Cons: "My checked baggage did not make it on this flight even though it was checked in over an hour before the flight. I have been getting the runaround at the Baggage Claim area and on the phone. It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system."

Pros: "I paid $118 for an extra legroom seat (D26) which then turned into a pass through for passengers to cut across to the other side to use the lavatory. This happened throughout the flight, hence took away the comfort I paid for and needed on this long flight."
Cons: "The food. I mean who makes this stuff?"

Cons: "Delayed 1.5 hours each way for maintenance, did not allow us to switch seats to sit together previously at flight and the flight was very empty. Very uncomfortable seats. Will not fly AA again"

Cons: "Too much advertisement!!!! Between the credit card offers and aa advantage program it’s overwhelming. When trying to enjoy the onboard entertainment it was once ahead too much advertising. Overkill!!!!"

Cons: "Too small of a plane for that long a flight. Cabin was too damn hot."

Pros: "When my original flight out of Roanoke was delayed so much that I was going to miss my connection an employee went above and beyond to find me a different flight to ensure I got home that day."
Cons: "The first AA employee basically told me I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do, which was incorrect and he just didnt want to do everything he could to help me like the other employee eventually did."

Cons: "American continues to surprise through their lack of consideration and cheapness Prefer to have seat empty on the front rather than move passengers that are loyal frequent flyers. The most important point for American is you have to pay for everything including for flight status. No longer miles flew but how much you pay them"

Pros: "Check in staff were very good.Lots of entertainment choices. Very comfortable seating,was worth the extra price."
Cons: "I went to check in with Iberia airlines as the flight information said. Desk was closed. Went to American airlines as suggested by airport staff, which was correct. Completely different terminal,we were lucky we had 3 hours between connections, the whole process took over an hour. Very confusing. The plane was American Airlines, Iberia was not mentioned anywhere else,very confusing. Dinner was served within an hour of taking off at 11pm, which we didnt have, but then nothing until an hour before landing and very hurried. Staff had been very busy chatting in the galley. No snacks available. Had a group of rowdy and rude passengers near us, not alcohol related. I think staff shoud have had a word with them, it looked like they didnt want to know, another passenger finaly did after 5 patient hours. Arrived in London, our bags did not. Staff were good. They found the error straight away. They delivered them to our home the next day which was a very good service."

Cons: "You pay extra to get the TSA Full background check, so you can breeze through TSA, with PreCheck, yet this Airline has a problem with recognizing it. 3 phone calls layer and a Visit to their Costumer Serice Desk, and none of them can figure it out. Uhg again."

Pros: "Very friendly staff, clean airplane, great flight! Our original flight was delayed, but we still made it right on time for our connecting flight! I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"
Cons: "I was a little unhappy we were delayed, I had a meeting in Charlotte planned, but these things happen."

Cons: "Going to Cancun. From Boise sucked. Are flight from Boise sucked we we're 4 to 5 hours late due to the gas contamination in Boise and we weren't informed until a hour + after from the time our flight was suppose to go out. We weren't very happy. They new the night prior, so we could have came to the airport 3 hours later and been just fine. Which also made us miss the connecting flight"

Pros: "I liked that the plane was clean, that the staff consisted of somewhat normal, more mature people, and that water and carry-ons are free."
Cons: "I felt that having to pay $50 extra for a seat when I checked in was pretty deceptive and unethical. I think most people would agree that when they purchase a boarding pass, it is assumed that it includes a seat. Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense."

Cons: "The counter manager at PHX, Lanell Monarrez was a total witch and whispering to Lanya in front of me was very unprofessional. I paid a full fare 1-way ticket to get out of PHX as they were not willing to allow me to fly standby or make a change to my existing ticket. Crappy airline service at the counter. Good flight crew."

Cons: "Would at least like a choice of a snack instead of cookies I don't care for."

Cons: "I hate paying extra for almost every seat on the plane. It's a con job. Food selection was terrible. If I'm paying anyway, give me better choices. No monitors in plane at all. Entertainment needs to be viewed on a tablet or laptop of some sort."
