Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
First flight was delayed which resulted in missing our connecting. As a result class was downgraded to economy on a later flight.
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.
The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports
No complaints - left 20 minutes later than planned but still arrived on time.
It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM
Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.
Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.
Very turbulent flight, no drinks, very little service, unorganized boarding, gate changed multiple times

I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.
Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
Multiple gate changes and significant delay leaving DFW. Made for a late arrival
For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
