Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!

How about changing the personal out to more friendly human beings? This team was pretty arrogant. No fun!!

Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!

Bought a seat in a flight that got changed out so ended up paying for a seat I would have had if I hadn't paid.

I paid for extra legroom which made the long flight very comfortable. Food was very tasty, they fed us 2 meals plus a cookie snack and extra liquids. Checked luggage is expensive.

Flight was delayed over one hour and I had to pay to select my seat, even though my booking supposedly had free selection (I paid extra for this at time of booking)

The male attendant has zero personality. It seemed like he was over worked or hated his job, not once did he smile or made any contact with the people on the plane. Strictly business and call it a day!

Nothing -they cancelled the flight with less than 12 hours notice

Flew business class, flight on time, crew excellent. Boarding a bit chaotic...unsure why groups 1&2 board together and not one group at a time however an issue on all airlines. Designated lines would help.
