Cons: "The staff at the gate for the flight to Detroit sent us back to get our immigration forms without giving us our boarding passes. This forced us to miss our connecting flight to Detroit and delay our arrival by 7 hours. Awful experience."

Cons: "We were not let in the bus to take us from the terminal gate to the aircraft on the runway, forcing us to miss the flight. And then were coerced into having to purchase another 2 tickets on the next flight, instead of them transferring our seats from one to the other. Absolutely the worst treatment to a paying customer / passenger you can imagine."

I think flight attendants need to pay attention to this more and prevent other passengers from being an inconvenience. *Too many people using the bathroom at once. Luckily I was able to hold it in. Maybe allowing us passengers to use the bathroom on the other side of the plane might be a good idea."

Cons: "This time the flight had a no service bathroom in the back so because of that there was a huge line. I think in those situations the first class bathroom should be an option to use it was a little or more than that for some passengers because some times is hard to wait. But first time this happens and is not the crews fault. Thank you"

Cons: "On my way to Lima I flew through Mexico City. It took over three hours to get through customs and caused me to get to my gate minutes before the flight closed its gate. For this reason I made note to upgrade my flight so I could be close to the front of the plane and get to customs as quickly as possible. Aeromexico made me check my bag which is the SAME bag I came down with. Same size, same Weight. Their reasoning for this was because they had a full flight, yet I had paid extra to upgrade in the first place and their policy states you can bring on one carry on to store in the overhead. I'll likely miss my connection due to this. I will never fly Aeromexico again."

Cons: "very uncomfortable and tight seating. Almost impossible to eat with a passenger sitting next to you. No salt, pepper or butter with food. Dried out tasteless, inedible bun served with meal. Cabin crew a little indifferent."

Cons: "The flight got delayed an hour and the ladies never gave us at least a curtious call to let passengers know that the flight would be delayed and people had to constantly go ask about the flight and they also didn't let us know where to find our baggage at the end of our flight"

Cons: "Coming home older plane, no individual tvs, the monitor to view commercials was small & far away. Also they only showed one hour tv show. It was over 4 hrs, they could have showed at least another show. Food not good."

Cons: "Arrived at MEX to get through thousands of people at immigration and customs. Ended up missing my connection by a meer few minutes because of the sheer volume. Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board."
