She seemed tired and annoyed. I understand that feeling. I've been a FA for 16 years, still junior at my company, but it reminded me how important body language and facial expressions are when we work hospitality and customer service in the public eye. On the flight day, me and the other fellow traveler were waiting for the boarding but the gate was closed and no body was standing at the front of the boarding desk. Also, there was no LCD screen to show that this gate is assigned for the Houston or any other places. The time was passed from the original boarding time and we were still waiting for the boarding member. Accidentally, I saw a airport employee and ask him that this is the gate assigned to the IAH Houston? And he responded: "Oh no, the gate is changed!" Thus, I ran from the former gate to the new assigned gate. But I saw that the people are still waiting for the boarding member at the front desk. There was a 25min delay and all the people were standing and waiting for that lady to come. At the end, since she was alone and she couldn't handle all the people, she didn't check the boarding zone. It is important to be mentioned that I received the changing of the gate E-mail very late just I was entering the airplane! In the airplane, the flight attendant were not friendly. They didn't help the old people to entering the airplane or putting their luggage at the top cases. During the flight, they were just sitting and playing with their mobiles! Apart from this issues, the worst scenario happened in the baggage claim. When all the people were waiting about 30mins for delivery of the baggage. At the end, it was so disappointing to see one my baggage is broken and its handle bar was detached that I couldn't move it easily to the outside of the airport. I reported the issue to the Spirit baggage claim and that employee was not friendly either and she didn't even apologize! Therefore, I am currently totally disappointed about the Spirit because as I mentioned there are some instances which are not dependent to the price/money. Even cheap airlines should provide highly respected treatment to their customers."

Cons: "Pricing for regular size carryon luggage- excessive My bag was extra small but height was to tall , REALLY, most people would think the smallest piece in a luggage set is a carryon?! And the flight was not even full Flexible return flight"

Cons: "I disliked that Spirit charges you to even bring in carry on luggage. Ontop of that if you want the convenience of carry on luggage you pay more than if you checked it in. Most likely won't fly again because the fees add up to a flight with a airlines with more amenities/ better luggage policies."
Cons: "We missed it by 10 minutes because they left early. They didn't email us about leaving early until 8:42 and the flight was at 8:14. Worst experience of my life."
Pros: "Unable to check in online. Still unable to check in for return flight. Unable to complete transaction for luggage on line. Unable to check in at kiosk at airport. Finally checked in with agent. When got to gate ticket didn't scan."
Pros: "Medical emergency concerning a passenger was handled quickly and effieciently. The crew was polite to other passengers and discreet with the passenger involved."
Cons: "Flight delay leaving Atlanta (did not involve sick passenger) and small seats. Also did not like charge for carry on luggage."

Cons: "I didn't know about their hefty baggage fees. The fees made this low budget ticket more expensive than my usual airline. The ticket desk crew in Baltimore was hostile and indifferent. Interestingly enough, the attendant did not and was not asking for id for checking in baggage. I got my boarding pass at the kiosk but all she did was ask my name when taking my bag. My return experience was better. I will really have to think twice about using this airline again."
