Cons: "Waited for late connecting flights almost 40 minutes (15-20 people). First class seats were like bricks - lower cushions need upgrade or replacement. Very hard landing including a good pavement “bounce”. Not what I would consider first class accomodations all around. 3 different baggage claim turnstiles until they finally got it right."

Cons: "We had to return to Newark due to problem with the plane. So we prepared for a crash landing, but there was little information as to how long it would take to land. So we circled for about 1 hour, waiting to crash land, Little information from the cockpit, and the steward was not prepared for the scenario. Upon normal landing, there was no information as to the next step. Disappointing."

They also changed everyone's seats last minute. The snack they have was terrible. And I'm not picky. It got me to my destination. That's about it."

Pros: "My mom is disabled and was flying alone. United was amazing. As soon as I pulled near the curb someone was there with a wheelchair. I parked the car and he waited for me. He already checked her in dropped her bag off and was waiting for me. He said that he was going to take my mom through security and bring her all the way to the gate. I was so relieved because I was not able to travel with her but felt she was in good hands."

Pros: "The people were pretty nice. The cabin was quiet and dark for the long part of our trip. That was good because we were worn out from our stay in OKC. There weren't as many people on the flight from Houston to Seattle as there were on the Seattle to Houston part of our trip, so we were able to stretch out!"
Cons: "My chair was malfunctioning, and when the flight attendant asked me to put it in its upright position I could not comply immediately. I told her it was faulty, and she just kept saying push the button, which I was clearly doing. She didn't yell, but was stern and loud to the point where I started to become frustrated with her. At this point my girlfriend reached back and pulled the chair forward while I mashed the button hard. I don't feel like I should be the one held responsible for your faulty mechanism. I was already tired, uncomfortable, and she added miffed to the equation. We were already delayed and had to deboard and reboard after we had a 3 hour layover in the boring Houston airport."

Cons: "We were told multiple times it "wouldn't be much longer" until we got going...2 hours later we were still at the gate. The only thing done to make this time easier was to give all passengers free TV for the duration of the flight. Wow, thanks. I was lucky my layover was 2.5 hours so I just made my connection. Most other connecting passengers were not so lucky. Pay the extra money to take a better airline."
Pros: "I ended up going through Chicago. My return flight was delayed and I missed the connecting flight and had to stay in a hotel overnight. I am still waiting for the next flight home."
Pros: "The captain kept us informed, the flight attendants were simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure the best flight possible."
Cons: "The plane was delayed twice. The crew members at the terminal did nothing to explain why. I do know that in their world things like this happen, but in the customer's world, things like this can really mess up someone's day, so simple periodic updates as well as one genuine apology for the inconvenience would have made things a whole lot better."
