Service was great, and the premium economy seating was very comfortable. The food was good.
First international flight where the meals were not to my taste.
Overall, my experience with EVA Air was mixed. The highlight was that the airline clearly tried to provide a premium dining experience by offering the Michelin-starred Kanpai Classic beef yakiniku rice. However, in the limited space of an economy-class cabin, this meal felt overly oily and not very practical to eat. The sauce and grease made it easy to get one’s hands or tray table dirty, and after the meal many passengers may need to go to the lavatory simply to wash their hands. While the food itself may be high quality, the presentation and practicality did not seem well suited to an in-flight environment. Another disappointing part was the paid Wi-Fi service. I paid for the internet package, but the service did not work properly. What made the experience more frustrating was that passengers then had to spend additional time requesting a refund, and the refund process itself was slow and inconvenient. For an international airline, I think a malfunctioning paid service should be handled more efficiently. As for the seat, I feel EVA Air’s economy-class seats may be more comfortable for Asian passengers or people with smaller body frames, but they may not be as comfortable for taller or larger Western passengers on long-haul flights. The overall cabin environment also varied during the flight. Some passengers were not very mindful of noise, cleanliness, or shared cabin etiquette, which affected the comfort of the journey. I believe clearer reminders from the airline regarding cabin manners and hygiene could help improve the overall passenger experience. In short, EVA Air has some strong points, especially in trying to offer a premium Taiwanese-style service, but there are also areas that need improvement: more practical in-flight meals, a more reliable paid Wi-Fi system, faster refund handling, and better cabin management during long-haul flights.

Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect
everything was so good! Especially Food. It was the best I've ever had! However,I requested to add mileage point to Star alliance group ANA; it hasn't been added yet.... 😞
• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.
When requesting water, make sure, as a passenger, you specify cold or ice added to your cup
We boarded late and it snowballed from there. Had to wait behind 6 other flights to take off before us. Then, arriving late to our destination, we had to circle in the air for 20 minutes. If that's not enough, the seats are very cramped on their iteration if the A321neo. I'm 6"3' tall and my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me. These are not the slimline seats that offer less cushion with more leg room. I had no room to move my legs. Since I am an adult male, I also had no shoulder room. I sat on an aisle seat to have some space to lean my should out. But the walkway seemed to be more narrow than I am used to see. I felt bad for the middle passenger because there was just no where for me to put my shoulders except into the middle seat person. I don't plan to fly in this airline again in this configuration. Pack everyone in and lose my business.

Very bad. They don’t allow group people to sit together by blocking most of seats and opening only single seat during online checking in. . By doing so, they can rip off customers at the check-in counter by collecting extra money if we want to sit together in the same row.
Hour late but understandable under the conditions. Taoyuan airport could have clearer signs language wise and more staff to help direct people.
Delayed. Not a full flight and whole rows left open with the paid seating. Food was ok. My beef meal only had one cube of beef the rest carrot cubes. Entertainment on personal device but didn’t know about it until the flight was almost done.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!
I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.
Sat next to a woman who had her period. Blood was on her seat and on the arm rest between us. I ended up having period blood on my jacket and shoes. Very gross!
I was very impressed with this airline. Quick, easy check in, very considerate staff, comfortable seats, and the seatbelt fit! (I’m a larger person, and usually need an extension) Will definitely fly with TigerAir again!
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again

my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.
A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.

Quite ordinary, as might be expected of a budget flight. It was difficult to understand the instructions unless one speaks Japanese, and the seats were quite basic.
Very easy process overall. The staff communicated well and everything was efficient.
Very affordable, smooth check in process, flight attendants were safe and kind, lots of flight availability within Japan.

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
