Cons: Seats need to be wider in coach!!!! NO I'm NOT a typical fat American but have an athletic build with wide shoulders. Thank god I had two small passengers seated on either side of me. The airlines know what they need to do but keep resisting in the name of greater profits.

Cons: The flight was delayed, then we sat in the airplane for an hour before we took off, with kids screaming and the cabin at seemingly sauna temperatures. Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case.

Cons: Every staff person we had contact with made us feel as though we were not a priority in any way. We were constantly given misinformation. Our flight was two hours out when it was returned to our departure city due to a passenger health issue. It was not properly explained to us and we were in no way compensated for the inconvenience. Once back at our departure city (Miami) we sat there for an hour or more. They chose to feed us during that delay. Due to this we missed our connecting flight in Istanbul to Rome. This also caused us to miss our transportation from Rome to Compania, Italy. We were told by airline staff on the plane that we would be put up in a hotel over night. When we arrived at the terminal we had no idea where we should go or who we should see. Every representative we spoke to told us to go somewhere else. Truth is it felt like no one we spoke to knew what to tell us or really cared at all. One representative told us we were not entitled to overnight accommodations. We insisted we were told we were and it literally took hours on the ground to straighten the problem out and get to a hotel. By then it was so late that we only got a couple hours of sleep and had to be back at the airport for our next flight. The second flight from Istanbul to Naples, Italy was better. I do not think I would use this airline again. My entire party got an overall sense that people were untrained and lacking in any form of customer service. Not the flight attendants but all the people we had to deal with on the ground. My age plus health issues and walking problems made everything more difficult. We were sent al over the massive airlines terminal with all our carry on luggage only to find when we got to where we were going we had been sent to the wrong place. On top of all this each of us had to pay a VISA fee to get out of the terminal and to the hotel. Just a total nightmare. Prior to taking this flight I contacted Turkish Airlines and spoke to a customer service person and explained that I needed to take with me a small portable oxygen concentrator that I would need to use while in Italy. I needed to know the procedure for bringing that equipment on the airline. I was told that although he could not answer that question He would pass it on to his supervisors and I would receive an answer via email prior to my flight. I never received a response and as a result did not have my needed oxygen while abroad.

Cons: A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster.

Pros: I've flown with Turkish airlines a few times and compared to other airlines they are amazing. Even on short distance flight (1 hour flights) the offer a sandwich and drinks. If there are delays the pilot explains what's happening instead of leaving us clueless.

Cons: Boarding time was supposed to be 19:10, we did not start to board until passed 20:00. Needless to say we were delayed. There was a woman at the counter,but there was no explanation given about the delay. Luckily it was the last leg of my journey and did not miss a connection flight,but being on an 11 hours flight just before, I was a little cranky. Overall I had a great experience.

Pros: The in-flight entertainment was good and the flight attendants were very nice. They offered us small sandwiches and drinks during the flight so it was comfortable to fly with them.
Cons: You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to.

Cons: My luggage just disappeared on a flight from VIE to Istanbul. Those lost baggage handlers are totally unmotivated also. No explanation at site, barely any email follow up. That's it????? Also on the way back they took away cameras. My professional camera and lens equipment was handled poorly, thrown around carelessly and the lens got damaged. I am quite unhappy with this airline

Cons: we had to stop in berlin. we were not informed about the length of the stop. food service stopped in the middle and then resumed 4 hrs later. the crew did not offer snacks instead. wifi did not work on the plane so we could not inform our families of the delay. headset was not working on both ears. boarding was very long due to extra security checks. not sure why u need to go through this twice...

Cons: It turns out my checked luggage never made it to Budapest and the people at the airport did nothing to help with the fact that I had nothing on me because of that. They took my information to deliver the suitcase but since the luggage would not reach me for at least a week they did nothing to compensate for the fact that all I had on me were some books and my computer. I had to buy all new toiletries and since I am travelling for work basically had nothing to wear for my meetings. This was a really bad experience

Cons: Seat was very uncomfortable. Stiching placement is very bad and hurts. We had to turn back and switch plane after some technical issue. We landed in Budapest with more than 3 hrs delay.

Pros: The planes were pretty comfortable, especially the first one. Even with the delays, there was overall a good turnaround time, though we still landed four hours late. The captain kept people from panicking, which was good.
Cons: We had an engine failure during the first ten minutes or so of our flight that required us to turn around and head back to Istanbul, then wait for another plane, then reboard and try again. Our first flight was in the air an hour or so. Engine failure is always a concern - why was this issue not found during a routine maintenance check-up?

Pros: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Cons: Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that.

Pros: We paid extra $200 round-trip so that my 6’4” tall husband and 6’2” son could have extra legroom. There was at least an extra foot of space between the end of their knees and the reclined seats in front of them. Wow. It was worth it! We had the aisle behind business class, and with only 3 middle seats vs 4, even our aisles were comfortably wide. The seat comfort has improved greatly from past flights on Lufthansa. The small pillows at each seat were comfy. We liked that the silverware was actually metal instead of plastic - nice! Loved loved loved the free good quality alcohol! Air temperature felt comfortable to us doing the entire flight – normally these flights are freezing cold.

Impressed with the space of the Premium seats even though I did not have one. Loved having warm bread/roll with evening meal. Seat head rests could be raised to help taller people.
Cons: Headphones in the back of the seats were two pronged and did not fit the display. Attendants offered appropriate headphones at first of flight, but I did not understand what was going on. Seats were a little hard. Some of the mesh pockets on the backs of seats were not properly attached at the bottom and items placed in the them would fall through.

Cons: My return travel was on lufthansa but due t delays in departing I missed my flight to the US. We were treated very poorly and slowly by service center representatives. The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline.

Cons: Once we were all onboard we had to wait in FRA in the plane until someone's baggage was unloaded. The wait time was almost 1 hour which was not pleasant esp. with small children. No entertainment onboard.

Cons: the second leg from FRA to BUD entailed a massively disorganized, no queue control free for all to go through the boarding gates, all of which just led to an overcrowded bus.... which meandered through the airport to your jet on the tarmac.. they then allowed boarding from either rear or front of plane which of course lead to the throngs meeting in the middle and trying to squeeze past each other... horrible. Then... the checked bag did not make it to Budapest as they forgot to transfer it in FRA. so, yeah all in all it was a cheap flight and we got what we paid for.

Pros: Our flight attendants were very kind and caring, and we landed safely in Budapest. The kids even had the chance to talk to the pilot/co-pilot before getting out of plane, they really loved it. Thank you!

Pros: Having requested assistance due to breaking my leg, the service at Heathrow, Charlotte and JFK with American Airlines was excellent.

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Pros: The shorter flight to Zurich was on a smaller plane than the overseas one, but I'm not sure what model. It seemed about average for comfort; overhead bins held my backpack easily, while I find many older planes do not. Coffee or soda was free, everything else was for sale. Attendants on this flight were very busy and very friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. My check-through luggage arrived intact. Overall a good experience on a two-hour journey. Plane arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is always a plus.
Cons: No real issues with this flight. it accomplished my objective - to get to Switzerland intact, with a minimum of fuss.

I wasn't seriously hurt but what really upsets me is that the other person wasn't even reprimanded. Also, that suitcase was way too heavy and I'm surprised this person was allowed to board the plane with it. Also, boarding was horrible and the flight was late. I will never forget this experience and would avoid flying with Finnair ever again! This was really the worst flight I have ever experienced!

I did not book American, just got duped into it, but now I will make sure I will never fly American again.

Pros: I like the Airbus A330 model's that AA flies from Charlotte on European destinations. They are the former USAir A330's and they are nice both in business and economy. There are no premium economy seats on this version. And Charlotte is an excellent airport to fly from/to.
Cons: I wish there was a premium economy offering on this plane. The first row of economy is sold as such but is really nothing like prem economy apart from additional legroom.

When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people.

Pros: The new 777 airplanes were exceptional as well as the splendid airline crew!

Pros: This is not my first experience with Finnair flight and I'm very pleased with a consistency of a good service, high professionalism and I will recommend this airline to all my friends.

Cons: Seats given away that we selected six months ago even though we checked in days early. Four family members all over plane.

Cons: Outdated planes: Intercontinental flight with no personal entertainment system, (cabin monitors only). Poor check in/No partner flight numbers listed: I booked a Finnair flight, it was operated by American Airlines, which is fairly common, but neither JFK or CDG listed the partner flight number or Finnair anywhere - which led to slow and confusing check in when neither Finnair nor AA could find my reservation

Pros: My son and I requested gluten free meals when we reserved our tickets. When the meal was being served the crew had NO record of our meals needing to be gluten free. So we had to get one of the meals that was being offered. This was unfortunate and they made no other attempts to rectify the situation. Also, many TV monitors were malfunctioning, including mine which did not have clear sound. It was jumbled and not even clear enough to make out words in a movie or song on the radio channels. Cons: The seeds were too close together N20. You almost couldn't eat your food or all the laptop because you're so crowded.

Cons: Long flight with no screens on the back of the seats with personal entertainment options. Furthermore, I had a middle seat and my shoulders kept knocking into my neighbors. Worst of all, my seat didn't incline as far as the people on either side of me. Sleeping is already hard on a plane, and this made it way worse...not to mention my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the whole time.

Pros: The crew was amazing. It was a long flight and they kept bringing us drinks and snacks for 10+ hours.

Pros: The crew went above and beyond to cater to everyone during this long long flight, they were really sweet, moving people around for more comfort if needed. Hadn't seen such a caring crew in a long time. Thank you to the Miami based crew, they were amazing !

Pros: Crew was generally friendly. Leg room in coach was ok. The price was good.
Cons: Kayak sent misleading check in announcements. Namely, telling us to check in with Finnair, where it would not let us check in on line and no one answered the phone. We ultimately checked in with American, which was operating the flight. Not a customer friendly process. American should be embarrassed to serve meals. We think people will eat the gruel because they paid for it. No choice of entertainment. How 1990s. If this is the new American Airlines Lord help us.

Cons: There was a problem with the plane but there was time to make up the lost time however it seemed no one was in charge. We were not even told of the problem until the flight was already 30 min late. Then there did not seem to be a plan to fix things. The flight was 1 hour and 15 min late meaning we miss our great connection.

Pros: Spacious not over crowded smooth flight British Airways was great! Very attentive flight attendants.
Cons: Chicago O'Hare was a mess as far as making connections. There was no signage and the airport attendants did not offer any assistance.

Cons: On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights

Cons: I understand that airlines want to cut back where ever they can, but I have a hard time believing that you cannot swing a bottle of water and a sandwich. Oh BTW beware of their new “security” regulations. So I had a bottle of perfume in my carry on, only about a quarter maybe a third left in a 100 ml bottle. Guess what, it is not the amount of liquid you have in it, it is the amount the bottle can hold that matters. Needless to say they confiscated it.

Cons: The only refreshment without charge was tap water. The crew also pulled a curtain across the tops of the seats in front of us to separate economy from priority, and it felt somewhat insulting. Boarding was delayed with no communication from the crew as we all stood at the gate waiting for instructions.

Cons: The credit/debit card machine didn't work on half the cards. It took about an hour for anyone to get food or a drink. The staff was more preoccupied with selling things than picking up the rubbish. It only takes a minute to walk down the aisle collecting cups and bottles. Some people never did have their items collected before the three hour flight ended.

Cons: Transfering at Heathrow is a stroke-inducing experience. Just getting from one terminal to another takes close to an hour. Add to that sadistic, bossy security personnel, incomprehensible flight announcements (in England!!) and trademark British incompetence -- Brexit can't come soon enough!

Cons: Corralling people into shopping area by not disclosing gate assignment. Then corralling people into a boarding area where there is no access to bathroom facilities. Then boarding without any order except for some privileged passengers (first class, club members). Finally,not serving any soft drink or little snacks unless you pay for some overpriced stuff. This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines.

Cons: We booked online with a major travel booking site and got Much chaper seats than aa offered. However, they wouldnt assign us a seat until at the airport; what a hassle.

Cons: Asked for water when they were selling beverages, and was told sharply "not yet". Flight attendants did not make eye contact and never return for us or other passengers around us.

Cons: I didn't like that my 22 year old granddaughter was separated from my other granddaughtner and me while we were going or water and food. When we returned, we were told that this was an extra security check required by the US gov. and that she would be returned before boarding. That was my grandstanding at least . What happened was that she was not returned and no further communicated with my other granddaughter and me by the time the plane was being hoarded. It doesn't require a vivid imagination to think of fake BAW employees and human trafficking tp understand why I was terrified by the disappearance without return of my green eyed ,lovely young granddaughter.

Cons: I have change my return tickets to one week before original return date, and the fees for changing was 4600£ I have the same issue with Qatar airways and they charged me only 100£

Cons: No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can.

Pros: The plane is a newer one than what they are flying across the Atlantic and the seats were decent for the length of the flight. The crew were very nice and gave us tap water to drink for free.
Cons: They don't offer any free food or drink, not even water. The boarding process was slow and laborious as they were making people check their carryon bags as they were checking the boarding passes.

Cons: Flight was 2 hours late due to weather (not airline's fault) and technical problems (airline's fault), causing a missed connection in the London to Houston connection. BA gave excellent support in this difficulty but it was next day for a connection, changing plans for others at home and making it difficult at their end (hotel and pet boarding reservations). There were noisy babies the whole trip--not airline's fault but does make an uncomfortable and long trip even worse. The flight was full, so it's 10 hours in a sardine can--and they wonder why people hate flying now. Hate flying and only do it when necessary (longing for the good old days when flying was comfortable and fun).

Cons: My London to Charlotte flight arrived early, customs and immigration were fast. I was not allowed to change my flight to JAX to an earlier one so I had a 4 hour layover. I had not been issued a boarding pass in LHR and when I got one in Charlotte I was seated in the very back seat next to the WC. I booked this flight in February so was displeased that I had such a bad seat, also that I could have had a seat on the earlier flight. Something about BA and AA partnering makes it difficult and it should be easier.

Pros: Great service. The flight attendants were cheerful, polite, and helpful The seat was comfortable. There was a large selection of movies, including lots of old classics.
Cons: The food was awful. I am not fussy eater, and I could not finish the meal




Cons: I did not understand special with covid why half the plane was empty they keep us all together. Would have been nice to be able to spread out and have more room. Seats and leg room are small.

Cons: When I got to dallas there was no one there with a wheel chair to help me get to my next flight. Asked the counter person for information and she almost could not be bothered. After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions.

Pros: Direct flight, quick and easy. Dinner, breakfast and complimentary drinks were nice.
Cons: The plane for this flight was lacking current amenities such as power supplies for devices and individual tv screens. The gate crew was a bit rude commenting on my tardiness to board although it was due to my flight arriving late from Denver which I feel they should have known was not my fault.

Cons: Our already delayed 1 am flight was cancelled a little before midnight. It was rescheduled to 8am. It was a big headache trying to get a hotel, meal vouchers. Then, there were no shuttles to the hotel available so has to wait in line again for taxi vouchers.

Cons: I’m never ever in my life flying with American Airlines Again. I want my money back honestly. I’ve had 4 flights with AA. 2 to get to Columbia and 2 to get back to Washington. 3-4 HAD ISSUES OR WAS WAY LATE. Unexceptional

Cons: 7pm flight, received flight delayed notification at 11am that day. How do you anticipate a delay 8 hours prior to a flight. Delay allowed me about 10 minutes to sprint through the lovely Charlotte airport. To finish off my trip, American Airlines manages to misplace my carry on that was required to be tagged and stowed. I handed it to the individual right outside the plane to be stowed. How does the bag not get in the same plane?!?

Cons: Didn't like the two hour delay, especially when I was notified only a half hour before boarding! This seems to be a normal thing for American Airlines.

Pros: Everything was great on the flight from the boarding to the service of all the staff before during and after the flight. The only major issue I had was once I arrived in Honolulu my luggage was damaged. I should’ve filed a claim while at the airport at the time but didn’t realize it until I got to the hotel.
Cons: I would highly suggest that you do a better job of luggage and baggage handling. This is the second time I’ve had luggage damage on American Airlines flight.

Pros: Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it.
Cons: The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded.

Pros: Really?! After all these years, you can't manage the boarding process or even attempt to create and/or keep ques? This part I have to say is not rocket science. Also, if you are going to offer carry-on baggage, then make sure you can honor it!No one took charge Or do we get to charge you $60 for the luxury of being able to check our bags to their final destination?
Cons: No one took charge. Those that refused to check bags when told they must due to no more overhead bin storage, all had room to put their carry-on in the overhead storage with room to spare.
