I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable

Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

Seats too close together. Seats should not recline without additional space between seats.. Meal service and seat reclining is a huge problem.

Gate change at boarding was announced last minute and was far away from the original gate, and no text or email was sent to alert you; they kept spraying air freshener ugh! You could barely hear the announcements;

It was a very pleasant return flight. Their crew took great care of us and seemed to have so much pride to represent their destination and airline. We were on a Boeing plane and it reminded me that I really prefer the Airbus. We were in coach and when the person in front of me decided to sit in my lap, I could hardly move. The most important thing to know is that at CDG in Terminal 2, the passport control/border crossing is past the shopping mall and restaurant area. We thought the line was for Starbucks, but there was a 45-50 minute wait to get to the entrance to passport control. It would have been great if the airline staff could have warned us about it when we checked in. Not having any knowledge of it, we stopped for a little breakfast and were caught totally by surprise by the length of the line. The CDG staff did an excellent job of triage, trying to identify those who might miss their flights. But what a stressful hour that was, and totally avoidable had we understood. On board the food was quite good but it's still airline food, and the menu on the flight services screen at our seats did not align with what was actually served for the main meal. Pilots made an extra effort to find good air for us so there was very little turbulence, unusual for a winter flight.

Our flight was canceled a few hours prior to our scheduled departure. I was advised to book a new flight on another airline and we would be reimbursed for the original flight. Of course, that was denied and we're out $700. Many Alaska Airlines were canceled that day due to computer issues. This is completely unfair to us and we should be reimbursed for the extra money we had to spend.

My daughter and I were seated together, but our TVs weren’t working. They moved us to different seats with working tvs, but we couldn’t be together anymore.

I hope you can influence the airport at Papeete. It is in need of upgrading. Only 1 plug to charge in the open area, only 2 once you have passed security. Security was extremely outdated. They had me turn on my computer, and my camera. 9/11 was a long time ago. There were only a few ceiling fans so the comfort level was really low while waiting for my flight.

The staff on the flight were very friendly and willing to assist in anything possible. The food was plentiful, and the trip went very smoothly with the flight, arriving an hour early. Very impressed with the flight attendance with Air Tahiti Nui!

I’m not an airline food fan but the service was excellent!

There is no legroom for someone who is even a little taller than average. The woman in front of me leaned her seat back all the way, so that my knees were wedged up against her seat. When I asked her to adjust it, she flatly refused, and the flight attendant basically told me that I would have to put up with it - for an 11-hour flight! I will not use this airline again.

Really good experience. Was reasonably priced, Boarding was easy, on time, and service was great. No complaints at all :)

Premium economy is like the forgotten class. Aside from meal service never saw a flight attendant. Any additional beverages required going to the very back of the plane to request and there was rarely an attendant there. Seat leg / foot rest hardly elevates and not well suite for someone under 5’6. Bulky armrests

Flight delays both to Detroits and return flight . The flight to Detroit was associated with mechanical difficulty

Flight was operated by Virgin Atlantic and it was up to their usual high standard. Minor grips about some issues, but they are really first world issues and as a whole, was an excellent flight.

I am extremely disappointed that delta internal pilot manuals now refer to the Gulf of Mexico as the “gulf of America”. You can bow down to the Orange turd on your own. I will never fly delta again

Delta One upgrade it would have been great if my tray extended (it was jammed and wouldn’t pull out), seatbelt had too much slack & my little cabin door didn’t close properly

I paid for a business class ticket on Delta. It was sourced to Virgin Atlantic. They changed out the aircraft which had fewer upper class tickets. Even though I'd checked into the lounge, was receiving alerts via kayak about the delay and changes; no one informed me that the seat would be changed - until I attempted to board and was told that I would have an economy seat or they could search to put me on another airline. Even the flight crew were informed of this change (10 passengers were bumped out of Upper Class) around 2 pm (1400) time. Hours would have helped to consider alternatives instead of making a last minute change. There needs to be compensation from both Delta and Virgin given this change in service/experience.

Wasn't a Delta issue I don't think, but seems there was a Delta flight at each of the 2 Dallas airports at the same exact time, both to Atlanta. I was evidently booked on the one at Love Airport, but the Carey transport shuttle took me to DFW instead and I ended up missing the flight by just a few minutes. Was able to book a Southwest flight from Love Airport, but was a big loss of time and an inconvenience.

Every single flight that we got on was delayed by several hours or more. I honestly didn’t think we would get out of Atlanta because our flight was supposed to leave at 7:59 and it kept getting kicked back further and further. Delta stands for Don’t Ever Leave The Airport!

Great. I had to modify a flight. That was easy and free. Thank You

I noticed that the planes seem to be outdated. There was no entertainment per se. Also, the waiting area did not have any working electrical outlets

The flight was delayed for 1:30 hours for maintenance issues. They should give more information about connecting flights. For a Business Cabin the Crew was mediocre.

Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.

Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach

Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight

The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect

Movie selection is good. Crew did not understand mileage program and were no help. Sick later. Food?

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

It was nice to have gotten up upgraded to first class with a meal on a three hour flight

For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.

The food is terrible. The same pasta or chicken with bad taste and presentation

They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.

My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada

It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.

3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed

Digital check in is very poor with air canada compaired to other airlines

Baggage delayed we had to catch our cruise without any clothes 😒

Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare

Good but need to be better with the flight times.

The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.

The staff was great and made the long trip easy peasy!
