It all went very smoothly, love the new planes and cabin crew upbeat and friendly Food ok, but that is the hardest part of it all
Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal
The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food
Flight on time, landed well ahead of schedule. Attendants were excellent and responsive
It was a pleasure definitely going with Iberia on my future travels
The wine was low quality Finnair label stuff in small bottles and only one small bottle each. Embarassinng. A competing airline served me two generous glasses of a nice South African Shiraz from regular wine bottles, a Beck's beer, and a generous Dewar's White Label on the rocks. Cabin service was good and polite, plane interior was beautiful, but cramped.
Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.
In-flight entertainment was. It working for the entire 12 hour flight! Unbelievable! At least provide free wi-fi so people could use their phones.
For the Singapore to CA flight, nearly 16 hours long was miserable. We sat on the tarmac for one hour to burn fuel. The flight attendant girls were mean. They would yell at people who stood up to try to stretch their legs. One time the drinks came thru and the lady judged us and made a comment about how much sugar was in apple juice when we ordered it once. She was rude and inappropriate. The entire flight was frustrating. You'd think a long haul like that the airline would try to make you comfortable. I just don't understand why the ladies were so snappy. I have never experienced rude flight attendants like that. It was the longest flight I've had to sit on before. We were not impressed. Raymond on the other hand was amazing! By far the best person working that flight!
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
Good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Flight was slightly delayed due to airport construction, but they still arrived on time.
This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on in my life and I’ve been probably on 75% of them. I said 15 years ago I would never go on United again. I was an idiot. I booked a flight with them from Las Vegas to San Francisco and of course they screwed that up and cost me a day flying all over the world trying to get to Thailand. My luggage was gone for 35 hours all because they couldn’t make their route on time
The flight out of Fresno boarded 1.5 hour past scheduled and made me miss my connecting flight from SFO to SEA.
My email and credit card were used fraudulently for this trip, so no, I did not take this flight.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.
