This was especially galling as I was at MCO early enough to catch the 1hr prior flight and requested a transfer to travel with a friend. There were seats available and Delta tried to move me but KLM would not allow it????"

A smiling face showed up within minutes & asked if I wanted coffee. She told me that when she hears someone else say "no" that she thinks it should always be "yes". She was the African American flight attendant (wish I would have got her name). She brought me coffee, offered tylenol & checked in on me again later."

I would think that if you cancel a flight, you should help your customers get home the same day. Do whatever you can. I don't think you did whatever you could for most of us on that flight."

Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Pros: "Standard no frills airline"
Cons: "No room for overhead bags near my seat. I paid $25 to sit up front and $35 for a carry on. I paid extra with the goal of deplaining first. Crew refused to allow me to stow the bags in the front bin, had to place it 10 rows back. If I didn’t run to my gags as soon as Wen landed would have been the last to deplane. If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this."

Cons: "Seats poor. Waited 40 mins before the luggage entered the belt for pickup. Held us up for transportation to rent lot."
Pros: "Friendly Crew. Staff did expedite our checking bags to make our flight when we asked about our flight that started boarding early and made sure our bags made the flight. Excellent pilots, trip went seamless from wheels up to wheels down."
Cons: "Boarding started 30 minutes earlier than first notified as, Long lines to check bags."

Cons: "flight was late because of a "valve issue" in terminal, then on the plane pilot tells us its a computer issue and just needed to "reboot" plane computer because it's a computer with wings. Not sure if either of those reasons were true."
Pros: "Kids board first and you dont have to worry about seating if u have a young child. Also, the nonstop flight was so relaxing."

Cons: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."
Pros: "Great assistance with a wheelchair to board, and gate crew in CVG is super friendly and helpful."
Cons: "After landing, we spent a hour sitting in the plane, waiting for a gate. After the entire plane had deboarded, it took another 15 minutes for them to bring my husband's wheelchair up from the gate checked storage."

Cons: "Moving from one gate to another. The three hour delay. It appeared that no one person really knew what they were doing. The disabled in wheel chairs we left on there own. One elderly woman literally fell out of her wheel chair to the floor. I was discusseded by the events of the airline."

Cons: "The flight was over 5 hours late. We were supposed to leave at 6:06 PM and didn't leave until about 11:10 PM. We were supposed to get into Asheville at about 8:00 PM, but finally arrived about 1:00 AM. I fly this route frequently and Allegiant has a terrible problem with on-time flights and communications with passengers waiting for their flights. I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."

Cons: "45 minute delay my 1st flight and a 2 hour delay on the 2nd. It's become so late so consistently that I don't even bother to arrive early anymore."
Pros: "That fact that they did not suply even one free bottle or cup of water is awful. I was very thirsty but did not get a drink because they chaged $2.00 for one bottle of water, and the is just plain wrong."

Cons: "Seats are so small I was window seat with two men who were jammed up so uncomfortably in their seats I felt bad. I was cramped cause they had no choice but to spill over in my seat. I understand safety is important but unless the plane is in middle of taking off or landing, or horrible turbulence anyone should be able to use the bathroom. We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."
Cons: "Arrival in Ft Lauderdale... Bags took an hour to get to carrousel. Never were posted on the information. Flight were, as expected, uncomfortable."

Cons: "The gate agent wouldn't switch our seats so we could sit beside each other. We've done this multiple times if we find ourselves not out beside each other and it's never been a problem before. He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often. The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger."

Pros: "I am slow walking due to health issues. Coming from Kansas City to Chicago was a problem. My daughter who was with me is physically handicapped. There was no transportation to assist us to get from one terminal to another one when we arrived. Thank goodness we had a two and one-half hour overlay. Going home was a different story. Two wonderful gentleman met us as we disembarked and speedily got us to our flight. We only had 30 minutes and they made sure we were there. Issac and the other man are to be commended!"

Cons: "Most of the time, the weak link is in check-in. For CLE-ORD, too many huge personal bags & carry-ons slipped thru the process resulting in takeoff delay as the staff checked for overhead cabin space back & forth. Inside the jet, the crew had to look for cabin space, rearrange ridiculously large bags...in order to fit my backpack. More delay. Some "personal" items were larger than most carryons."

Cons: "I think united pays it's staff to be unnecessarily rude. It's so much rudeness that is almost ridiculous. Their demands, censure and dismissals of customers would make you think that you are their servants instead of customers."
Cons: "During my round trip my flight was delayed 4 times and canceled twice. On the first cancellation I had to get a hotel room because the next flight wasn't for 24 hours. Then, that flight was canceled but the booked me on another airlines. At first they were going to make me wait another 24 hours until I had told her that I had already did that once. The desk clerks were rude on every encounter."
Pros: "I'm handicapped and the help getting from terminal to terminal. The people were very helpful."
Cons: "I have metal leg braces. I had to remove them to get in the seat. So the flight was uncomfortable. It would be nice if the plane could have handicapped seating.I know I wouldn't have minded paying a little more for comfortable seating."

Cons: "On the return home, I was seated in the last row right next to the lavatory. I was bumped into at least 25 times by other passengers and flight attendants. I would suggest removing the aisle seat on both sides."

Cons: "Plane was too hot, and then way to cold. This seems to be a re-occurring problem. I am not sure why the plane can't just be set to be be 68-72 degrees. There is no need for it to be above 80 or less than 60."

Cons: "Miserable leg room / very cramped in the seat / it makes one want to actually see what type of aircraft and its number of seats I would be flying before buying a ticket. This is sad because the staff were terrific. They really were, but they do not control management who feel the need to cram more seats in the fuselage. Because of this, I would hesitate from flying United in the future. Is the extra profit worth the miserably tight environment? I did not mind bending over to walk down the aisle as long as when I sit down there is roominess."
