Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."

Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"

We had 3 people flying together but did not get the seats assigned in one place. Yes, we did not pay extra for confirmed seats but since we were buying 3 tickets I think 3 seats close to each other (if not in one row) should be expected."

Also when I casually talked about how I didn't get to eat before the flight she gave me two of the cinnamon crackers that are offered during the flight. This was very thoughtful and considerate of her. It was the little things and the attendants attention to detail that provided me an excellent experience."

It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals."

Finally she booked me on a flight that was 24 hours later--and when I got to the airport, I had to spend another 20 minutes at the counter because, according the counter person, the AA agent did not get the details right. AA cancelled my flight and yet all other airlines kept flying. This is the third time I have flown AA and the third time that they have cancelled my flight and delayed my trip home by 24 hours or more. I've lost three days of vacation due to AA. I will not fly them any more."

Once in board we find out that they can't take off because they need to fix the "entertainment system" but apparently they sent the wrong technician who didn't know how to fix it and had to wait for the right one. I'm not even sure what had to be fixed since there wasn't even any entertainment offered after they fixed it. Once we arrived there were about 100 bags sitting in the bag claim and an equal number of people standing around waiting for bags. None of which was associated with our flight. Then it took forever to get the luggage out for our flight."

Mother Nature but lots of confusion at the Airport to get to Dallas and then a major wait and now luggage when I arrived for 5 days. No calls, just finally they arrived. I went on line everyday and was in a voicemail and on line abyss. Terrible service of this kind of a company. They need some guidance to make the experience in a difficult time more palatable. Not flying for a while."

Having my elderly mother having to rush from one gate to other with no assistance whatsoever. Barely making it to the gate on time and luggage getting lost. Still to this time which is around 24 hours later from the flight, there is no response about her bags. Insulin was on checked luggage. She experiencing serious knee pain due to the fast walk from gate to gate. Fast walk being mention since she is old and can't run. Besides that, flights were good."
Cons: "Because of the short connection time the group of people including me made it to the gate a bit late. However the plane was still at the gate and did not leave for another 15 minutes. But they refused to take us on board saying t was too late, as a result: They sent us with the next flight to Chicago instead of Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."
Cons: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."

Complete shambles with later boarders running up and down the aisle trying to fit their carry-ons into overhead lockers. Solution: Enforce one item only; Apply free checked items at the gate early. Apply a fee for items that don't fit and were not offered up for checking."

And so when I missed my SAS connection because of my delayed United connecting flight, nobody cared and nobody can assure me I'll ever get reimbursed. United said called SAS. SAS said call the travel agency... and on and on it went."

Cons: "The flight was over one hour late departing ORD. We had approximately 15 minutes to make our connection at IAD. While I understand that the delay happened because the copilot was late because of a fender bender, I believe the delay could have been much shorter. Since they had telephone contact with the crew member we could have been boarded before he was on the plane and departed sooner. Also no reasonable explanation was given for the delay other than a crew member was not there."

There was minimal communication and no real understanding of what was happening by frontier. When asked about any sort of compensation the employees were extremely rude and difficult. After so many hours they’re required to give a 50 dollar voucher but failed to do so. After not sleeping for multiple nights due to my situation I did not arrive into DC till 1am and had to drive multiple hours home in the middle of the night which was a major safety hazard. Frontier did not offer to compensate a hotel or anything for the inconvenice. Extremely disappointed in the horrendous service provided by the airline in this nightmare scenario"

So I had to buy a stupid expensive last minute ticket on Delta (Frontier doesn't work with other airlines, to rebook flights or even find your luggage) then drive two hours from the airport to see my family for the holidays.. Then take a 2 hour trip back to the airport the next day to pick up my luggage, which Frontier wouldn't deliver to me because I "voluntarily separated" from them. I suppose that's technically true, but I think there's an argument there that Frontier's complete lack of competency forced to me do it."

After I arrived at the gate and was ready to pre-board, Frontier sent another attendant to wheel me down the ramp which was fantastic since most times I have to drag and stumble my way down the ramp to board. When the plane arrived at Dulles, there was a wheelchair waiting for me at the door of the plane-a first in many flights. I am grateful for the Frontier staff's consideration and assistance."
Cons: "Having flown Frontier before, I was aware of the baggage charges, so I try to prepare accordingly (pay for all baggage online rather than at the gate). I am a bit perplexed, however, at the seat charge. I am handicapped and must sit in an aisle seat where I can stretch out my leg to some degree. I was told that because I am handicapped I do not have to pay for a special seat, but every time fly Frontier, I have had to pay to get an aisle seat. What do I have to do to get the necessary seating without charge other than sit wherever they place me and chance a circulatory episode?"
