed. The staff made us wait in the room that is too small and it was crowded and with no seats available for waiting. They did not tell us why the delay occurred.
While boarding at PVG, there was a ticket checking at the gate, then there was another ticket checking at the bottom of the escalator, which created quite a dangerous congestion. Not sure which idiot made this absolutely unnecessary arrangement.

I was traveling alone with an infant, so the crew was incredibly helpful. Both the international and subsequent domestic flights were impeccable.

The ticket was last minute buy so no concerns about the pricing this time, but the crew in general could have been more accommodating, helpful.
CTU-KMG-CNX with 1.5 hr connection at KMG. Doable but just barely bc immigration exit from China is at the last flight leg, here: KMG to CNX. We hauled out of the domestic terminal to reenter at the international departures (luggage checked thru to CNX thankfully). Immigration had only two agents, even though KMG gets a HUGE number of foreigners. It took forever for such a shot line. Then security also took a while, so I just just made the connection. Recommend if you exit China with domestic international transfer, plan for 2+ hrs to avoid a heart attack. Airline personnel don’t suffer if you miss the flight, you do. Plan accordingly.
My two luggage issue during my trip from kansai osaka to Shanghai. 1st booked tickets online, a iliitle hard time to follow all questions when I booked tickets. I haven't selected 2 luggage so that Spring Airline of osaka crew charged $181 US Dollar with my 2 luggage fee. Also, crew member mentioned I maybe be able to get money some back because I should got differe rate, the rate of luggage should was matched with tickets I ordered from edreams. I did try to access edream at the day I was changing my boarding pass. Therefore, I hope Kayak if can help me getting some my luggage fees back, I will appreciate a lot. Thank you, Jie egusa
This is a terrible airline. Worst seats I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!
