Plane was old, and had a few random screens playing a movie that kept freezing and had to be restarted."

Finally made it with no bags. Bags showed up next day, ripped apart. All in, this trip cost me 12 extra hours and 2 days with no bags on first leg and 40 hours plus a day with no bag (later destroyed bag) on return. Incurred $500+ in extra expenses because UA canceled flights / delayed flights / lost bags"
