The British Virgin Islands currently only allow British Virgin Islanders, Belongers, Permanent Residents, naturalized citizens, and freight and cargo vessels to enter.
Starting September 1, work permit holders with confirmed employment, work permit exempt holders, students, and other specified groups may enter the territory.
Certain special categories of persons will only be allowed in the territory for up to five days. This includes aviation crew, maritime crew, healthcare practitioners/medical staff, emergency maintenance, repair and other technical personnel and other essential specialized workers.
Travelers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 5 days prior to travel.
All persons eligible for entry to British Virgin Islands must register in advance through an online portal.
Starting on December 1, arrivals must submit a BVI Gateway Traveler Authorization Certificate and is projected to be live the week of November 2.
Travelers will need to quarantine for 14 days in pre-approved accommodation. After the quarantine period, they will be released only after testing negative for coronavirus. Protocols are expected to change on December 1.
On day 4, travelers will be required to take another PCR test. Once the result is negative, they will be allowed restricted movement to designated places. These locations are being coordinated by Environmental Health and other Government agencies.
A final PCR test will be administered on Day 8 and once this test returns negative, travelers will be able to move within the Territory, without limitation.
There are no active cases of COVID-19 diagnosed in VG and 1 death as of Dec 1 2020

I'mover 6' tall and middle seats are painful, especially cross country. Airlines need to be a little more attentive to their customers' needs. If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

Priority Seating seats were flimsy and extremely uncomfortable for a 10hr flight, even using the front seat pocket felt like you being kicked in the back. Seats reclined only 3 inches. Quality of food was pathetic. Serving trays were so small that is was impractical to eat out of them as food served barely fit in them. Toilets and sinks were clogged and dirty 1.5hrs into the flight. In short, it felt like you were traveling on a cheap bus."

Cons: "I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."
Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."
