Arrived early. Smooth ride.
There were complications with my flights boarding in spokane and my secondary flight was changed without my consent to one that boarded at the same time as my first flight let me out on the opposite side of the massivr layover airport. It was only because an employee saw my struggle and confusion and hooked me up with a ride that I even made the flight dispite delta's best efforts. My TV's headphone jack on my first flight was also busted which sucked to find out after buying headphones on the flight. About halfway through the flight one of the attendants moved me to a seat with a working TV. Long story short Delta as an airline was terrible but their employees did their best to help me with what limited options they had to work with.

Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "You shouldn't schedule a flight for a plane that is due to have scheduled maintenance. It's not like this should come as a surprise to you. Also, there was at least one over-served passenger on board who became loud and obnoxious, shouting obscenities."

Delayed flight with no announcement, no order on boarding (people were jumping on top of each other), during the flight with seatbelt signs up little kids were running on the aisle with parents or crew saying nothing about it. The only highlight was the friendly crew, but anything else was terrible.

The Eurowings (Lufthansa) crew was very professional and accommodating. From checkin to luggage delivery the interactions were welcoming and respectful. The plane was impeccable. We were delayed leaving Tampa and in serious jeopardy of missing our connection to Barcelona. However, we were very relieved that our connection was “waiting “ even though we arrived at the gate at departure time.
I liked that my family got to sit together and the location of our seats. The food quality was terrible. I did not eat the dinner, the boy in front of our seats got sick after eating the food. My tv did not work for the first 2 hrs and then it did come on. The flight attendants did not provide the headphones for any of the passengers in our area, so it didn't matter if the TV worked because I wouldn't be able to hear anything. When we got off the plane in Frankfurt we had to take the stairs off rhe plane and then take a bus to the terminal. Waited 10hrs for the next flight to Vilnius and then it was cancelled the last hour and half before the flight. We scrambled to try to get an alternative. We got on a wait list for a flight to Riga, Lativa that night. Fortunately, we were confirmed for boarding but had separates seats and we have small children. We were able to talk to the passengers nearby and they gave up there seats for us. Finally arrived after midnight in Lativa to find that our luggage was lost, apparently the attendant for Lufthansa in Orlando checked in our bag incorrectly and gave us the wrong person receipt tag. They are attempting to find our luggage which is apparently on it way to a town in Germany. We had to take the transportation bolt and be driven from Riga to Vilnius which is 3hrs and finally arrived in Vilnius at 5:30am. So yes, the flight was a disaster and probably our worst trip ever with Lufthansa. I don't think we will be traveling with Lufthansa again. It's a shame because I believe we're trying but they all seemed flustered and forgetful, maybe overworked. I do hope things can change in the future.

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Left early arrived early staff treated me very well what more can you ask for.
When I arrived to New York, I had to change terminals to get onto the flight to Boston. AA oversold the airplane tickets and even though I arrived 35 minutes before departure the airline didn't want to issue the boarding tickets to go through security because the plane was already full. I had to rent a car and drive Boston to be able to get to my family.
Entertainment options were great! You had my tomato juice choice thank you. The boarding was so fast and efficient that we took off earlier than our flight time. Thank you for allowing a carry on and personal item without charging What could be better: on the flight to Florida both my cup and my friends cup broke and the juice from mine and water from hers leaked. The plastic is very fragile.

Cons: "On the way to Denver from Miami we were on a nice new AA plane with TV entertainment, movies, power, and comfortable seats. On the way from Denver to Miami we were on an old plane with no entertainment and old uncomfortable seats. If this is going to be the case, charge me less up front as well. My daughter had a terrible time for a 4 hour flight."

Cons: "Just the food options. Ginger snaps was what was served for food and a beverage. I suppose this is what obtains on most airlines these days but can't I hope for something more like maybe a sandwich? AA has the opportunity to set themselves apart in this area."

Cons: "Kayak/JustFly charged us a fee to pre-select our seats which was appealing traveling with a baby. However, upon checking in, we found that the seats were not reserved and the fee was a marketing ploy. The airline attempted to separate our family of 3, but luckily it was not a full flight and we were able to sit together with no help from Kayak, JustFly, British Airways, or American. Kayak/JustFly made the experience of traveling overseas with a baby more challenging than it otherwise would have been which is a terrible way to conduct business. We will never be using these services again and will tell family and friends to do the same."

Iberia separates families and leave everything to the own family to try to seat together, broken luggage, poor food and service. No recommend fly with Iberia.
Flight was delayed but lands at Heathrow and had water and crisps on the flight which were complimentary!

Too much time is lost trying to cook food and take the money. Just add £5 to every ticket and give the food as part of the service, you are not a budget airline Plus dont rub our noses in it by bringing meals from the first class galley to feed the crew at the rear of the plane."

Cons: "We were involuntarily downgraded from Business to economy for our 9 hour flight from London to Mumbai. Outside our party of 3 there was also another party of 3 in the same boat as us. It seems like British Airways is too aggressive with overbooking the higher end sections of the flight, which seem much less likely to have people 'no-show' (either because it's for work or because they've spent so much for the tickets)."

Cons: "So, the flight to Frankfurt never happened because of whatever happened with British Airways on 05/27/2017. We waited without information in the airport for over 6 hours and then were told to exit after which it took another 3 to 4 hours to get out of the airport. We were told to find a hotel with no help or voucher - nothing was showing available under $1000 a night, save our receipts for any food we might have, rebook our flight. As we were leaving the airport, we were given water, nothing before that. We received information as we were leaving the airport about our rights for recompense. Fortunately, a Heathrow staff member helped us with finding a hotel that cost about $400. We never were able to get to Frankfurt to see our family there and had to book train tickets to Paris to meet our hotel reservation there two days later. It was a bad situation, handled in a way that caused confusion, fear and unhealthy situations of standing for long periods and I will not be doing business with British Airways in future."

Delta waived the $300 cancelation fee due to the terrorism alert to rebook two other ticket I had purchased. BA said they would but I can not receive confirmation of this until I rebook in the fall. Crisps and a G&T were fine for a 1.25 hour flight. The coat hooks on the side of each headrest is convenient (wish they would be used more...see cons)"
Cons: "luggage overhead stuffed with jackets and small shopping bags. I travel with a slightly larger than average daypack. I tried to rearrange bags and coats quickly in the overhead to fit my pack but with people waiting behind me to get to their seats, I just decided to stuff my pack under the seat. It was sticking out a bit but the FAs didn't notice (or ignored it). I've heard recently on some flights that the FAs ask passengers to hold onto their coats until boarding is complete. Afterwards the FAs took about 90 seconds to walk the aisle and place coats in the overhead by passenger request in front of the luggage. I find this an efficient way for boarding to move a little quicker and get more luggage (and probably the same number of coats) in the overhead."
