Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.
The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports
No complaints - left 20 minutes later than planned but still arrived on time.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in
Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
This was an auto-rebook due to being delayed from an earlier UA connecting flight. The boarding was fine, but they sat me in a middle seat when my original booking was a window seat. Overall, the flight was fine as it still got me to my final destination.
The flight out of Fresno boarded 1.5 hour past scheduled and made me miss my connecting flight from SFO to SEA.
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.
Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.
Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Old dirty plane but great lie flat seats in business class
Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.

I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.
Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
Multiple gate changes and significant delay leaving DFW. Made for a late arrival
For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
