Pros: Nice Airbus plane. Due to thunderstorm in Dallas, pilot not able to leave DAL to come to fly the plane in LAX on time. We delayed around 45 minutes. Otherwise, crews were professional and efficient. Excellent movies choices.
Cons: Boarding announcement in SFO was bad. No one can hear what the agent announced. Random sequence of boarding with confusion. In LAX, we supposed to go to a different terminal by a bus. There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport.

Pros: We were offered food and drinks (including basic cocktails) continuously throughout the flight. Hot hand towels, comfortable seats, dozens of movies and TV series, all included with basic fare. The flight attendants were kind and helpful. Excellent service and organization!

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed.

Cons: Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to.

Cons: To start, I had paid extra to upgrade to a seat with more leg room only to find I had been reassigned to the back of the plane. This was after I had already done an online check-in for the appropriate seat. Then I was told by the AA agent at the desk that my upgrade was in the system but that it was “fake”. Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight.

That wasn’t a big deal to me. We didn’t have a connecting flight to catch, so we were understanding....things happen. The problem for me began when HOT air was blowing on my legs the WHOLE flight. I was miserable! They only had pizza for purchase which did NOT sound appetizing in that heat. It was a terribly long flight and I was so happy to land and get off!!

Cons: My flight was cancelled in Munich and I was rerouted to Rome, Italy. In Italy they didn't find my ticket and I was made to wait an extra 4 hours. My carry-on bag was taken in London, as there was not enough room on the fight to Munich, but then when I finally got to Cairo, one day after I was supposed to arrive, both bags were lost and I stayed one week without anything. I missed an entire day of my vacation because of the cancellation and confusion in Rome. I am a Gold Star Alliance member and this was the WORST flight in I have ever taken in my LIFE!

Pros: We had two delays due to a need to replace the windshield wiper and then the GPS failed right before take off so we had to return to the terminal, but the captain kept us updated and got us off the ground asap. He did a good job explaining that often the paper work that needs to be completed often takes longer than the repairs which was true in both cases. Another Zunited rep boarded the plane and explained that after 30 minutes we could exit the plane if we wanted to, do that was nice to know we had the option.
