The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.
Seat controls of lights were broken, and only 1 of the 2 seat TVs ever worked on the long flight. On the short flight there were no USB connections, on the long one they were difficult to access. Part of my meal was frozen, though the hot portion was good.
All flights cancelled with no way to reach the airline
From there moment we arrived to the 7 hour delay, this flight was a challenge. We were suppose to be direct and everything changed. A backup crew was called in, extended repairs, non working headphone plugs, it was not a great experience.
Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.
The flight was smooth and on time. Check-in and boarding was very efficient. The flight was very comfortable and there was good entertainment and food on offer.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
They left us in the bus for 10 minutes in front of the aircraft, without an open door or window: people started to get sicuramente from the geat. The seats are so close to the seat in front that my knees were jammed into the seat, causing me lot of pain even after the flight.
Right before boarding and we pass through the x—ray we had to open our luggage again. This could be avoided.
Lufhtansa has and can do better. The food was inedible. No individual light for reading.
Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Cons: "Flight delayed and gate 9 in terminal 1 at JFK is a nightmare. It’s in the corner and you can’t hear any announcements at all. Horrible place."

Cons: "The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable."
Pros: "On a long haul flight, when I bought my ticket, Kayak advertised entertainment on my long haul flights. There was none on this flight! Seata were extremely uncomfortable."

No solo no llego una de las valijas, sino que no había nadie en la oficina de reclamos, nos hicieron recorrer todo el aeropuerto hasta que no les quedó otro remedio que ayudarnos. Mala disposición de los empleados. Lo mismo con la recepcionista del buró de información turística"

Cons: "Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."
Pros: "This was the strange not being able to buy crew just ignores you because you’re not part of the club bought a head of time. I had no idea"
Cons: "Should make it very clear that you have to order food ahead of time! I did not know this and had to go nine hours without food or water!!!!"
Pros: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Cons: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."
