JerBlue doesn’t keep their passenger inform of anything. They really should be thankful that they are still in business and is that is to all their customers but they don’t value that at all."

Cons: "This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night."

Cons: "The flight was delayed twice and then jump back to the original time according to the JetBlue app. I had also called the airport I was departing from, and they're updated system said it was the original time, as well. Then they offered 2 wave the fees for cancellation or change of itinerary. So I went to go do that for the next day, because my flight wouldn't land in till 3 in the morning. But right as i clicked the confirm button, it said that offer was no longer eligible. And then it got changed again to the second alert which was 11:40 something, for departure. I understand that there was a severe thunderstorm and tornado watch, and warnings along the surrounding cities, however the continually changes in time, JetBlue and mco were not update with each other, it changed so much, so fast."

She even gave some of us a tour of the galleys and taught us a few things about Mosaic customers as well as a few other operational things. I didn’t catch the other flights attendants names as they covered more of the back of the plane but they were both insanely hospitable and it was very clear that they loved their jobs as they were having fun. The women who checked us in also accommodated is with Even More Space seats after knowing we were crew members!"

This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+"
Cons: "The plane was miserably cold, with tempuratures dipping well into the 50s on the aircraft. I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."

Cons: "The flight announcer at the beginning of the flight was super unprofessional. They kept having to stop their script in order to laugh and giggle. Had I not already know how to do the safety procedures, I wouldn't have learned it from him. The seat belt barely fit me. Now, to be fair, I am fat. But, when I had to suck in to belt in, there was no slack on the end. The seat 31C has a busted aux port. I tried to watch a movie, first off the closed captioning didn't work. So I tried to listen. The aux port wiggled in it's casing and there was so much static that there was no point in listening. The off boarding process was very slow and uncoordinated. I understand that they have to off board in a certain order. However, the flight announcer could have kept the rest of the plane updated on the process. Instead we had to sit in claustrophobic silence and fidget while the line of passengers in the aisle did not move."

I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way."

They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines."

I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. On a side note many things could be improved by offering free checked baggage and charge for overhead bins.... so many delays, arguments and general aggravation caused by people struggling for overhead bin space... just have a guaranteed spot overhead for a fee.... no more aggravation period... when they started charging for checked bags but offered free carry on the problems got worse... flip it around and several problems go away... simple."

Cons: "For my first time flying alone along with my fear of flying, there was a power outage of some sort having to do with United Airlines, so we spent 40 extra minutes in the air doing circles. Before landing there was about 15 other planes waiting to reach their gates, but none were open because of lack of communication. We sat on the plane for an extra hour or so, with our seatbelts on, and moving no where. Just extra stress and frustration added to the flight."
