Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)

(They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight.

Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude.

When some passengers asked to speak with a manager, we were told that the manager was not accepting calls at that time. After hours and hour and hours of delays and lies, they finally found a plane, but we still had to wait an hour for a crew as the original crew was now over their time limit. Once we were airborne, the flight was smooth and the newly cobbled together crew was nice. Zero mention or promise of reparations for the massive delay. AGAIN, DO NOT FLY AVIANCA IF YOU HAVE ANYWHERE YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GO!

I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!

I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

After an announcement that a new aircraft "might"arrive but we may have to fly the next day, I had my travel agent book a flight with Southwest. Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite.
Pros: Can’t think of a thing on this flight.
Cons: Delay after delay. Took way too long for de-icing. The storage compartmemt door got stuck and I could not get my bag out. The flight attendant blamed the issue on my bag. She claimed it was too big. It was not. I have carried the bag on several flights with similar planes, the gate agent slowed it on the plane as many have, and I had no issue opening and closing other compartment as I tried a couple after maintenance retrieved my bag.
Pros: The complimentary meals were good and I wasn't given too much. The flight attendants were very friendly and polite (and it was amusing to listen to how the English and Japanese pilot announcements differed, since the culturally-expected tones are WAY different.)
Cons: It was kind of hard to sleep on the plane. I ended up propoing up the armrest next to me and leaning my pillow against it, which sort of did the trick. My hips hurt from sitting so long, so maybe there's some kind of cushion technology that can help with that.

Pros: I went a different route back to Denver I drove in a vehicle do the circumstances of a friend moving back to Colorado from Michigan. So I called ahead of time and let United Airlines know to go ahead and give my seat to anybody
Cons: Crew said flight was over booked then read assigned me to another flight. Then last minute told me I could board the flight. I was unable to eat and had to wait at the terminal.
Pros: Hey, the flights actually were on time. Shocking for United.

Cons: A baggage cart rammed the plane, which damaged something which could not be repaired there at the gate. New, delayed, flight had smaller capacity than the original flight, and I was bumped off the flight. Did not get to my destination until 24 hours later.
Cons: Taxied on the tarmac in Chicago for almost as long as we were in the air from South Bend. Arrived too early and there was no gate. By the time we finally deplaned, my next flight was already boarding.

Pros: You can't have a 3 hour flight and. It serve dinner. Yes flight began at 8pm and lasted until 11:15pm. But most all Of us first class passengers came from connecting flights. My husbands and mine was another 2 hour flight with no food. Total missed opportunity on uniteds part.

Cons: The gate attendant did not give proper updates when delay was occurring. Kept disappearing when people were getting upset instead of answering our question. The lady at the ticketing counter had an attitude problem when I asked for alternative flight options or when the potential time this flight would be leaving. They kept telling us only 30 more minutes for 3 hours!
Cons: The fact I had to purchase an entertainment package when I didnt previous flights. I felt as if the airline was takeoff advantage of a technical glitch.

Cons: This by far is the worst flight I have ever been on! It's starts off delayed... Fine! They get us on board the plane and we sit and sit without much info being given to ppl on flight! Then we are told there are mechanical issues and it won't b long before we leave... Half hrs goes by and they tell us it will be longer so for us to exit the plane.... Which turned into a 45min wait to finally tell us that we were waiting now on a new pilot to fly in from where ever he was to finally take over our flight , which didn't leave ORD till 1230.... Which was supposed to had left ORD at 930.... We finally get to PHX at 130 a.m. When were supposed to originally land n PHX at 930 mountain time! After all of this confusion and just bad manangement of time... We didn't get any apologies any kinda of compensation for time lost... Just a have a gud day! I'm pissed will Never fly with United Airlines and will tell others to also not fly United!

Cons: I appreciate that the pretzels/peanuts/sodas/juice come with the flight; however, the quality of the choices were low in my opinion. I recommend if possible food/snack choices that are organic, non-GMO and/or all natural.

Pros: The time of departure was 5:30 AM, and I was concerned that we'd have trouble with TSA, competing with other early morning flights at a small airport whose terminal only opens at 4 AM. But the United ticket counter handled us efficiently and we were seated in the boarding area at 4:25.
Cons: Nothing to not like. Everything went smoothly and we arrived in Nicaragua on time and the rest of our complicated plans for the day went perfectly. And that wouldn't have happened if we had run into glitches.

Pros: Predictable flight; service was fine, food/bev was standard for a european carrier and better than an American carrier. Seat pitch seemed slightly below average for transcontinental. Boarding was fine. IFE works great. Quick flight. Really liked the little tiny separated economy section in front of the bathrooms. Felt like the economy cabin you find in the upstairs of a 747 or A380.
Cons: The aircraft was extremely small. Being 6'4" it's a challenge to navigate to and from your seat. I was pleasantly surprised that I could fit in the seat.
Pros: Wheels up to wheels down took under 20 minutes.
Cons: I'm 6'4" and if I would've had to sit on that plane much longer I would've been quite sore. Seats are small, space is exceedingly limited. But, it was a regional jet, so this was to be expected. Nonetheless, other airlines' regional jets haven't been quite so cramped.

Hate agent in KW said she would call us up to rebook us on 1:06 flight and never did. Most passengers could not understand the flight attendants announcements. Very poor experience. Better from FLL to KW.
