Pros: The crew was friendly and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Loved the warm cookie. A nice touch! We were offered coffee immediately on entering the plane. Perfect for a early morning flight.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: The crew was friendly and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Loved the warm cookie. A nice touch! We were offered coffee immediately on entering the plane. Perfect for a early morning flight.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: Nothing it was cold no blankets.
Cons: Flight was not on time. Delayed 5 hours.

Pros: A full complément of movies to choose from

Pros: I like the spaciousness in the front for your feet.
Cons: The flight lasted about 5 hours, but they only offered limited small snack (chip or granola bar) and some drinks. They have sandwich and other real food but it costs around $9.5. Some other airlines provide free full meal even the flight time was only 3 hours.

Pros: Fast flight; clean cabin: tv screens at every seat

Pros: good service good flight
Cons: everything

Cons: Change gate not done properly

Cons: my seat wouldn’t stay up, it was a little broken

Pros: Movie selection was very good
Cons: Gentleman sitting in front of my son was intoxicated and dropped his sauce on the floor which splattered on my son. I told the hostess who helped clean up the mess. The man was too drunk to even realize his own mess. Limit drinks. He bought 3 drinks on a 5 hour flight.

Pros: Alaska is my favorite airline.
Cons: My seat assignments did not transfer to Alaska so I couldn’t get my seat assigned until just before I could board.

Pros: More room in economy than other airlines. Thanks!
Cons: Still miss the live tv programs from Virgin America days.

Pros: Half of the flight was empty. I asked of I could move to the row behind. I was told that was premium seating and I didn’t pay for that. I didn’t appreciate being addressed like that. And did ot really matter when nonoe is sitting there or plenty of other seats.
Cons: She could have just let me sit there. I should have been told that the seat didn’t recline when the ticket was pirchase.

Cons: Nothing - most excellent flight!

Cons: Everything

Cons: first class service

Cons: I was in the last group being boarded (D) - by the time it gets to this group it seems a kind of controlled pandemonium starts and the staff just do their best to herd people in. I have an Alaska Air credit card and one of the selling points was to board earlier, but that has not been the case, as they reserve this for their higher level customers, whatever that means. Also, on this flight, I was very unimpressed with the crew, there was a younger African American man, who was particularly unfriendly, he clearly needs remedial training in customer service. I was disappointed with my experience this time as I have mostly found the crews to be very professional.

Pros: Crew Entertainment
Cons: Two hour delay

Pros: Both the ground crew and flight crew provided exceptional service. They were caring, attentive, and very helpful from the time we arrived at the airport in San Francisco until we landed at Washington Dulles.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

Pros: Flight was fine. Crew friendly. Seat comfort quite good. Movies etc great.
Cons: Cabin very cold. Took 90 min for crew to come around for drinks and orders. Nothing to do with rough air.

Pros: Plane left on time and arrived half an hour before schedured
Cons: The plane is not clean, seat very small I am not a fat person

Pros: Roomy seats and all together comfortable.
Cons: There wasn't anything we did not like.

Cons: I don't normally leave reviews, but words really can't describe the nightmarishness of what should have been a quick four hour flight from San Francisco to Washington. Seats for my wife and I were not where I had reserved. Plane had one working lavatory for a cabin of 150 economy passengers. This resulted in a line that stretched the entirety of the single aisle of the plane for the majority of the flight. The second toilet simply had a piece of paper with sharpie that read "DO NOT USE!!" There were two attendants, one of whom wore a t-shirt and was mostly indistinguishable from the passengers. Didn't get so much as a cup of water until over two hours into the four hour flight. No snack, but that's the least of my complaints really. The attendants spent most of the flight in the back of the plane discussing their new vacation lottery and where they were going to go out drinking when we landed–I know because the rear of the plane was where I ended up, forced to smell the single working toilet, in a seat that didn't recline.

Cons: The gate was switched at the last hour for no apparent reason to a gate that had a delayed flight. My flight was delayed an hour as we waited for the first flight to depart and then my flight to deplane, get cleaned, load and depart. Not sure why this needed to happen.

Pros: Boarding smooth
Cons: See above

Pros: Our flight attendants were fantastic.
Cons: The application I had to download had cookies.

Pros: Nothing, didn’t fly
Cons: I purchased insurance in the event my circumstances changed and I couldn’t fly. My circumstances did change and I ended up not flying. When I contacted Alaskan, they “reimbursed” me for the flight but simultaneously charged me $125 as a change fee. The result was no benefit from the insurance, and a loss of my money as a result.

Pros: The great selection of movies available on the flight.
Cons: The flight attendants seemed rude and not friendly.

Pros: Also...spacious seating by coach standards
Cons: Never a fan of boarding zones but it was fine

Pros: Flight attendants were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Our seats did not recline - this was a red-eye flight so not seats that do not recline is a problem. The plane was very cold and we kept our jackets on but it was still too cold. The flight attendant said it was warmer in the center of the plane. That's great for them but didn't help us since we were not seated in the middle.

Pros: On time. Tons of free movie options. Good snack options. Comfortable seats.

Pros: Flight was not crowded, so there was an empty middle seat. Arrived early.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Cons: Service

Cons: Screaming baby. And it took forever to board the plane.

Pros: The flight was on time, the crew was very friendly and the seats were very comfortable. Overall very good experience.

Pros: I had an aisle seat with no one in the middle seat next to me. Very little turbulence over The Rockies. Movie selections poor...same as back in March and it is now July.
Cons: Flight arrived at 12:05 a.m. rather than 10:45 p.m. flight path went to Charlotte N.C. and then to Dulles..strange. Due to heavy traffic or weather conditions?

Pros: Premium seating has more leg room
Cons: Entertainment system down. WiFi worked intermittently and was very slow. Without the system, food service was nonexistent. I actually asked for food to purchase only to have an attendant walk to ‘check’ and never return. Abysmal.

Pros: Entertainment, free movies

Pros: Nothing. We lost our only one baggage
Cons: Loss baggage

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They separated my seat with my 2 years old son, far far away. My 2 yo son got the seat in row 13 while mine was row 23. Then the front desk staff could only help to switch to row 12 and row 13. We’re still not together. That’s horrible. Then when we got on the plane, I asked people around if they don’t mind to switch their seats, but still not working well. The flight attendants didn’t help at all. Just saying, “this is the best we can do.” What did they do? They didn’t even help me to work it out. Then one of the front desk staff came onto the plane and help me out. My son and I finally sit together. But the overall experience sucks! Alaska Airlines needs to train their crew to have more emphatic to the passengers.

Cons: We only had one drink for a 5 hour flight! Took two hours until we were finally able to get a glass of water.

Pros: Crew was exceptional - friendly and took care of passengers, including helping an old lady with her bags etc.

Cons: Keep it up

Pros: all was good trip and service nothing to criticize

Pros: The selection of movies
Cons: Noisy unfortunately second to last row on the plane near bathroom noise and traffic. Loud conversations behind me. At one point a woman started playing music on a device and singing loudly. This was a night flight. I think one of the passengers finally asked her to stop, I would have thought one of the flight attendants would have approached her

Pros: Usually we fly United on a direct flight to PDX. That flight is no longer available so we chose Alaska to Seattle. Their entertainment and internet actually works making them a better option than United. Flights were on time, crew was friendly, and the aircraft was clean. No complaints with Alaskan, and actually happy to change airlines after years of being with United even though it is not a direct flight to our destination.

Pros: Yes, they My have lost it but they delivered it to make up for the mistakes.

Pros: Alaska is great in all ways

Cons: Chargers didn't work on either flight

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful, especially the Oahu crew!!! They helps me with my baby son Levi and made everything a breeze.

Pros: Easy to fly out of Eugene and connect in Seattle. Free Beer!
Cons: No peanuts or alternative gluten free snack

Pros: flight time is so confusing

Pros: Comfort plus is a nice upgrade
Cons: Having a clear gate to take advantage of being early.

Pros: Crew was nice and friendly
Cons: The economy seats in an A321 are uncomfortable and there is very limited legroom.

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Pros: Missed connecting flight because of late plane.
Cons: To be in the plane instead of being placed on standby.

Cons: we boarded on time and were on tarmac for over an hour and a half with no explanation, no beverages.

Pros: The Delta staffed were friendly and greeted me with a smile.
Cons: The temperature on the plane kept going in and out. It was warm most of the trip. The lady that was sitting in front of me talked on her phone until the plane went up in the sky. She would hide it when the flight attended passed by.

Pros: Crew ok ... not engaging

Cons: The DCA airport was having some problem. 1.5 hours late. Not very good.

Pros: I like having the adjustable head rests.
Cons: There was no window in the back row of seats, which was claustrophobic. The seat rows are too close together, that it was hard to focus on the movie on the seatback in front of me. My seat didn't recline at all.

Pros: Reliable Airline - on time - kept up to date on flight timing - Great crews.
Cons: Good stuff.

Pros: No delays. Easy boarding.

Pros: Internet access. Waiting area at JFK with charging stations for every seat and a tablet to order food & drink.

Pros: Customer service on the phone.
Cons: Delays all day on delta. On my way out and on the return flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed by an hour. No explanation given

Cons: It took longer to get from nyc to dc that it did Venice to NYC. Horrible....got home at 2am

Pros: On time boarding. Good entertainment options, friendly staff

Pros: The crew onboard was very good.
Cons: My 4 year old daughter and I were not seated together and I was told that a 4year old could not sit alone yet Delta refused to move anyone. Instead I had to get on board and beg someone to please wait h seats with us.

Pros: The efficiency of having my boarding pass on my phone (Apple Wallet). The Kayak and Delta apps streamlined perfectly and I was able to check in and pay for luggage through Kayak! I just need to do better at checking my phone due to both apps sending me updates about flight delays and luggage locations
Cons: Lack of space from being confined to the middle seat but the passengers next to me were nice and the plane ride was over before I realized it.

Pros: They were very helpful. I hurt my leg and am on crutches and they were extremely helpful to get me to my next gate in Minneapolis and to get me to baggage claim in Philadelphia.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: AC was not working properly and it was very hot and miserable trip

Pros: Staff tried to be helpful
Cons: Silly series of events. Maintenance problem before flight left previous city, got to us and we boarded only to deplane for more repairs. Ended up with another plane, five hours later. For a 44 min flight. Would’ve been easier to drive!

Cons: There really needs to be a way the airlines can better make seating assignments. I was in a window seat and the woman in the middle seat was so large that her arms took all of the arm rest and some of my seat area. Even crossing my arms I was unable to not have her arm up against me.

Pros: The free small meals are a nice touch. Everything was great. The flight was on time and lived up to my expectations for the best US airline.
Cons: One of the flight attendants didn’t seem super happy. Not much to complain about on this flight.

Pros: Arrived safely
Cons: Crew arrived late from Buffalo (?!?!) so our 7:59 flight didn’t start boarding until very close to that time. That delay, as Delta well knows, dominoed into LGA’s ATC issues and resulted in an arrival at DCA well after our scheduled arrival.

Pros: The seats.
Cons: In typical Delta fashion they boarded, deplane, board it again and then beat the plane. Blamed it on weather even though a full maintenance crew was beneath the plane in the entire time and, for the coup de gras moved a new flight an hour later 30 gate down. Classic Delta hopefully they'll be out of business in a year

Pros: I will always fly Delta. I have tried other airlines and they don't conmpare to Delta's service

Cons: The seat I was assigned did NOT recline !!! I have neck and back problems and I was in so much pain. You need to clearly indicate when a seat does not recline ( as in exit row seats, which are clearly indicated).

Pros: Easy boarding, not a full flight, had plenty of room to stretch out, friendly flight crew, extra snacks!
Cons: Not much to say I didn't like, few problems with in-flight WiFi but otherwise good.

Cons: Flight attendant took my complimentary new order but then forgot to bring me the food.

Pros: Hartsfield rental car train broke so it made me miss my original flight to DCA. Delta ticket agents rebooked me w/no problem and could not have been nicer or more professional. Thank you Delta, you are my hero! Hartsfield Airport, not so much.

Pros: Service of all the flight staff, smooth flight, and early arrival. Staff was very courteous and helpful
Cons: Nothing really. It was an uneventful flight with good service

Pros: I really enjoyed the just a little bit larger seats, extra leg room, and the ability to watch a movie on a screen that wasn't my iphone 6 screen.
Cons: It would be nice to have gluten-free snack options on the flight, since I have to be gluten-free.

Cons: The plane was late to JFK and then we had to wait for them to deboard and prepare for us to get one. Now we are in DCA and we can’t even get to our gate for another 10 mins

Cons: Flight was late by almost 2 hours!!!

Pros: The flight was uneventful and although we took off late, we arrived on-time.
Cons: The rows of seats are so tight that when the big guy in the seat in front of me leaned back (not even putting his seat back) his seat banged into my knees. A combination of cheap seats and too many seats. Made for a very uncomfortable flight.

Pros: Good food and entertainment choices on board. Little to no feedback from captain regarding inflight turbulence.
Cons: Getting through security at the LAX Delta Terminal 2 was chaotic and the slowest I have ever encountered. There were two lines which moved at very different speeds. My husband got through his line 15min before I was finished in the other line. One line required iPads to be other, the other didn't. Something was seriously wrong with how things were being handled. Bathrooms onboard were a pigstie.

Pros: On time

Cons: Flight delayed due to weather and mechanical.. nightmare! Still not sure when I'll get to DCA . I was suppose to get in at 9:30 pm. Flight from atlanta won't leave until 10:20 pm.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Employees at the Atlanta airport have a SERIOUS chip on their shoulders. Just when you thought seats couldn't get any smaller or closer together. Paid for priority boarding but the boarding pass still said zone 3. Employees could care less.

Cons: Delayed

Cons: Cancelled my flight then re-booked me for the next day; was able to then find a flight same day but 7 hours later. That then was delayed another 4 hours and I had to buy a rental car to drive home instead. Thus far they have been unresponsive in getting me a refund for my travel. Don't fly Delta.

Pros: On time...great service!
Cons: Seats were a bit narrow.

Cons: Too many boarding calls for different levels of service.

Pros: delayed. equipment failure.

Pros: The Delta staff at the Marine terminal at La Guardia were fantastic and saved the staff that re-issued tickets at JFK.
Cons: 5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it.

Pros: plane left on time
Cons: seats were too close, luggage was delayed,

Cons: The stewards crew was very very very rude. The airplane looked like its going to come apart any minute. We could actually see rust in the wings of the airplane. I think the plane should be retired, for the sake of the flyers!!!!

Pros: People, your people were fantastic!

Cons: Flying on a different airline

Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Nothing

Cons: An on time flight

Pros: Flight to DC was good, on time, clean, pleasant crew, etc. And the flight back was mostly good, with exception of the booking and boarding issue.
Cons: My TSA information was included in the flight to DC, but apparently omitted from the system for the return trip. This forced me to go through the non-TSA precheck even though I have paid for and am a known traveler. The flight was also late and making it later still, was the gate having to plead for passengers to check their bags as a way to avert the airline’s overbooking it in the first place.

Pros: The crew was clearly concerned with the covid rules, but just as concerned for passenger's needs. Outstanding performance in difficult circumstances.
Cons: Drinks!

Cons: Food option to purchase

Pros: Turbulence Ear popping

Cons: Better food options for those in group 1

Cons: Old planes, disinterested crew, full flight

Cons: Flight attendants not enforcing mask rules. Unfortunately, many people on my flight seemed to think they're not concerned by the pandemic, and were keeping their noses out of their masks, or frequently removing their masks

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable and cramped

Pros: I was lucky enough not to be put into a middle seat or next to a stranger during this pandemic.
Cons: No social distancing and no enforcement of wearing a mask properly. Wearing one on your chin or half of your mouth with your nose hanging out needs to be corrected. Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out.

Cons: It could have been cleaner. I wiped the arm rest with my disinfectant wipes and that arm rest was dirty! I wiped everything else around me. Not clean at all

Cons: Flight is always packed to capacity and seats are small. Uncomfortable. On the good side, we had a new plane with leather-like seats.

Cons: 3 hours delayed

Cons: Didn’t get my whole can of soda and pretzels are cardboard.

Pros: No entertainment system only for those who are vested with AA and using their app
Cons: A modern plane not old A320 without entertainment system

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Pros: Convenient departure time originally
Cons: Late start due to needing more fuel because of weather at the destination. So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?

Pros: Plane was full. Finding overhead storage was tough. And, we checked luggage. The seat was small, but I had leg room and no one reclined their seat. There are a lot of extras one must pay for. But, the plane was on time and the crew was pleasant..People are accustomed to this treatment. There is no joy left in the flying experience.
Cons: I did not understand the entertainment system. I read a book.

Cons: on a 5+ hour flight, that was diverted back to the originating airport due to a passenger who had extreme DTs from excessive drinking the night before, and made the flight return, American offered NO compensation AND the aircraft was so old, there were NO back seat monitors NOR any means to charge our electrical devices!!!

Pros: Unlike previous AA flights, the process was smooth everywhere it mattered. Attendants and crew were friendly, service was prompt, flight was smooth.
Cons: Attendant was unable to upgrade me to first class due to a system error they couldn't fix. Boarding was unnecessarily delayed because the attendant on staff was not the scheduled attendant and they were scrambling to catch up.

Cons: I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?

Cons: They lost our luggage even though we have 50 minutes between connecting flights.

Pros: The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated.
Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).

Cons: After being delayed without any explanation, I was told that I would not have my purchased 1st Class seat. To add to that I received no service In economy.

Cons: Very inefficient that all bags had to be checked on the jet way and then picked up on the jet way. The picking up on the jet way turned into a cluster F.

Pros: Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time.
Cons: The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved.

Cons: Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages.

Pros: Narrow aisle and seating. Attendant looking at his phone the entire time we were getting ready to take off as well during taxiing and takeoff. Unbelievable!

Pros: I like AA overall, better than United for sure. I've been flying with AA since forever.
Cons: Flight attendants arrived late, delayed the passengers. No blanket for main cabin when asked, my parents are old and they were really cold. Harsh landing but that's a give for DCA anyway.

Pros: Flight was quick, seamless, on-time, and comfortable. WiFi available. Arrived 10 minutes early. Recommend the shuttle because if you don't get one flight, they'll get you on the next. These days, the shuttle is more dependable than Amtrak.
Cons: Would appreciate a USB port or an outlet.

Cons: I wasn't able to fly Alaska Airlines due to storm in Washington DC. My first flight American Airlines from Charlotte to Washington DC was cancelled. The second flight Alaska Airlines from Washington DC to Portland was delayed, but I never flew. I got a direct flight from American Airlines from Charlotte to Portland instead.

Pros: The associates at the terminal, who faced long delays and concerned and frustrated customers were patient and gracious. Following prescribed procedures they made announcements, apologized and provided snacks for the long delay.
Cons: Having to wait for an extended time in the terminal. Delays turned my 10 hour journey into 24 hours.

Pros: Flight was fine.
Cons: Diverted due to low weather and low fuel. Sat on the tarmac for almost two hours before we could get fuel and be on our way.

Pros: Ground delay but we still got there in time and I made a close connectionshort flight

Cons: Food was bad and crew never ask for food to economy passengers for long hour flight meal plan was not working I felt hungry and ac was too cold for all the time nothing good entertainment movies for different languages and no providing small personal hygiene kits for long flight

Pros: Flight crew somehow noticed that we had someone in our party who could use some extra consideration. They pre boarded us as a result! They were also extra considerate during the flight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Pros: I was not able to seat with my son, I was not very happy about it.

Cons: Your subject headline in your email read: How was your Alaska Airlines flight to Washington? All correspondence referenced Alaska Airlines, however my flight was and American Airlines flight and in a terminal on the complete other side of the airport. I suggest you clarify on line.

Pros: That I got home safely
Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

Pros: Excellent aircraft. EJR190. Not big but very comfortable aircraft. AA has decided to give actual leg room. Nice experience even in the back of the aircraft.
Cons: AA needs to work on boarding logistics at LaGuardia. It's confusing to have to shuttle across the tarmac to another terminal. If the flight times had been closer I would not have arrived in time to board.

Cons: Flight from Miami last night was delayed 3.5 hours (which was a 9:30pm departure to 12:30am departure) There was horrible weather that prevented the Flight captain to arrive on time for our flight. (he was en route from NYC to MIA). But instead of providing accommodations, the times changed and then they boarded us on the plane where we proceeded to wait almost an hour on the plane before take off. Arrived at DCA at 3 am....not a goo start to a work week.

Cons: Flight was good until, after arriving 30 minutes early to PWM, our plane had to wait about that much time for our gate to open. Once pulling to the gate we waited another 15 minutes for someone to figure out the walkway and open the door tom the plane-- all with no communication from the crew.

Pros: It was just a small jumper, can't expect much but crew was good

Cons: seats are terrible.

Pros: Always good movies
Cons: Overall everything is good , with the actual situation I font think is a problem with the airline or employee

Pros: Crew is good
Cons: Delay is a problem, am late for second fly

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Security staff short with passengers

Pros: The seat was comfortable and the crew was accommodating.

Cons: It was a mess from start to finish. Ridiculous lines. Ridiculous covid rules. They have us all shoulder to shoulder in tiny waiting areas then suddenly we get on line to board and have to stand six feet apart and then on the plane we are squashed all together anyway. It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!

Pros: The crew was great as was the check in crew.
Cons: The comfort of the seat and leg space.

Cons: Less people because of COVID

Pros: Friendly helpful flight crew
Cons: Entertainment wasn’t working well at all

Cons: The plane was extremely full. No chance of social distancing.

Pros: Same
Cons: Hire better competent people

Cons: They over sold the flight. Also they had numerous passengers on the flight that were not wearing/using a mask

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment
Cons: Add a meal and seatback entertainment

Cons: Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Luthsansa sent the reminder 30 prior the flight that was a delay on the flight operated by United. I called customer service they do don’t helped and hanged up twice. Finally after waiting for an hour on the airport the same flight was change 4 times more. A manager in United got us in a different flight but we arrived 40 minutes later to Madrid and missed our connection to our other flight. I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte

Pros: Cost
Cons: Aircon too cool

Pros: The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!
Cons: My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort.

Pros: For the most part the staff made an attempt to help me get onto a flight. I think.
Cons: I had to go on my trip a few days later due to a work conflict. I never changed my itinerary because I didn’t think it mattered. I bought a new one way ticket on a different airline and went to get on my return flight that I had paid for and was still receiving emails about. I got to the airport to check in for my return flight and it had been canceled because I didn’t get on the first leg. I was never notified and they couldn’t get me on the flight I wanted because it was leaving in less than hour(which is a stupid rule). And to get me on a flight the next day would cost $2500. No thanks. And before anyone tells me that it’s in the fine print that they cancel a flight if you don’t show up, save it. We all know people don’t read all that. Be a human being. So if your plans change, make sure you officially change your plans, because they may go above, but probably not beyond. Oh and it took quite a long time for them to figure out what happened. If they had realized and I didn’t spend so much time on the phone with customer service, I might’ve been outside the hour window requirement.

Pros: Very comfortable flight

Pros: Highly professional and exceptionally courteous service by the cabin crew. Professionally dressed. Organized and dilligent. Customer friendly. The way an airline owner and CEO would want to be represented to the paying customer by a frontline segment of his/her organization. Best UAL/Lufthansa experience ever for me.
Cons: The ‘third world’ arrival handling by IAD. Ragged transporters. No intercom service or effort whatsoever to advise pax of apparent problem at main terminal. Turned off transporter engine and left us on the tarmac breathing diminishing air in the module and wondering what was going on. Mobile passport service ‘not working’ at jam-packed immigration. Luggage retrieval frustrated by problems or incompetence and finally located at an undesignated conveyor area. No kudos to IAD. All kudos to Lufthansa/UAL. One Exception was my ‘by chance’ immigration agent who for the first time ever for me at IAD said “welcome home” as he waved me on.

Pros: The flight went very smoothly from start to finish

Cons: 95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Pros: Easy check in. Good flight. Good food.

Cons: Had anightmare will complain to united diect

Pros: They staff was friendly and they boarded efficiently.
Cons: The worst part of the flight was the fact that they have redesigned their planes. They have put the seats even closer together and their new seats are horribly uncomfortable. The seats are made out of a hard molded plastic. There is no give and they don’t form to you back at all. Their comfort level I would rank at a zero! I had thought they may not be bad for a domestic flight as mine was international, however, I also had them for a domestic and they were equally uncomfortable. I will be checking off of United on my next flight as I can not sit in a seat this uncomfortable ever again! Try again United!!! #UnitedSeatsUncomfortable, #HorridSeats,

Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way

Pros: Landing in Dulles
Cons: Poor boarding - had to walk steps with luggage, board a bus and wait for 10 mins in hot weather, then had to walk steps to plane with luggage. Plane - no place for cabin baggage and people had stuffed inefficiently their bags; crew did not seem to care Crew - did not care, pointing fingers at people like they do not know English, no sense of pride or commitment in their job; they might as well thrown food at us Food - bad, lucky we were hungry Entertainment screen - not working well Flight was smooth I do not know why Lufthansa partners with United Airlines.

Pros: The flight actually had hot food for sale! The cheeseburger was pretty good.
Cons: I had a really hard time getting the cabin crews' attention during boarding for a piece of safety equipment. I hit the call light, tried to catch them as the crew was distributing headphones, and the light got turned off by an off-duty flight attendant without checking that we needed something. I got it in the end with an apology from crew but I still don't feel terribly safe Also, the paid entertainment system that my neighbors purchased seemed to be down with static for a portion of the flight.

Pros: The crew were excellent and receptive to needs on the flight.
Cons: Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible.

Pros: The movies were good - glad it was free and nice selection
Cons: US Pre-clearance in Dublin was ridiculous. I don't know what else to say about it. They were even holding us going down the escalator to the actual screening part. It was just one crazy queue to another. Will definitely make me think about ever going through Dublin again.

Pros: The boarding was pretty good for this flight, seemed simple enough, everyone was pleasant. And I was near an exit, which offered sufficient leg room.
Cons: I was disappointed by a few things... 1. The staff didn't much care to be there. They seemed distant and unconcerned, although their words were supportive. I just got off a flight from Seoul to SF, with United (892) and they admittedly stated that they were understaffed (which was completely fine) and their attitudes were much more supportive than that of the following team (486), a flight from SF to IAD. 2. I was surprised, that on a 5hr flight, they only offered a half bag of mixed items and two rounds of beverages. I was sure that they would feed us something. However, if it's not the policy, I get it...but I asked if they had anything I could purchase, the flight attendant points me to the menu pamphlet and says that I could choose from there. I asked for the Chilled Chicken with Slaw and she promptly lets me know that they only have cheeseburgers, a protein box and Cheese. For a person who's lactose intolerant, I was again disappointed by the service--why ask me to go to the menu, if you knew there were only three items you were offering?? So I didn't order anything. 3. The entertainment blows my mind. I've flown with you guys like 8 times this year, and the app still does not work properly, however, before every flight, someone mentions over the intercom to be sure to download the app...but if it doesn't work...why offer it? Also, if there are tvs at the back of every headrest, the least you could offer is a random movie, versus the commercials about how great the app is, or whatever was scrolling along. Lastly, please note, I was trying to figure out a way to make a comment to United...but didn't want to sound TOOO disgruntled. I'm not opposed to flying with UA, absolutely not, but if any of these things are addressed, I definitely feel you will be making a massive improvement on what seems to be an airline that I'd think twice about taking. Feel free to e-mail or call me. I don't mean to sound rude...but having flown other airlines, and knowing that UA has been around for a while, i just hoped the experience would be better.

Pros: The cabin crew themselves were great. The pilots offered my child to go see the cabin and everyone on the actual plane was great.
Cons: The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name.

Pros: The people were very nice! The entertainment although not easy to access was free. snacks were meh but ok. They did what they could to make us comfortable after flight was delayed 2.5 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours was out of the control of the crew. They did what they could. But the plane was cramped. Not enough space. Everyone was cramped. We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline.

Pros: There were maybe two of the flight attendants. Who weren't rude. The rest well, I guess didn't like there jobs? I lost all my money for my first flight, because i was over 4 hours late. When i purchased a ticket from cheapo air, the person helping me was so nice. Unlike United airlines, or Viama. When i missed my flight that i paid $1,300.00, United said they'd give me another ticket for $4,000? This was a one time offer to redeem my $1,300 Viama said $10,500? I will only buy my tickets from cheapo air from now on.
Cons: The flight attendants are very snotty, 2 out of the 18 I encountered were polite. The rest acted like they hated their jobs, and all the passengers. When you travel to another country they should have at least one person who speaks English. Can't really say much for the food, essentially requesting a vegetarian meal was out of the question, so i just starve. Drink some watered down booze, take a few dramamine and sleep. The layovers are ridiculous. 14 hours, 8 hours 4 hours? Good thing God made Beer and pizza.

Pros: Found what was expected from the flight. Hats up to the take off that happened on time in a busy airport.
Cons: Aircraft is tiny and seats are narrow.

Pros: They held the plane due to delays in customs

Pros: Aircraft with old decoration. Could not see a single smile from the crew.

Pros: Comfortable and enjoyable flight, efficient crew without delays.
Cons: Poor food - even going for the safe pasta option. Very disappointing & not enjoyable.

Pros: There wasn't a single thing I liked about flying with United.
Cons: Everything from customer service check-in to boarding. It was TERRIBLE. I was to have a wheel chair at check-in for my start in Fayetteville. Did this happen? NO!! The girl looked at me like I was CRAZY. I'm on crutches and having to wear a leg mobilizer with a blown MCL & meniscus. I did not get any help boarding my flight which happened to be an express flight. The young stewardess took my crutches from me the moment I stepped foot on the plane. And I couldn't get any help getting off the plane.

Cons: Recent airline corporation consolidation has greatly reduced consumer choice. The surviving major airlines, in their effort to cut costs, sacrifice quality control and assurance. Pittsburgh's status as "no longer a major hub" was on full display here. United needed to have customer service agents available on site, but they did not. The review could easily turn into an essay on United's complete failure (ask the remaining passengers who were supposed to be on the PIT-IAD), but such a review would not change the state of affairs in the airline industry. I will be contacting United reps to lodge an official complaint.

Cons: After having several flights with international airlines while in Thailand for the last 2 weeks, it was quite a disappointment to spent 12 hours on this UA flight. There was a 6-8 hour period during our flight were flight attendants did not ask or even consider walking the isles and asking the passengers if they needed any water or anything else. During several flights in Thailand, the attendants were constantly catering to every passengers' needs. The difference between the flight attendants from Bangkok to Tokyo compared to Tokyo to DC was worlds apart. The Japanese attendants were as friendly as ever and took care of all the passengers needs. The flight attendants were flat out rude. There was once event on this flight that I could not believe. A child of 5-7 years old had to go to the restroom with his mother. The flight attendant was collecting trash from our meal. Even though she knew the child was behind her and needed to go to the restroom, she would not stop collecting trash, move her cart so that the boy and his mother could get to the restroom. Instead, she continued collecting trash and made the boy wait until she was done. I feel embarrassed for the foreigners who were on this flight and this was their first impression of America and Americans. The main meal that was served was a breaded chicken patty served with a slurry of questionable gravy, rice, and a roll. I received better food on multiple 1 hour flights while in Thailand. The comfort level was what you would expect from most American airlines-tight and cramped. I will never book with United for another international flight.

Pros: Once I was on the flight it was fine except for the food which was decent
Cons: On my outbound flight from IAD to BRU my flight was delayed 3.5 hours because the "plane was late to arrive". Seems like this happens a lot on United flights. The staff at the gate of Dulles airport were extremely rude and difficult to deal with, which made it frustrating to try and figure out my connection situation. I missed my connection from Brussels to Paris and had to buy a train ticket for which I was not reimbursed by United. Then, on the way back from Paris, my flight was delayed 2.5 hours for the same reason. At least this time I had a direct flight. This entire experience makes me think twice about flying United again. I live in DC and it would be just as (in)convenient for me to go to BWI instead of Dulles for international flights, where there seems to be more options outside of flying United.

Pros: Legroom and seat size were terrific. For me, movie selection was great--best of 2015.
Cons: Luggage was delayed--apparently not transferred in Munich to United flight. Fortunately, it was only a 24-hour delay and contents arrived intact. But the explanation of what I could purchase to meet my immediate travel needs (toiletries, intimate garments) was indefinite and unclear and subject to reimbursement only if approved. Boarding was subject to additional security for flights to US in Munich airport where passport was checked yet again and stupid questions were asked and passengers were shuffled through a long queue.

Pros: In flight crew were friendly, professional, helpful. We appreciated frequent offers of water.
Cons: My husband, w/ recent collarbone fracture was not allowed to board early, so got stuck in a crush. Our neighbors to the front went into full recline mode ASAP and remained there for 8-1/2 hours- we were unable to reach our belongings on the floor or exit the seats without flight crew intervention - and we are 140#, moderate height! Seats this tightly packed should not recline! Somehow watching numerous economy plus seats remaining empty several rows ahead of us while we endured this was a sorry statement from the airline.

Pros: nice crew feeling safe had my luggage very fast (in the airport)
Cons: airport was VERY packed! I arrived to the gate 10 minutes before my flight. I asked for window seat (I was not able to make my seat online because of my passport) and they wanted me to pay 10 minutes before the flight for a window seat!! fortunately the plane crew let me sit on window seat since there were lots of empty window seats. The food was not good. The crew was trying so hard to give as less as possible. They were asking "do you want...?" before giving anything. You either need to be awake the whole flight or there is a good chance to miss meal!

Pros: This was the most uncomfortable plane ride I have ever been on. Will not use this airline again
Cons: Social distancing, the seats are absolute garbage. There’s no room, the tray tables are a freaking joke. It was excruciatingly uncomfortable.

Pros: Amazing crew

Pros: The time
Cons: Everything

Cons: Dont have flight leave 30mins early

Pros: The flight was on-time.
Cons: The seat, again, was the bad news.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing. It’s garbage.

Pros: Was fine overall for a no frills airline
Cons: We were not notified prior to the flight that we could not of been a plane so of course the only snack I had with me for a four hour flight was a bag of peanuts. We were told we were not allowed to take any peanut products out on the plane and this was told to us from at takeoff.

Pros: Crew was great; polite, helpful and friendly.
Cons: As always with frontier, seats don’t decline and are relatively uncomfortable compared to other airlines. No complimentary beverage/snack service. No in flight entertainment. Standard, uncomfortable flight, but the price happened to be right.

Pros: I got to DC in one piece.
Cons: Seats are REALLY uncomfortable as they're thin and don't recline, no USB plugs in plane or Wifi available. Lots of turbulence on this flight which sucked, but that's out of the airline's hands I suppose. The trip from Seattle to Denver was even worse. Bag drop took over an hour, and the plan wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Took forever, which sucked on a red eye.

Pros: The flight was generally acceptable
Cons: Late departure, warning of turbulence - with no actual turbulence. Fight attendant wouldn’t let me use the lavatory during the un-turbulent turbulence. You can’t get anything to drink without paying at least $2. The fees are annoying. I miss comfortable full service airlines.

Pros: If you have carry-on, you are seated first so there is room in the overhead compartment. That is great. Non-stop flight from DCA to Denver.
Cons: This was my return flight to DCA. The flight home was marginally better because I paid $13 to upgrade to a window seat. I did not upgrade further for $45 to include reclining and more leg room. I guessed right the little extra room by the window gave me enough to be slightly more comfortable than the torturous middle seat. This time I checked my carry-on early, and saved $7. I paid $38 instead of $45. I prepaid my checked luggage. My base ticket was $368 but with the checked luggage, carry-on, and changed seat fees, it cost me $510. The base rate was not sufficiently low enough to really make a difference because of the all the add-on charges. Besides the charge for carry-ons, there is a charge for a simple drink or snack - $2.99. At least other airlines offer water and nuts, & do not charge for carry-ons. The ticket cost for other airlines were not near or over $510. This bare bones, nickel & dime may be good for some but not for me. I would rather give up a nonstop flight for comfort on a 4-hour trip and no hassles about carry-on luggage or a cup of water. If the trip was under 2 hours, it may not have been so bad but the fees for this or that is not very appetizing either.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Complete lack of service. Plane diverted to IAD they told us to go to Z gates. Not one damn employee was around anywhere. Finally had to take an UBER to final destination DCA. I will be following up for a full refund on my flight and my UBER ride reimbursement.

Pros: Flight attendants were great and can't beat the price!
Cons: Flight was delayed for over 2 hours and did not once get an update from frontier staff on what was going on...nor did they apologize for the delay when we finally boarded.

Pros: Check in line was relatively short compared to other airlines at the same time of day
Cons: Chemical smell (fuel?) strong in back of plane when getting ready for take-off. Couldn't even buy a stretch seat and think it is disrespectful to customers to shoe-horn them in to those terribly close rows of "regular" seats. NO ONE wants to feel like that! Also, couldn't get Frontiers new mobile app to let me sign in for flight.. help desk said just go to the airport to sign in. So why bother with the app? AND when I bought tickets that seemed like a decent deal, found out AFTER buying tickets that baggage, carry-ones and most regular seats all have additional fees. I paid an extra $107.00JUST to sit down and bring my clothes in a bag.

Pros: Frontier has modern planes, practically new. Staff was attentive. The planes are clean. Water is free. It's had air conditioning and good lighting for the seats.
Cons: Very limited comfort on the seats, very limited space. Note only the space between the seats but also the the tray is very short. Don't think about using the tra for a laptop, tablet or phone; not even a cup of coffee fits adequately on the tray. The space under the seat is also very limited, as well as the net behind the seat. You can barely fit a bottle of water. Comfort is not what they are aiming for.

Pros: We had a safe flight.
Cons: To start, the app didn't work correctly for check in, so when trying to go through security, I couldn't pull up my boarding pass SO I had to get out of line and go all the way back to the check in line to print a pass. The boarding process was fine, but the seats are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Additonally, every other airline I typically fly provides a drink and snack at NO CHARGE. Not Frontier. A drink, other than water, is at least $2.99. I will do my best not to fly this airline in general and will tell the company who booked my flight that they should consider a different airline in the future.

Pros: We did not crash. I appreciated that. Also, we made slightly faster time than planned.
Cons: I had no idea that a *carry on* costs $30. That's just obscene. My GF and I took a weekend trip to Utah and brought only our backpacks because we didn't want to spend the extra dough. Lame. At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. How could we top all this lameness off with a lame sauce? How about the flight crew "requesting" your attention and forcing you to sit through a 5 minute *credit card offer*. I could not believe it when the credit card offer started. Afterwards, she walked through the aisles and asked every person who dared to gaze in her general direction whether they were interested in her offer. How many were? ZERO. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier.

Cons: This airline is like something out of a comedy about bad airlines. It starts with their "low fares" that don't include basics like carryon bags and seat selection. Next are the seats, which don't even recline a little bit, are SHOCKINGLY tiny and uncomfortable, provide significantly less leg room than anything I've seen anywhere else, 4"x3" beverage trays that the flight attendants openly laugh at, and no food/beverage menus. Even the flight attendants are worse than average; a woman asked one of them if there was a bathroom in the front of the plane, and she responded that she didn't know. Just corner cutting and general low quality across the board. Oh and of course no movie or internet options. They should change their name to "no other flights at the time you needed to be there" airlines.

Cons: waited forever to get our bags back when we got back to DC

Pros: The price was right until we were charged for each checked bag including carry on luggage. The seats on the plan were also incredibly uncomfortable.

Cons: Flight check-in for Frontier was so busy that I ended up going through the outdoor check-in line, even though it was well below freezing outside. The flight was delayed about 3 hours with multiple gate changes and little communication about the delays and gate changes. Most passengers learned of the changes from Frontier's website while waiting at a gate. After waiting outside in cold temperatures to hand over my checked bag, it turns out Frontier never put my bag on the plane. In fact, about 30 people had checked bags that were not put on our plane. When I tried to call the Frontier customer service phone line, it was so busy that they were not accepting calls and the system hung up on me. My bag was delivered almost 24 hours after the plane landed, but that meant I lost a day of vacation because I had to wait for someone to deliver my bag, whenever was convenient for the airline. Frontier did refund me the cost of the checked bag and gave me a $50 credit to encourage me to return as a customer. When any sort of baggage (checked or carry-on) costs at least $30, that $50 credit really is not enough to make up for their incompetence

Pros: Grateful that the Frontier crew got us to our destination and back safe and sound. Thank you!
Cons: Really shocked to see when I was checking in that we had to pay $300 in fees for our 2 carry ons, 2 checked bags AND FOR OUR SEATS! We were pretty upset about it but nothing we could do, it was a snowboarding trip so we had to carry our gear with us... So after we got over that shock, we board the plane and discover that seats don't recline, snacks and sodas come at a price ($3 for a can of coke) and there's absolutely no entertainment. All this being said, I would expect this from a low budget airline, BUT we paid a lot for our tickets. Granted it was a New Year's flight, but still, we've never seen this from any other airline. Unfortunately, we will not be choosing Frontier in the future.

Pros: The flight was fine. It arrived on time, and I don't mind the immobile seat backs and the lack of a talk tray table.
Cons: I received an email on Tuesday night informing me that my Thursday am flight was cancelled, due to anticipated weather (no increment weather at the time), The email provided no instructions for rebooking except a phone number. I tried rebooking on the web site, but that didn't work. The web site did not know about the cancellation at all and wanted to charge me a large rebooking fee. Meanwhile I was on hold for two hours. Finally, I needed a midnight trip to the airport in order to rebook. At the airport, I witnessed ill-informed and stressed agents failing to cope with stressed stranded customers. One agent told a customer that she refused to help him any longer because he recorded her.

Pros: The flight was on time and the plane was clean. The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The airline did not provide seat assignments at booking or prior to the flight. To secure seats together with my 11 year old son, I was upcharged at the airport ($85 for tow flights). No amenities were provided. Apple juice cost $3. No in flight entertainment, not even a magazine. This flight cost as much as a major airline when I booked it--the only convenience was timing back to our original airport. Add the seat up charge and I probably paid more. This experience proved to me that it might be ok to pay a little extra for a major carrier, especially on long trips.

Pros: I didn't like anything .
Cons: I'm use to flying Delta . And that's what the problem was . When you put frontier up against Delta the difference is pretty disgusting . Frontier has no remorse for those who maybe late . If you don't check in , and aren't by the gate within 15 minutes they'll just leave you high and dry . Some people might have a dead phone , or no service . Checking in should not be life or death but with frontier it is . Also their bag policy is nothing compared to Delta . They charge $35 for a carry on bag . With Delta , your first carry on is free . Also , frontiers food menu is a disgrace . They charge $10 for a piece of cheese and that's just disgraceful . No complimentary snacks, just an airline trying to milk you for your money , and there is NO LEG ROOM , on their planes what so ever . Frontier airlines is now on my DO NOT FLY list along with Spirit airlines . Back to Delta I go !!!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Per their instructions, I arrived at the airport two hours before my flight. The line to check in was MASSIVE. Everyone was grumbling they'd never fly Frontier again. All of the airlines nearby had no line, just Frontier was a mess. This took about an hour. I asked the lady at check-in (who rudely rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a boarding pass printed), why it was so busy and she gave me a blank stare and said "it's like this every day at this time, we have five flights going out." Sooooo they know it's like this everyday...why don't they fix the problem and have more than TWO PEOPLE behind the desk? This doesn't seem like rocket science. Security took 40 minutes too, and I told two TSA people my flight was boarding, and they just looked at me and shrugged. I've seen far better at other airports. My gate closed at 4:20. I was still in line at 4:10. Somehow I made it through and had to full out sprint to the gate. I made it at 4:18, and the gate guy said "I hate to have to close the gate on people, good thing I don't!". THIS ISN'T A JOKE. I made it, with two minutes to spare, but this was insane. I was there two hours early, it's not like I came crashing in twenty minutes before. I also watched a a young woman in line miss her flight entirely because of their slow check-in, and the desk people just looked at her and shrugged. Their lack of service and support was unbelievable and unacceptable. There is a reason these flights are so cheap, and I saw it all firsthand.

Cons: Seats are hard and didn't move. Could maneuver to reach items that slipped to the floor. Very uncomfortable for a four hour flight. Pull down table was very very small, and had sharp surfaces that would scratch my computer case. Stewards did not stop to offer water. Shameless marketing of food items and credit cards. The only reason we booked with Frontier is because of the nonstop to DC to fly a 90+ year old. Not looking to return flight and will never do again.

Pros: The times I didn't fly with Frontier
Cons: Had a long layover and watched the employee at the counter yell at about 90% of the people who asked her a question. When it was time to board there was no organization between each zone, so zone 4 started boarding with zone 1.

Pros: I liked the team of flight attendants and crew.
Cons: The seats are just not comfortable. I've traveled on buses in India that were more comfortable. There's limited room and space between seats, which is frustrating as well. Plus, everything is an incremental charge/fee. Charging for bags whether they're checked or not, is not good customer service. It's inconvenient and I don't particularly like being charged for small incidentals such as coffee, juice or soda. It's another inconvenience for the customer to reach under their already cramped seat for their wallet to pay. Plus the crew of flight attendants is slowed down by the payment process. I consider this bad customer service overall by Frontier. Poor crew. I suspect they're equally as frustrated with having to indicated that everything is offered for a fee.

Pros: I have to say the employees do provide the best customer service they can. Everyone was very nice, and I was offered vouchers to appease me.
Cons: My return flight was canceled about a week before. The alternative I was offered was no good, so I had to rebook on another airline for a lot of money. The outgoing flight was delayed by 3 hours. Won't be booking with Frontier again unless I have lots of flexibility in terms of time.

Cons: Price is fairly high for what constitutes "budget" flying. Charges for carry-on luggage is laughable given the high cost of a ticket--costs as much as Delta, but without all of the amenities. The plane was dirty (tray table had something brown and sticky, and seat was covered in crumbs). This experience is also on par with the previous Frontier experience I had, where the plane was dirty, and we sat on the tarmac for an hour after landing at Denver. All in all, terrible, and I will avoid flying with Frontier if at all possible in the future.

Pros: We got there and back safely; the pilots seemed competent; the flight attendants were pleasant enough.
Cons: Very uncomfortable and narrow seats. Carry-on AND checked bag fees; even water on the plane (poured it into a plastic cup, not a bottle) was $2.50! I didn't realize that this airline upcharges for every possible item so the ticket wasn't as cheap as I thought once I included about $60 in baggage fees. I also folded and paid $28 to choose a seat on my return flight since you have to pay to choose ANY seat, otherwise you end up in the middle. Unless there's a serious fare difference (including all the upcharges) for future flights I will not plan to fly Frontier again.

Cons: I will NEVER fly frontier again! Besides the unexpected high extra fees the day of travel totalling about $100, my seat being reassigned without any explanation or apology and no entertainment being available, the horrible customer service on board was insurmountable. The flight attendants disrespected several passengers directly and complained about several passengers in a degrading manner to one another, a conversations that i could hear from my seat in thhe 1st row of the cabin. When one passenger had too much luggage on board one flight attendant said to him "the world is not all about you". They complained about a passenger who answered them "yes" instead of "yes please". When giving the safety instruction demonstration one flight attendant made an uncomfortable comment/joke about how a "fat person" had been wearing the life jacket before her. At one point in the flight an elderly man used the resrroom and when he returned to his seat two flight attendants made complaints about the smell and made a spectacle of using several different air fresheners while laughing and complaining about the situation. I could continue to go on with the disgraceful behavior i saw. I am so glad that i did not have to interact with them directly myself. I have never seen such unprofessional and abusive behavior by flight attendants. I am very disapppinted with the experience and will never fly with Frontier again.

Cons: My step son (Matt Altizer) couldn't make the flight due to his wife's illness and they won't refund his money. He went through all the steps and all they would do is give him credit for the next 90 days. How can we get Frontier to understand? Good customer service would give a full refund. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Ron Bierman

Cons: Seats are so unpadded it was like sitting 3 hours on a board. Mini-tray tables are difficult to use. I had to pay another $84 for seats and one carry-on bag before I could get a boarding pass. I did not see these costs disclosed before I booked the ticket. They do not serve ANYTHING, drinks or food, unless you buy it. The overhead light was burned out and I could not read. The flight was 45 minutes late. Our adjacent flight passengers were told to use the bathroom before they got on the plane because they would only have one working bathroom on the flight. NEVER AGAIN

Cons: The day after arriving at our destination, our return trip was canceled: "due to day-of-travel flight cancellation or traveler no-show." I can assure you, we did show; I had the pictures. They tried to put us on an earlier flight, which was not convenient, due to travel plans made 8 months prior, so the return flight was scheduled for the next day (again, inconvenient, due to loss of income). Frontier attempted to charge me for the extra day. After I complained multiple times, they finally waived the additional charge when I reminded them I was NOT the one who canceled the original flight. My daughter and I were provided $100 travel vouchers, each, for the "inconvenience." Frontier can keep their $200.

Pros: I didn't even know there were air carriers who required checkin online and arriving to airport 2 hours in advance - I feel Frontier should have a huge RED warning in Kayak "check this airlines policy! They aren't the norm." Maybe their low cost model requires that most of us can't follow these and will incur fees. Also says in terms & conditions that they can bump you for any reason as flights are overbooked as a business policy. Frontier doesnt "participate" in TSA Pre - despite press reports that it would be added in Sept. (never even knew a carrier had a role except merely printing the Known Traveller number) anyway my flight cost, bc I paid to choose a seat, had a carryon & two suitcases, was similar to other airlines. I guess I appreciate a barebones model for those who need it, and the flight itself was short & perfectly fine...but frankly this airlines terrifies me and is way outside the norm - it should NOT be grouped with other reputable lost cost carriers like Southwest.
Cons: Airport arrival. No TSA Pre. Bag fees. Terms & conditions say they can bump you anytime.

Pros: About the only good thing I have to say about this flight was that the pilot was good about communicating what was going on as a result of bad weather in the area of our destination.
Cons: Overall the Frontier staff was not helpful. They had no information and didn't really seem to care. The flight attendants were doing the bare minimum. And when asked a question they were not helpful and also didn't seem to care about the comfort of the passengers. Several of the overhead lamps on this plane were out. Even though we had to wait on the plane for over an hour before departing, no drinks were offered (unless you wanted to pay for them). I think there are things that can be done to make an experience more enjoyable even when things are not great. Like offering a free soft drink to passengers as they wait etc. Being cheerful can go a long way, and we weren't getting that from this Frontier crew.

Pros: The flight was smooth, despite heavy turbulence. Flight attendants kept their composure despite very irate passengers.
Cons: This was a memorably bad experience in being at the wrong end of incompetent management. While at the departure gate, the Frontier rep at the kiosk informed everyone in overly casual vernacular that, "looks like the flight will be delayed an hour or so because the crew feels tired, and doesn't want to fly another leg, so we're going to try try to find another crew." In other words, you'll be late not because of weather or anything out of Frontier's managerial control. Quite the opposite - you'll be arriving late because we're incompetent at organizational management of human resources. An hour and fifteen minutes delay followed, with some confusion. Arriving in DC, we enjoyed that same fresh honesty when the Captain announced, upon pulling aside the gate, that, "Folks I'm not sure what's taking the gate crew so long, but there doesn't seem to be anyone pushing the ramp out for us to exit - please hold tight." That was after 10 minutes of mysterious inaction. Another 30-40 followed. Finally, after an accidental "ping" that prompted passengers to stand--only to be told to sit back down as the plane wasn't affixed yet to the gate--everyone stood on the second, correct announcement to offload. If only. They then tried to get passengers to sit back down b/c a different Frontier crew and a pilot needed, from their middle seats, to get off first. Passengers started booing. I've seen a flight like that. Didn't even describe one truly out-of-line passenger up front who lost his temper and refused to comply. Again - a very memorable experience. And not in a good way.

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: The plane, the crew (who beyond being unfriendly managed to racially profile the gentleman sitting behind me and question him unnecessarily for using the camera on his phone for "security" reasons), the nickel and diming for everything

Pros: The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly during the trip.
Cons: The seats have very little legroom, the trays are about the size of a small book, and the seats don't recline. These planes weren't made to maximize comfort, but the prices are typically the lowest if you're excluding things like checked luggage and seat selection fees.

Pros: Sure, the price is good and the flights direct.
Cons: What kind of actual airline won't even give you get a dinky glass of diet coke or cup of coffee without paying for it? And a $40 checked bag fee at the airport? I get that these foregone luxuries are what allows the prices to be low, but it's just not worth it to spend the whole flight feeling completely unappreciated, uncomfortable, and nicked-and-dimed. My friend even prepaid for a reserved window seat, and was told upon arrival that the seat was someone else's. They said they'd refund her, but obviously that was not the outcome she wanted nor originally paid for. Not to mention no entertainment, no earbuds, not even a semi-comfortable head rest of any kind. I'll shell out the $50 or whatever more next time to feel like I'm not getting ripped off. Also, flights both ways were delayed, but the staff still feels the need to shame you for not showing up at the original boarding time.

Cons: The plane is uncomfortable, crowded, I have paying for baggage and water and seat assignments. I would rather know all of the costs upfront. One customer brought so much luggage on the plane that they took up an entire overhead bin, leaving the rest of the passengers who paid for luggage without any space. The crew did nothing about this. I am frustrated with Frontier based on my last several experiences flying with them, and will look for another airline next time. Also, Frontier doesn't do TSA pre-check, which is annoying since it is a service I've already paid for.

Cons: The plane was not cleaned before we got on. There was trash all over the floor and food and gum on one of the trays next to us.

Pros: I am a frequesnt flyer on all Major airlines and very frequent business traveler. This is the First and LAST time I will fly Frontier
Cons: I am a frequesnt flyer on all Major airlines and very frequent business traveler. This is the First and LAST time I will fly Frontier

Pros: Finally landing at 2:00 am with my luggage finally showing up
Cons: 1. 4:30pm flight had a FOUR hour delay!! No communication as to why. Empty plane finally arrived. 2. Got back east at 2am on a Sunday night, yet still had a long wait in an abandoned airport for luggage. 3. Got scammed by LOW ticket price, and then RIPPED OFF by exorbitant baggage fees...bringing the low price right back up there. 4. I could have paid another airline the same $$, and gotten FREE water and a magazine! Nickel and dimed everything. 5. Difficult to rate staff, because with no service, no interaction...except to 'fasten your seatbelt'. Boarding was boarding. Nothing to rate. 6. Offered $$ off my next flight b/c of the delay, but it expired in 60 days...REALLY? Yeah, the average Joe who flies this airline will SURELY be traveling again in a few months. LAME. Not worth the risk of flying this airline again, IMO.

Cons: No where when I was booking my flight was stated that I would have to pay to reserve a seat. I understand paying more for extra leg room but charging just to pick a seat in the back of the plane is rediculous and makes me never want to fly frontier anymore. I usually love flying frontier, but it makes me pick another airline. The flight was delayed 3 hours and I understand that things happen, but we were never told why our flight was delayed. The flight attendants were OK this trip. Usually I find Frontier flight attendants to be very friendly and seems to love their jobs, but this flight they were not the friendliest.

Pros: Was nice we got a voucher for a meal while delayed... Airport passed out water and granola bars a couple of times Mats and Blankets were passed out.. not near enough and had to sleep on the floor!!!!
Cons: The VERY long lines for changes.. seems like could have had more stafff to help out??? or something easier on line for changes??? Tried the web site several times to get updates and info and could not access.. guess too many at one time??? Don't know the answer.... hard to understand why Frontier not flying out day after when other airlines are??? I don't fly much - REALLY hard to look forward to looking forward to future times when things happen... realize the snow storm wasn't their fault.. BUT...

Pros: When I landed in Washington. *On my previous, outbound, flight to Denver, one of your crew members handled a medical emergency very professionally.
Cons: Delay after delay brought our flight into Washington at an unacceptably late hour. No apologies or acknowledgment of the immense burden it put on passengers. I understand that technical difficulties happen, but on any other airline there would be steps taken to at least appear as though they valued their customers. My seat mate ordered a tea, and was charged the $3, and that bugged me a bit....we arrived at 2am, over 4 hours late, and there isn't a policy to comp a $3 tea? A simple, "hey its on the house" would have given an appearance of understanding. Simple policy change may actually help retain a few patrons here and there. I do not plan on flying Frontier again.

Cons: There was no mention of a delay while boarding but it took an extra 40 minutes to get started. There were storms in dc and our plane had to be redirected to a different airport. We were not given accurate information or updated with any frequency. We would be told more information is coming in 15 minutes, then sit for an hour and hear nothing. i could not update my driver that was at the original destination airport. While stuck on the plane at the new airport we were told we could not get off the plane or we would not be allowed back on and if we decided to get off and drive we could not get our checked bags. Snacks were not offered for hours and more than one flight attendant said they were out of everything and running out of water. When they finally offered food, full price was still the only option and they had everyone line up in the back of the plane, blocking both lavatories. Half way through the line we were told we could close the doors and prepare to take off and everyone remaining was sent back to their seat. We waited another half hour to actually take off.
