Overall, it was a very good experience. I would have given it a 10/10, especially based on our flight from SFO to Melbourne. The cabin crew on that flight were wonderful and incredibly attentive. They took extra care when setting up our beds so we could sleep comfortably without being disturbed. Dinner was served promptly and smoothly. I woke up quite late, when the flight was already preparing for landing, and the crew still made sure I was taken care of. They brought me English tea in a proper cup, and when it was time to prepare the cabin for landing, they thoughtfully transferred it into a takeaway cup so I could continue enjoying it along with some breakfast. Those small, thoughtful gestures made the long flight feel much more comfortable and special. The service from the SFO to Melbourne crew was truly excellent.

Having the computer outage compounded by delayed takeoff while waiting for aircrew (who were also delayed) resulted in me missing my int’l flight
We had a cancellation due to weather, but the American Airlines staff was very helpful. Once we got on a plane, the trip was great.

We had bulkhead seats in a A380 in the upper deck in seats 31 D and E. Storage was very limited other than in overhead bin - which is not within reach when in seat. Yet paying same price as others in premium economy who have a lot more storage within arm’s reach. Seems very unfair.
On the Qantas flight, I could barely hear some of the announcements. It was better when I could read them on the screen.
Good check in and helpful staff. Delayed for 1 hour. Took about 45 Mins to get baggage’s at DFW . Food was average ( Hindu meal ) . Overall it was good experience
Seats to cramped. Food served needs better selection and more taste. Even though it was economy class a little upgrade in food would be a big plus in choosing Alaska Airlines again and more seat room. Thank You.
When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!
The flight crew was the worst I've experienced. If they worked for me, I would fire them immediately. They never smiled, they seemed angry and avoided passengers as much as possible. The food was not edible, and my luggage was lost. I will never fly United again!!!
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.
