After waiting over an hour for repairs they realized they needed a new air craft. This further delayed the flight. Not only was the flight extremely delayed at this pint but throughout the waiting time we were given very little information and were constantly told they couldn't give us an approximate time of departure. This was extremely rude and makes the experience of dealing with a delay even worse. I would suggest giving us more information about what is happening. Saying we don't know when the flight will leave is just unacceptable. To make matters even worse after we were finally boarded we had to wait an additional 40 minutes sitting inside the plane while they boarded refreshments! I know there are delays in flights but this same thing happened to my flight on my way to Paris and it caused me to miss my international connection and had to be re-routed."

Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

One woman had enough room to stretch out and sleep across all 3 seats. Our seats didn't recline but the row in front of us did which made it even more cramped. Tried to ask attendant to move but couldn't find one for over an hour. Tried to ask an attendant but he just walked by me. Pushed call button and he says oh you want to move? There's a seat over here, before I could see where, he walked away. Moved myself to a row with 1 other person who was angry she now had to share "her" 3 seats. She typed angrily all flight and kept putting her legs and personal items as close to me as possible. She used both trays to hold her laptop and spread herself out so I'd be uncomfortable. Could've been prevented if the attendant had talked to the woman first then moved me. Had to wait when getting my drink because the attendant turned to help others, 4 times, after she'd already asked me what I wanted. She got food for someone while I waited. She made change for someone while I waited. She walked away to do something for someone while I waited. She served someone else while I waited. Asked attendant where the electric plug in was and she said the plane didn't have one, I said the sticker says the plane does, she walked away. Worst experience ever. Won't fly this airline again because of this experience."

Cons: "While on the plane at the gate, had to wait 20 mins for someone to hang my jacket (had to ask and the person came back 5 mins later) despite the fact that the attendant immediately checked on the guy next to me when he sat down, who apparently had status with United (attendant ignored me). I guess a $7,000 fare doesn't warrant special attention. I had to ask the same attendant for other items at times, but he'd forget and I'd have to ask someone else. Also, the seats were decent yet a bit crowded IMHO. I'm 5'10" and my feet were crammed up against the front of the space when fully reclined. The width of the seat area was a bit tight as well. Finally, they have 2 heads (toilets) that serve both the business class section ( maybe 50 people) as well as the front of economy. One of the pilots was waiting at the same time as me and agreed that it was a pretty questionable layout for the number of seats covered. All in all, not my favorite airline and nothing on this trip so far changed that view."

Cons: "No food because the flight is only 1 1/2 hours long. There should be a larger variety of snacks. Maybe there are and they just weren't presented. First Class lavatory is apparently for anyone now."

Cons: "Kids whose mother didn't seem to think it was appropriate to keep her damn kids quiet during basically an overnight flight, let them fight continuously, making noise and kicking the back of my seat even after repeated attempts at glaring at all of them. Really wish flight attendants would get more involved in these situations. Sigh."

Cons: "Received a message that the flight was delayed about an hour and a half before it was originally scheduled to take off. Fifteen minutes later received another message saying the flight was back on schedule. Ten minutes later received yet another message that the flight was delayed 2 hours. Having such late and inconsistent flight information really cut into my schedule, prevented me from spending more time with family, and caused me to sit unnecessarily in an airport where all shops/restaurants were closed so I couldn't even get dinner."
Cons: "The aircraft was extremely small. Being 6'4" it's a challenge to navigate to and from your seat. I was pleasantly surprised that I could fit in the seat."
