I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."

A few hours later i was hungry and tried to buy some food but the cabin crew just gave my another breakfast item. It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."

I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

I boarded with one women who never even gave her boarding pass to them. We asked another employee if they needed it and he said not to worry about it as they didn’t need to scan them. What?!"

A man in front of me asked the stewardess if the air could be made cooler and she responded that she doesn't know and she'd have to check with the captain. And then nothing was ever done!!!! She came back and the woman next to me asked her AGAIN and she completely ignored her and walked away with the drinks she was carrying !!!! My dog was not safe and neither were the passengers. I could not believe it. This is not the first hot Silver flight I've taken, but this was the worst so far. Please do something about the air on all of your flights. Everyone around me said they'd never fly Silver again."

The gate worker in Key West and two United Airlines call center workers were completely useless in helping me reschedule the flights that I was going to miss (even with a 5 hour layover at my next stop). The airline blames the entire thing on weather, yet no other airlines were suffering from 5+ hour delays. It's my opinion that early on in the day Silver Airways mismanaged the movement of their aircraft which exacerbated the delays experience by thousands of passengers."

Cons: "Could not check in through United OR through Silver Airways, both sites said they could not find itinerary which is alarming for the traveler and anxiety inducing on the day of travel. Silver Airways has a pop up when you cannot check in online with a phone number that is disconnected. I realize tickets are inexpensive but they need to get it together, very unprofessional."

Cons: "The fact that the flight was cancelled and no attempt to reschedule or extend another day on the flight. When I asked what was the reason for the cancellation, the reply, "I wasn't at work yesterday." So who know why they cancel flights. I missed a day on the Time share in Orlando. Another problem I had was on the return flight. The printout said Terminal B. I had to go to Terminal A. At Orlando airport, the signs for Silver airways are not seen to show where ticket counter is located. I must have asked 4 people before reaching their counter to get my boarding pass."

Cons: "the planes are too warm on the ground. (airconditioning) One of the planes I rode on from tampa to ft lauderdale, the seats have no cush left. I could feel the metal on my back and my rear end fell asleep very quickly. other passengers complained of the same thing."
Pros: "agents were not helpful and agent admitted the airline has poor communication. Delayed us from 3 to 9pm with little updates, finally cancelling, when the cancellation could've happened much sooner. All other flights out were booked and people had to find rental cards. I was not able to get my money back- only a voucher on the same airline which i was hoping to never use use silver airway again."
