Flight attendants need to know their plane. Seated in first row yesterday. The seat had about a 1 inch recline that was not adjustable. I don't appreciate being awakened to raise a seat that can't go any further forward and such a small recline is either irrelevant or the plane needs to be repaired. Not the way to treat any customer and especially the ones who have paid that level of money for the seats.

The experience was good overall; however, my United Airlines Mileage Plus Account didn't reflect my flights to Houston from Newark. In essence, my mileage rewards points do not reflect my actual travel. This should be corrected.

Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.

Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.

Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.

The seats are very small, that is all the staff did a good job.

It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.

Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid

The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

I appreciate that I finally got the seat I paid extra for this time. Thank you

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.

Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!

I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.

This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.

Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.

No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
