It was good delayed again but once on board the flight crew were very good the entertainment and wifi worked on this plane and we were offered snacks and drinks
The boarding agent guy in Lexington on 7/23 that boarded the flights to Atlanta is very rude for working in customer service. I know there were delays but he was dismissive rude and arrogant. Most native Kentucky residents are nice and very cordial he needs to eat a big ole piece of humble pie. I watched him be rude to several people and as much as he could of filled up a delayed flight to save you money and he was so rude to people it was ridiculous. Next no water or snacks on short flights is awful 1st you delay a flight then do not even offer water on the flight.. No thanks I like delta better but I travel ever week and to be treated like this might as well fly American at least they offer water and have better rewards.
Flight was delayed multiple time and for more than 1 hr. My onward flight from BOS to MCI was also delayed. These delays have caused me so much inconvenience and Delta does nothing to ensure flights take off on time. No one knew why the inbound flight was delayed and what was the issue.
The second half of terminal C at Hartsfield was 80 something degrees. I was sweating just sitting at the gate.
Boarding was quick and i made my connection early due to early arrival time
First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
Flight from Savannah arrived very late and we did not take off till 2 hours after scheduled departure!
No food or drink, Not much conversation with crew. They didn't come through to check on people. There were no charging stations or wifi to watch movies. It was like being on a bus in the air.
This flight was originally delayed by ~45 minutes; which is fine. However, there were additional delays due to late offboarding of the prior flight, unclear issues with the boarding process, delays on the tarmac, and exceptionally long taxiing. None of these issues were communicated proactively. Additionally, the flight had exceptionally rough turbulence, which led to a very uncomfortable flight and no traditional beverage service. Again, this is understandable, but it was not communicated up-front by the flight team.
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
Flight was late to take off Plane broke down Had to move everyone to another plane Told we weren’t going to LGA but Newark Also told we would be taken to NY But United lied and we ended up at Newark at 2 in the morning Horrible experience. And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!
Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.
Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
My seat had a worn out cushion, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the flight was excellent.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
I thought American Airlines did well considering the adverse weather situation over July 21 and 22. I especially appreciated the consideration given to me when I got stuck in Miami on my way to Boston from Charleston, West Virginia. Thank you for providing a voucher for an overnight stay. Though it was only a few hours of sleep, it was very helpful. I was able to reschedule my medical appointment and got back to the Boston area on the 1st flight out of Miami as a standby passenger. It was very helpful that I was given number one priority on the standby list.
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
Horrific. We were delayed due a flight attendant stuck in traffic en route to the airport. Over 100 people were then stuck in Charolette. Then I ran to make my layover only to find that my connection didn’t have a plane anymore. Waited 2.5 hours without any updates. On the flight we had to beg for even a pretzel option.
Uncomfortable seats, spotty WiFi, only Biscoff for snack (no one likes those).
I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.
Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
