I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable

Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

It was amazing. I had several upgraded seats on my flight out. Everything went smooth with no delays.

They never clean the toilet, and the food is worse

Provide some Asian movies.....Chinese or Taiwan or some of the International films winners and better documentaries

2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight

Short flight, but no drink/snack service. The flights both going and coming were delayed.

Crew was great. 2 1/2 hour delay was due to staff needing "rest" was avoidable and self inflicted as United not willing to hire enough crew to keep flight on time.. Ridiculous. The crew and the passengers both suffered due to this.

United Airlines is my preferred airlines and I am thankful for Gary who also help support me on the phone to switch my flight literally last min.

This Japanese airline provides great service and very helpful in assisting their passengers.
