Pros: "Very smooth boarding process. Made an announcement early that later groups would have issues with finding overhead space and asked for volunteers to check bags at the gate at no charge. Made things go very well without any delays."

Pros: "Seat was comfortable but being stuck between two other passengers who occupied some of my space was unnerving"
Cons: "Communication of delays in Charlotte. Working airplane, for a newer plane the one side of the screens didn’t work and the engine needed to bat after by another machine which is upsetting to think"

Cons: "1. Flight has 2 gate changes. Last one to L concourse, an after thought . 2. Gate agent sat me next to someone and I’m front of screaming kids. There were multiple empty rows."

Cons: "I paid extra for an emergency exit seat. The seats in the row were visibly different from ones nearby -- the seat padding was gone (felt like I was sitting on a board) and the seat bottoms slanted down producing a feeling of sliding out of the seat."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic and our seats were exit row which was comfortable. We had terrible weather and the pilots crafted an exceptional and safe landing. The flight attendant was hilarious!!"

Cons: "WiFi, ESPECIALLY when you pay for a first class ticket, should be free. Further, the instructions for connecting to paid WiFi are NOT printed clearly anywhere. I had to go to the internet while on the ground. There are many movie and TV show options for free on your own device, however."

Cons: "Already checked in and then flight canceled 10 hours before departure. Paid for preferred seating but rebooked on smaller aircraft full and had to sit in last row. Not happy and arrived 2 hours latet than original flight. Tried to explain this at gate to American employee but she told me to sit down until name was called. Probably could have had better seats earlier if she could have listened to my issue but she wouldn't listen to me. Didn't even have the chance to tell her what had happened."

Cons: "We had multiple delays. I really did wonder about the ability of the pilate for takeoff because the engine "turned off" before we took off. The headphone connection was broken on the plane so I had to constantly try to move my headphone plug in around to make sure the sound was at least coming through one ear."

Pros: "We always have a good trip in American Airlines. Is better now that they have the same rate from PBI and FLL"
Cons: "We will love when they have Admiral club in PBI"

Pros: "Considering BA cancelled our flight to Milan because our Delta flight to JFK was late....we had to buy 2 more round trip tickets. No one from Kayak or BA helped us.. we were out anithet $1100. ..worst experience ever will never use Kayak again. The right thing to do is for Kayak to refund our original.tickets....since we had no control over our delayed flight but I am sure that will not happen."

Cons: "Crowded, upcomfortable seats. Food for sale on plane all contains wheat, except potato chips. Other airline have a much broader selection of food."

Pros: "The only positive thing to be said for the flight was that the seat was not uncomfortable."
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work during entire flight; crew (stewards) lied to passengers on the ground that it would work after takeoff, only admitting after we were in the air that they had been told by the technicians it would not work at all. Crew did not respond to call lights when pressed (in First Class), nor did they know how to operate the power system."

Very bad form and they were not helpful in finding a solution. we finally rented a car and drove home over 8 hours- still trying to get the rental car cost reimbursed....and oh yeah they completed tore apart my METAL GUN CASE!!!!"

Cons: "AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch or raise legs. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines."

Cons: "I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."

Pros: "Treated very bad and rudely by the staff crew with disrespect and yelling around. Have to manners and respect for passengers. Do not want to mention names. Even the ground staff have no control over the hand carry on luggage, just allowing everyone on board and ended up with horrifying situation which caused the delays in take off, disrespect between the black and white AA staff. No respect for each other. My worst experience in history flying with AA."
