Cons: "Fog in Philly. AA should have diverted our plane to a bigger airport where AA could have serviced us (eg. Washington DC). Instead AA diverted us to Salibury/Ocean City!! We missed our connections."
Cons: "I downloaded the AA ap and followed the instructions but could not get entertainment to work on my Android phone."
Cons: "If delay to much pls let customer out of plane"
Cons: "Boarding seems to always take longer than necessary. Why not board passengers in the back of the plane after special status boards?"
Pros: "The crew was very nice Seats very confortable"
Cons: "Honestly nothing could be done better. Loved it!"
Pros: "Comfortable"
Pros: "Crew was very helpful."
Pros: "Good seat though cramped."
Cons: "Cramped. I don't like in flight credit card offers."
Pros: "Boarded in Boston and pulled away from the gate. An engine starter was bad so had to tow back to gate. After time to figure out the issue we were deplaned and began rebooking process. Not satisfied"
Cons: "See above"
Cons: "Airplane did not have plugs for phones nor head recliners"
Pros: "Generally, the stewardess are new (slow service), but very kind and considerate."
Cons: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving."
Pros: "Crew was nice."
Cons: "Having to check my carryon even though I was in the 12th row. I saw some passengers putting two items in the overhead, which makes it unfair to others."
Pros: "Fast quick flight. Bags out quickly."
Cons: "Seats are far too cramped for someone who is 6,2."
Pros: "Leg space, entertainment."
Cons: "Staff not willing to assist with my poor circulation problem."
Cons: "I arrived at the airport and had already checked in and had m boarding passes. For some reason they could not find me when I went to check my bag. After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."
Pros: "On time departure and arrival."
Cons: "Boarding lounge and plane were hot. No gluten-free options for snacks. At least I’d had a long layover where I could get a decent meal."
Cons: "The connecting flight from Raleigh to Philly was cancelled so we missed the flight to Manchester. We booked , through Kayak, with British Air and paid extra for premium economy and the actual carrier, American, doesn’t know how to process a refund and no such seats are available on our rebooked flight 24 hours later so it has been frustrating."
Pros: "Hostesses were great. And pilot landed safely"
Cons: "Stayed too long on the jet way. No available gate"
Pros: "Friendly Staff"
Cons: "I didnt like that we were an hour and a half delayed and we werent informed why. Then as I am trying to update my pickup person one of the crew members was really rude and I tried to explain and it didnt help. She was rude infront of all the passengers. Not planning to fly in AA anymore."
Cons: "System resets & bright light bursts in our faces over and over. Also when cabin lights dimmed the blue lights on seats were not enough to light the way."
Cons: "Our luggage was ruined and our stuff inside in bubble wrap was smashed to bits!"
Pros: "The crew was professional and friendly"
Cons: "No individual movie screen. Entertainment bad for an international flight. I paid for selected seats but did not receive, instead our family was scattered about the plane."
Pros: "Excellent service and airplane. Just need better Entertsinment system ( more updated ) and more programs and movies to watch."
Cons: "Entertsinment system , TV's are too small and not enough programs"
Cons: "Comfort of plane!"

Cons: "Again, service members were not allowed to or at least asked to preboard."
Pros: "The crew, pleasant as usual."
Cons: "They ran out of chicken for dinner, and then the pasta was cold. They could have compensated with an extra glass of wine, but NO !"
Cons: "Nickel and diming people for every little thing. I didn't mean to select a paid seat upon making my reservation on-line, and I couldn't get it to come off. Had to pay anyway."

Pros: "Nice plane"
Cons: "Slow set up of gateway upon arrival"
Pros: "Food was good, crew was friendly, cordial which is not good at all on flights by United Airlines, Delta American Airlines and Air Canada. Flight from Miami-Sao Paulo was nice and no too long as when I fly through Toronto by Air Canada or through Chicago by USA airlines."
Cons: "Four hour layover on a flight from Edinburgh to Sacramento."
Pros: "Dinner"
Cons: "Boarding was confusing. By the time groups 5&6 boarded the first groups had not finished and there were no longer any lines to control the crowd, just people trying to get on board to assure overhead cabin space."
Pros: "When I arrived at the airport to see the scheduled 9:30a departure was pushed back to 1pm, the gate crew did a good job of keeping us updated and they even provided lunch! The plane was undergoing maintenance but they found another plane and did not have to cancel the flight, and ultimately got us to our destination safely. Crew was very nice."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours so my half day of travel became a full day, half of which was mostly wasted at the airport. Would rather have been with my family than sitting at the airport."
Pros: "Only 30 minutes or so to ORD from GRB Paid with AA points at 7,500 miles each way for a weekend in Chicago"
Cons: "We didn't have hot beverage service due to turbslsnce and the attendant never came back to offer my 84 year old mother another choice"
Cons: "The flight left almost 6 hours late, and the delay was not directly due to weather. Another flight from and to the same airports left as scheduled 3 hours before this one finally left."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats Crying child"
Pros: "Crew friendly and efficient."
Cons: "Flatbed width tight"
Cons: "Nice, clean and comfortable aircraft. Plane was new and very updated."
Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."
Cons: "AVOID FLYING OUT OF PHILADELPHIA!!!"
Pros: "A runway at Phoenix was closed and we were told only once we were on board. There was a long delay in the aircraft at the dock and then another on the runway."
Cons: "Had to wait on the crew Short fight rushed service"
Pros: "It took off on time and life was good."
Pros: "The professionalism of the crew."
Cons: "The flight left late and they did not explain why their was a delay. The landing was not smooth. It was a rough landing."
Pros: "The fact I made the flight"
Cons: "Nearly missing the flight that my luggage did not arrive with me that I had to go back to airport 6 hours later to get it!!!!!"
Pros: "Everyone was friendly, the flights were on time, the food was great."
Cons: "There was very little leg room and few entertainment choices."
Pros: "I have never felt so smushed in to a space for so long."
Cons: "Space between the seats"
