Pros: The crew and the flight were all very pleasant. Highly recommended.
Cons: Unfortunately the trip was marred by being stuck on the tarmac for the better part of an hour while we waited for out gate. Even when it became available however, we were forced to wait while ATC sent every other plain taxiing through our route which was clearly visible from our vantage point. Not an issue with Delta per se but nonetheless it left us all exhausted and frustrated.

Cons: They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again.

Flight attendant asked him once to pull it up and he did, only to pull it down again a few minutes later.

Pros: I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them.

You might also want to add to your instructions how to disembark the plane, some individuals think their schedule is more important and rush up the isle in front of others who are trying to get their carry on luggage from the overhead compartment. Cons: I was supposed to make the trip from BNA to CHS at 2:30, we were delayed over 1.5 hours, making me miss this flight by 5 mins. Then I was put on 10pm flight which was cancelled! They couldn't get me to HHH until 6pm the following day. I would have missed my entire conference. The closest they could get me was a 10pm flight to charleston, then I had to rent (AND PAY FOR) a car and drive 2 hours to HHH in the middle of the night. The customer service people were less than helpful. They aren't allowed to help you make car reservation. My flight on the way back from HHH to BNA was a similar story. Thankfully my connecting flight was delayed an hour or there was no way I would have made it.

I got up later to go to the bathroom , also I have overreacted bladder and she told me in same rude talk go back to my seat that if I couldn’t see that the do not get up signs were on. I felt literally she yelled at me . Never asked me if I needed help , or just wait a little . I literally pee in my pants

I hated the entire trip. I was cramped up and extremely uncomfortable. This is simply unacceptable to have this happen because huge people can't fit in one seat. I want these obese people to be required to purchase 2 seats because they take mine.

Cons: Had an extended overlay because of an overlap booking with our pilot. He was on another plane that wasn't due to come in until two hours later.

Cons: My first flight was delayed by an hour and 20 min. I arrived at Dallas for my connector to Austin, 25 min before my departure time. I could have made it, however, the plane taxi'd at the gate for at least 10 min, then the door wouldn't open. When I finally got off, I sprinted to my next gate, thinking they may hold it for a few minutes as there were many people connecting on that flight to Austin, but instead they did the opposite. When I arrived there were other people waiting who had arrived 10 min before the departure time (also from a delayed flight) and the doors were already closed. There was no representative at the gate to even tell us this, until we had waited over 10 min, and when he arrived, he said the doors were closed, and all of us were too late. Why would you close the doors early, knowing that other connectors were coming in. Additionally, on my return trip, my flight was cancelled, and I never received a reason for its cancellation, just an automatic rebooking that put me back in New York a day late. I had to be on the phone for an hour, rebooking a flight that United didn’t have. They instead put me on an American airlines flight last minute that I barely made. This wouldn’t have been so bad if this wasn’t the second time this exact scenario occurred within two months, when my siblings attempted to return home for the Christmas holidays. United is terrible.

Cons: I purchased and paid for round-trip tickets 6-8 weeks before travel. While doing an online boarding pass I must pay $30 more for my seats both ways and $35. More for my carry-on luggage both ways or I don't get a boarding pass printed. I opted to get an online boarding pass because it was Xmas travel and the lines were extremely long. OUTRAGEOUS. My tickets cost me $110. more! The first of the leg flight was 1hr late taking off. I will NEVER use Frontier again!

Cons: frontier was awful. they pushed our flight out of new york back three times and then canceled in the middle of the night, saying they didn't have partnerships with other airlines so couldn't get us out until the 25th (the day before our return flight). we talked to both customer service on the phone (20 minute wait to get someone) and gate agents and EVERYONE said they weren't authorized to give us a refund for any of the inconvenience and unanticipated expenses. ultimately we ended up flying out of philly (paying for our own bus tickets) on AMERICAN (paying for another flight with our own money) to get to our family in denver. on the way back they weren't going to let us check luggage for free, again saying no one was authorized to do that until thankfully they discovered a note from the manager we spoke to in nyc. otherwise they would not have given it to us even after we spoke to the manager in denver. we boarded our return flight to find that we couldn't sit down as someone had vomited (not frontier's fault), and that was the cherry on top. we just burst out laughing because the whole thing was a disaster. we ended up spending the same amount as our "inexpensive" frontier tickets and more on fixing the trip ourselves because they wouldn't help us at all. truly a terrible experience and i don't anticipate flying frontier again.

Pros: The counter person was nice & did a good job of giving us our options DUE TO FRONTIER CANCELING THE FLIGHT.
Cons: I was told that Frontier could not help us find another airline and that the soonest they could get me on another flight was 5 DAYS. I was told if I could find another airline on my own that FRONTIER WOULD REFUND THE TICKET PRICE SINCE I DID NOTHING WRONG. I submitted for a refund and was denied the refund. WTF frontier whats going on??

Cons: We still have not taken off- 3 hours late. I was told their maintinence record was poor/ sure enough mechanical problems. Will never fly them again. The poor after taste of poor quality lingers longer than that sweet taste of low price!

Pros: Both ways the flights ran early.
Cons: Everything is a la carte. I'm ok with that as long as everyone is aware of it. Also, a woman with 2 children had to pay $200 for a checked bag at the airport. That was ridiculous.

Cons: They closed the check in area 45 min. Before flight, thankfully everything was on our phones and it's a small airport so the TSA got us through so we could Chek in at the gate. 3+ hour delay for "maintenance issues" (found out it was a paperwork issue the plain was fine the whole time). We boarded, then after an hour we were let off the plain to go to the bar, which was closed but they reopened for us, but no food. We were starting to figure out if we needed to rent a car before the rental places closed. Finally got back on the plain, and got to Denver. Frontier send an apology letter with a 50 dollar credit, we spent more at the bar while we were waiting. Frontier is only good for last minute cheap flights then they nickel and dime you to death. Their customer service sucks, the last time I was on Southwest with a delayed flight, (only about an hour late and the plain was late coming into Denver) they gave us a 200 dollar voucher right then and there, apologized a ton, and gave anyone over 21 a free drink. I'll be sticking with southwest even if it cost a little more!

Pros: The overall cost was great. I travelled from Austin to Orlando at a very good fare rate. Very impressive.
Cons: I was not happy that you had to purchase a coffee or soda. I think the airline should still be able to afford tonight's complimentary drink and snack.

Cons: Well first our flight got delayed an hour and a half and then delayed another couple hours and then finally the flight was flat out cancelled till the next day which made us obviously miss our flight to portland that night and we had emergency prior engagements that we missed and a whole weekend we paid for that is now missed because we won't be getting to Portland until practically two days later assuming everything goes perfectly today. ( currently sitting in Sioux Falls airport)

Pros: I had a problem when I was printing my ticket. I called Frontier about the problem. They fixed the error, waived the extra fee and as long as she had me on the phone she walked me through the rest of my check in. When I got to the airport the staff at the Frontier counters were very friendly and courteous. The flight attendants were also upbeat and good with the passengers.

Pros: About the only good thing I have to say about this flight was that the pilot was good about communicating what was going on as a result of bad weather in the area of our destination.
Cons: Overall the Frontier staff was not helpful. They had no information and didn't really seem to care. The flight attendants were doing the bare minimum. And when asked a question they were not helpful and also didn't seem to care about the comfort of the passengers. Several of the overhead lamps on this plane were out. Even though we had to wait on the plane for over an hour before departing, no drinks were offered (unless you wanted to pay for them). I think there are things that can be done to make an experience more enjoyable even when things are not great. Like offering a free soft drink to passengers as they wait etc. Being cheerful can go a long way, and we weren't getting that from this Frontier crew.

Pros: It was economical. The staff did the best they could with a rough situation.
Cons: First, I had to pay $40 for a carry on bag. Second, the flight boarded and took off late. Third, we arrived late because of the late takeoff but I wasn't too worried because we landed in plenty of time for me to catch my shuttle but then we sat on the runway waiting for another plane to depart from our gate for 30 minutes (which is actually the same reason our departure was late) so I missed my shuttle.

Cons: Initial delay of departure within weeks after purchase of ticket. While in Denver flight was delayed multiple times and gate changed without explanation. Plane departed six hours late after sitting on the runway for an hour and a half. We weren't even given complimentary soft drinks for the inconvenience.

Pros: It was a short flight.
Cons: This is as much against kayak as Frontier. If you display a price that includes all fees and taxes then that's what you expect a particular airfare will cost. When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If upon the day I fly I effectively have to pay the equivalent of the original fare AGAIN just to carry on my bag then I feel deceived. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch.

Cons: There was no food or entertainment so I could not make a judgement on these. With a short flight it is not needed.

Pros: The crew was friendly, and conscientious. They had an excellent attitude.
Cons: I'm 6'1", do you really need that 4" of knee room?

Cons: I have one more flight booked with your airlines in Sept. After that flight, I will probably not choose Frontier again.

Cons: Was delayed when we landed for about 45 mins due to the fact that they couldn't get the jet bridge to the plane. We were delayed on our return trip due to plane being late. I guess that is what you can expect when you hire workers at minimum wage that don't speak English. I usually fly United and I remember why. I usually arrive on time or early when I fly United. The extra cost of the ticket is worth being on time.

Cons: Nickel & dime for everything Called others up in the checkin line, who were late for their flight before us, causing us to be late and miss flight. Do yourself a favor. Pay a little more, and get a better flight.
