The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.
They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined
There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
People at the gate were the worst I ever met from Ryanair
all fine - did not have food - there was no entertainment
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.

This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
Boarding was fine, crew professional but not very friendly. Seats are very tight & uncomfortable. 1h delay due to crew change and mechanical issues - no communication whats going on.
Crews are great, chill, good snack sets on offer, I didn't feel they play any annoying budget airline games. I will probably fly with Wizz every chance I get it
If you don't want to pay a lot at check in desk, you need to use online check in tool, but you still need to go to check in desk to have it printed out. Then what's the meaning of "online check in"? Extra security check, as if 9/11 just happened!
After adding baggage costs, and considering the necessity to re-checkin at each stop, and the €50 I was tricked out of for the ridiculous 3 hour min check in, I’ll never fly this very hungry Hungarian airline again!
This airline is routinely voted the worse airline in Europe for good reason. If you have an option, just avoid them.
Everything was great until it came time to pick up our luggage. We arrived in orly airport terminal 1, our luggage arrived in terminal 2. No signs to tell us, we waited for almost an hour before someone figured it out.
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am
The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.
