Check in, was fine, boarding was good, we left on time, punctual flight, aircraft condition was also good, Boeing 737-600 , all went well, I did not expect more or any better

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!

Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.

Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.

Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min

The plane was late and had not been cleaned prior to our flight from Frankfurt to LA, so we had to use bathrooms that were completely filthy and stank like hell. One of them eventually was even closed early on during the flight. It was a horrific experience.

More legroom (I am 6’4”) and my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Food was laughable

The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company

More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight

Everything was good. The only problem we experienced is that my daughter and I were flying Lufthansa to Europe, but back by United and we couldn’t book the seats, even when I was checking in for the flight 24 hours in advance. I got the seats assigned only 1.5 hours before departure. As a result we were seated separately. And in the middle. I always book my seats by the aisle as I have diabetes and I use the restroom often. You should work on that issue to allow passengers to book their seats in advance.

The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.

Left with delay due to a passenger health state. Overall the flight was good, smooth with no hiccups. Food was ok with only one choice for the economy class which was disappointing but not unusual these days. Crew was amazing.
