Four hour delay. 1h 45 minutes to board. The worst I’ve seen in about 40 years. Awful on every conceivable level.

Flight took off and then turned around and had to fly back to fll. 3 hour delay. Then no food on flight. And entertainment system crapped out a few times. But here in one piece

It was delayed and we got stuck on the tarmac when we landed with no gate ready. Long flight:-(

The flight was well delayed. But first time flying JetBlue and I am beyond impressed. Excellent crew and flight.

I was supposed to fly out at 11:35 am. Flight got delayed to 3:45 pm. Delayed again to 6:00, delayed again to 7:21

The entire row of seats didn't recline at all. She was very apologetic and acknowledged it was uncomfortable especially on a 5+hour flight. She did offer us something to eat, blankets earbud. Still my back was killing me upon arrival at Phoenix. JEt Blue. Get your act together. This is unacceptable."

Cons: "It was just a mechanical issue that forced our plane to turn around 2 hours already into the flight, return to JFK, and then wait another two hours to board a new flight to go to PHX. So a planned 10 pm arrival in PHX turned into 6 am. I'm not sure there's anything that could have been done other than checking for that situation before we departed originally (if possible), and maybe being able to land somewhere closer than having to return all the way to JFK. I know JetBlue doesn't have a ton of locations or planes yet, so our options may have been limited. We did receive a $100 credit, but it was a pretty painful flight, basically turning into a red eye after departing originally at 6 pm. Again, I'm not sure if there were any other options, just wanted to report my experience. My flights have typically been on time with JetBlue and I am a Mosaic member. It may have helped if there was better communication back at the JFK airport (knowing it would be two hours instead of thinking we were getting right back on the plane), maybe we could have relaxed in a restaurant or something. It was just exhausting waiting and getting later and later. There isn't an Admirals Club or anywhere relaxing for passengers to wait in a circumstance like that. Thanks."

Cons: "I'm writing this review in behalf of my mother, who had a nightmare in Lima, Peru. Avianca changed her flight without prior notice (email or phone). She is a 72 years old woman that had a stroke three years ago, can't be exposed to any stressful situation, she needed to take medication at 9:30am LIFETIME! They didn't asked if she had a health condition, they just decided to change her flight from the one at 10:00am to the one at 5:00pm. Maybe they would be able to guess it as she was so nervous, she showed worried and confused in the counter where they informed her the "news" during check-in process. She arrived 3 1/2 hours in advance to the airport in order to avoid flight stress. She doesn't have family in Lima, so they sent her to a nice hotel (but far), arrived at 10:15am so she took her medication late. Very stressful episode for me and my family after trying to contact her as the hotel didn't let her call us (Avianca said she would have an international courtesy call). My mother called a friend of mine informing her the situation, that is how I knew about this. She didn't ate correctly that day as her food has to be low sodium. They should have arranged her flight in a same group plane and avoid old persons (with conditions) wait 9 hours. There are no words to express my frustration as nobody could help me in Avianca customer service. They should have priorities and consideration for elder people as this kind of situations are harmful for them, their blood pressure and their hearts! CERO COMMON SENSE!"

Late gate change. Delta’s gate 37 is actually gate 24B- of course it is because it’s LAX. Delta staff acts as if 37=24B is the new math and we are stupid to not know this conversion. Delta staff acts surely and borderline hostel. Not sure if this is LAX or Delta’s culture. Either way, it stinks.

One of the crew member weren’t to pleasant

The fly was delayed one hour for A/C problems, then after being on the road to take off, we went back to terminal secondary to a passenger problem. Last but not least I was first class and my sit was so uncomfortable, I landed with headaches

My seat next to the emergency exit could not be reclined. The meal was just fruit and sandwiches. I appreciated the fresh fruit but the sandwiches were mediocre.

The check in process here in Phoenix was horrible. Incompetent agents, lack of staff, management indecisive, and lack of any urgency for passengers whose flights were set to leave. The flight crew were tired and stressed though that could be Delta's fault. The pilot was a pro! Thank you for the smooth flight!

There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

I checked in using the app flying from IAD to CR and connecting in Panama. I was over 2 hours early for my flight. Upon boarding they didn’t let me board because I needed a paper ticket and a QR code nobody told me about. Your employee decided to just take me out of the flight instead of fixing the issue. She put me on a red flight. That alleged QR code Could have been completed on the plane since I am fully vaccinated. Horrible experience throughout. Your employees are on our parent and rude

They had no line, no organization, they didn’t communicate what was going on, just left us sitting there in limbo. They never apologized for anything. They put us up in a hotel at midnight just to leave to catch our rebooked flight at 7:00AM. We didn’t have a chance to eat because we were stuck in line not knowing anything. When we asked questions they pretended like they didn’t hear us. By the time we got to the hotel we barely had enough time to sleep so we didn’t bother with the free dinner. They absolutely ruined our vacation. I’ve been using Kayak for years. Never again. This is beyond bad customer service; this is a total lack of empathy."

I offered to travel to a nearby airport to fly to the same destination 8 hours later, but was told I would be charged a $800 change fee even though I could buy a new one-way ticket for $400. Then Copa told me that because I would miss the original connecting flight in Panama (which was impossible to reach because they cancelled the first flight) they would cancel my return flights. They forced me to pay $400 extra on top of the full return fare for just a one way flight, while leaving me to pay for another one way fare at the last minute."

Copa over booked the flight by 9 people. Was put on standby and luckily made it onto first leg of flight but they again took my seat away for the next leg of the trip. VERY upset. Will never fly this airline again."

The Captain said we prepared to stop for one hour to refuel but one of the flight attendants said it was to change crew, which seemed likelier given the crew did change. We sat there for an hour with no communication from the crew. When we landed in San Francisco we sat for over an hour waiting for an open gate and also had little to no communication about how long we'd be waiting. Baggage claim took 45 minutes. Overall service was poor and communication was terrible. No accommodation for the significant delays and no drink service while we were waiting despite not being able to bring liquids of our own on the flight."

Since my husband is from Mexico and I am from the US.. They did not tell me about the shot for yellow fever that was required and I specifically called to get information .. Because if that I had to Wilbur at the airport and chafe all other flight I had to return to the US and ended up paying more than $600 .. I had to change Three flight add hotel charges.. Cons: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."
