I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Delta knew this 30 minutes before my flight landed and yet Delta did not post or communicate that the flight was going to be delayed and then ultimately cancelled because there was NO PILOT. Of course when they scheduled the flight for the following day not only did they not have a full crew, they had NO PLANE. On the whole, it was pretty terrible."

Cons: "The seats are pretty uncomfortable. They are so close together and there is no room to store anything. The tray tables are a joke, you can't even fit an iPad on them. The bag check process was trouble at both legs. They have lower weight limits than the major carriers and that really should be highlighted better when you book with Allegiant. Also, bag checkin for the flight I was on started at 7:45am. There were only 2 people at the checkin counter and one of them was busy doing something and ignoring the customers. So that was a little annoying."

Cons: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."

Pros: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."

WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

Cons: "I charged the airfare, thinking that would be all, like other airlines. Then I found out they charge for luggage. THEN I found out they charge me for a seat... on the flight I already paid for. Boarding was disorganized, seats were thin padding on plastic, quite uncomfortable. I also had to clean crumbs and trash off my seat before settling in. They charge you 2.99 each for water and airline peanuts; i didn't partake. they only gave me one boarding pass and when I boarded the plane, they said that is was the flight to Denver and then they were continuing on to Columbus. I assumed this meant I stayed on the plane when we landed in Denver, but no, they informed me the plane was then going to Cedar Rapids. I had no second boarding pass or gate number, so I asked the attendant. She took forever to help me, looking up my info for a minute and then talking to the other attendants and passing out papers to the boarding crew before acknowledging me again. Twenty minutes later, I had my gate, which I barely made to board in time for flight takeoff. Overall, the process was stressful, uncomfortable, and more expensive than if I had purchased a flight from Delta, Southwest, or Alaska. (All airlines I have flown and been happy with. Delta had a missed layover once and completely put me up for the night and was very helpful through the whole affair.) All said and done, I will not be flying Frontier again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for over 2 hours and did not once get an update from frontier staff on what was going on...nor did they apologize for the delay when we finally boarded."

Cons: "I had to pay 40 dollars for a checked bag and 45 dollars for a carry on, more than doubling the cost of my flight. Why not ask me when purchasing a ticket, you know, before I pay, before hooking me with 85 plus dollars in bag fees? Frontier may advertise low ticket prices but after you purchase your not-likely*refundable ticket you're on the hook for their endless fees. Even peanuts cost you. Use a different airline and save yourself the let down."

Pros: "First time flying frontier, staff was very nice, I checked my bag and paid the standard fee like every other airline. The seats do not recline and are ultra thin, I think this made it more comfortable on the shorter 2 hour flight as it seemed to provide more knee room. I think customer experience could be brought up very easily with better online/app and mobile boarding pass. The plane didn't seem old and seemed inline or slightly above for its price point. I'm ok with no real food or entertainment especially with 4drink being free, but in flight wifi should standard even on a discount flight."

Cons: "Alexa assured me it would not be a big deal to not be on the exit. But then they told me that the flight was oversold and that I may not be able to board that flight after I let them know that I run a business and I needed to be on this flight home and that I did not mind being the exit person if it meant that I had to get on this flight. I then proceeded to call my mother but when I raise my phone to the ear Alexa then proceeded to make a scene in front of all the other passengers saying that she did not wish to have her picture taken and then began to laugh with another co-worker making me feel very uncomfortable I will never fly with your airline again."

Cons: "Had to cancel whole trip instead of just the one flight to Las Vegas that was cancelled VERY VERY last minute because flight crew never showed... how the hell does an airline allow that to happen?!? It put us in a situation where we had to spend 3000 dollars on flight tickets with another airline because they didn't have any outgoing flights for another 3 days... which is absolutely insane, ESPECIALLY during the holidays. I will never book with them again and I don't understand how they are still in business. Completely unacceptable."

Cons: "-Charge for everything, only thing they gave out was a 2/3 cup full of water with three ice cubes -Incredibly cheaply remodeled interior. The seats had the support of folding chairs and the tray table was the size of my hand. -Poor communication. We had multiple delays and cancelled flights which were announced well after our flight was due to take off. They just never boarded us. When people noticed that we were not boarding when we should, they got on line to ask the service rep, who wasn't there. She came back 40 minutes after our flight was due to take off to announce a delay. Really awful company. Will not willingly use again."

Cons: "I didn't like being stabbed with outrageous fees for baggage (checked and carry on). I especially didn't like seat assignment fees and no ability to keep your party seated together unless you pay their ridiculous surcharges. By the time you get done with every extra charge they rope you into you can fly any otheir airlicanard possibly for less money. In addition, the seating is terrible. Rows are crammed in tight with the new non reclining rubber pad seats that are sure to send you to the chiropractor. They have the unmitigated gall to cram their credit card sales pitch over the PA followed up with multiple trips up amddown the aisle. Hey Frontier, if I wanted a credit card sales pitch I would stay home and answer the damn robocalls. Nice way to treat your customers, especially after you stab them $3 for a drink."

Cons: "-Missed checked bag check-in by 1 minute, was made to miss flight for something that could have easily been remedied -Zero help or empathy from terminal attendant from Frontier -Made to wait an HOUR AND HALF IN 5 DEGREE WEATHER in Denver by Frontier to drop off a back that was already noted as "checked" -Flight delayed 5 hours with ZERO communication of what was going on -Bags were left IN DENVER after all the trouble and discomfort invested in dropping them off. -Zero response by phone or email during all of this -No system or notification of how to retrieve the bag Frontier left in Denver In sum, it was the worst airline experience I've ever been a part of, let alone even heard of. The only way it could have been worse is if the plane crashed."

Pros: "I am not the type of person to complain about something that is expensive, if I am receiving the services I am paying for. Therefore, I cannot complain too much about Frontier since I paid so little and received what was promised: a round-trip flight at an affordable price. I understand that, in order to be competitive, stay open for business, and keep rates low, Frontier must find additional ways to accrue income besides the base fare. However, literally everything beyond a basic ticket was vastly overpriced. "You want to bring more than two tee-shirts and a book? $30." "You want a childs ration of nuts and a soda in flight? $12. You can place them on your 3 inch tray table." And then, as we near the end of an already insufferably uncomfortable flight, we must endure a 20 minute long speech over the PA about the Frontier rewards credit card. I truly appreciate that Frontier Airlines offers competitively unheard of rates for a basic fare. But aside from being allowed to bring a only a change of shirt to Denver for the weekend, sitting in a dingy/cramped plane next to a stranger because I would not pay $42 extra to sit next to a friend, and being forced to listen to the desperate plea of a credit card signup quota, I will next time happily pay the traditional rate to take a flight somewhere where I am treated like I am not a passenger on a Malaysian Airlines flight that has somewhere along the way become lost between the importance of customer satisfaction and competitive prices."

Cons: "They closed the check in area 45 min. Before flight, thankfully everything was on our phones and it's a small airport so the TSA got us through so we could Chek in at the gate. 3+ hour delay for "maintenance issues" (found out it was a paperwork issue the plain was fine the whole time). We boarded, then after an hour we were let off the plain to go to the bar, which was closed but they reopened for us, but no food. We were starting to figure out if we needed to rent a car before the rental places closed. Finally got back on the plain, and got to Denver. Frontier send an apology letter with a 50 dollar credit, we spent more at the bar while we were waiting. Frontier is only good for last minute cheap flights then they nickel and dime you to death. Their customer service sucks, the last time I was on Southwest with a delayed flight, (only about an hour late and the plain was late coming into Denver) they gave us a 200 dollar voucher right then and there, apologized a ton, and gave anyone over 21 a free drink. I'll be sticking with southwest even if it cost a little more!"
