Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

It's a long flight and I would have liked better snacks between lunch and the arrival meal. It's fine to have fruit and nuts but I really don't like ramen because it's salty junk soup. I'd suggest sandwiches. They're not expensive nor are they hard to store for a long flight. The FA's had a couple of big services and they were super busy preparing, executing and then cleaning up. Then they disappeared.

I had a good time. However, I paid for the wifi and it was in and out the whole flight.

The business class seat is exceptional. I wish the food is more palatable.

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

Didn't make the flight because the first leg of my flight was canceled and the next leg was already booked.

The head flight attendant made the trip excellent. He was very accommodating.

Business class seats felt very cramped compared to other airlines.

The 777’s economy seat’s legroom was more tolerable than expected. I appreciate the reclining mechanism which slides the seat forward to minimize cannibalizing the space behind. The food was terrible: very salty.

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.
