By the time they got to us, our food was cold and they ran out of the menu item we wanted. I have no intention of flying Qatar again. I will stick with Emirates"

The crews could have jet a couple of the flights a little longer for people to make their flights. The desk was filled with people and was very chaotic. There were so many people working there but no one could give you a straight answer so it was very confusing. I had to wait at the airport for 4 hours to get it sorted and was given a food voucher for $50 for the entire stop over. I asked about a flight voucher and they laughed and said they didn't do that even though they were the ones at fault. The crew was nice and the food was good but I will never fly quatar airways unless they remedy the situation."

As a Qatar airway member I feel let down and am disappointed with the lack of interest shown by the airline in relation to an apology of any kind. What can be done about it. I've booked a trip to be a part of my friends special day and instead get to the reception as guest start leaving. I also get fined from the car hire company as they cancelled our hired car due to a no show and have ended up with a less inferior car as that's all they had left. No real apology given si is like to know what are you doing about it?"

The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

Was not happy as wanted to fly with Virgin.The seats were ok but the entertainment system went down mid film. Took an hour to get started again. The games didn't work. Staff were a bit grumpy."

She was very obviously annoyed with nearly everything on that flight. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. Cons: "I found the seats on this Virgin Atlantic A340 flight from LHR (London Heathrow) to LAX (Los Angeles), an eleven hour flight, to be unacceptable. The seats were very crowded. I am six feet tall, and was very uncomfortable all during the flight. I could not sit with my knees together. I had to spread my knees to sit comfortably. Holding that position for eleven hours was very uncomfortable. Anyone taller than me would have even more trouble. Also, every seat has a very large box underneath, I presume for the audio/video system. This is a terrible location. There is very little room to stow anything. But much worse, I couldn't straighten my right leg. All-in-all, I found the seat situation totally unacceptable. I will likely never fly Virgin Atlantic again because of this."

We paid nearly $6k for the 3 of us, but the crew made us feel as if we paid nothing. The entertainment system did not work well, and most of the time the movies refused to play. We were always suggested to restart, and were not even given free access to internet as an alternative. On the domestic leg they give you 5 fools fish or crackers and soft drinks for 4 hrs flight. At the same time each and every passenger was asked personally if he or she will buy breakfast making the person feel guilty if not buying breakfast."

On the domestic flight they do not give you food even if the flight is early in the morning and 4 hrs long. That is a shame. Moreover they try to sale you a breakfast package that is design not to get spoiled for three months. The nutrition value of that package is zero even I believe it is bad for you. This is only in the USA. It is a shame how our Airlines treate the American passengers."

Pros: "Love the 767 seating layout with 2-3-2 seating. My hubby and I got 2 by the window/aisle. I like having 2 aisles for walking around. Pasta meal was much more tasty than the chicken meal."

What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Cons: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Plane had to taxi for 30 minutes all about the airport runways. Finally got to a gate -almost on the beach! Then had to bus everyone to main terminal. Slow in getting bags to the passenger pickup. It took us 2 hours post touchdown to get out of the airport! Almost missed the airport shuttle,"

Cons: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

The entertaining things on the individual screens also helped make the long periods of sitting more manageable for young and old."

Leaving pillows and blankets should be the only thing to clear out. Maybe a note on the TV screen could say, "a tidy plane helps flights be on time :-)""

So, I can't rate this flight because it had nothing to do with Austrian Airlines. You need to update your site so that it clearly states "Operated by..." when people are booking."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."
