The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.

Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.
Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.
Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Late start, late arrival and very uncomfortable seats. No legroom, no elbow room because the person next to me was fat. I had to press myself toward the aisle or be rubbing arms with them. As a result, I was bumped every time someone passed in the aisle. But I couldn't get away from the hip encroachment. Who wants to rub hips with an oversized stranger for over 2 hours? I'm not fat, just tall and larger-than-average frame so I need to leg room but it would be nice if other peoples' body parts weren't squeezing under and over the arm of the seating. Why should it cost me so much for simple comfort so United can get a little more profit?
