Just because most of the passengers were Bangladeshis you DID NOT have to serve only what was a very poor excuse of Bengali food!! A choice or better quality food would have been appreciated!!

Aircraft was very cramped- no room to walk in the aisle without hitting the aisle seats. Overhead compartments were crammed full and it was very difficult to find space for a small bag.

Pros: The individual were uniform polite and professional, even in the economy section of the craft which is not always the case in some airlines. Boarding and deplaning via two entry / access points; something all airlines should seek to do.
Cons: Things like the plane layout which focuses on maximizing seating space over common space like toilets (not enough) and cross craft aisles so crew and passengers could do more than just one thing at a time; issues the crew had nothing to do with. Rather plane designers being pushed to maximize seats over all else.

Rather all jumbled up, and although there was possible a good reason for such, no explanation offered passengers, thus increasing discontent. Individual desk personal seemed helpful when asked directly, so possible due to Dubai team /desk team lead policy. Flight seat from Dubai to EBB not one requested and no explanation offered on why although requested made months previous when ticket booked. .

Pros: It was comfortable with plenty of space since no one was on the flight.
Cons: The stop in Milan was unexpected and not marked on the ticket. It was irritating to stop in Milan and then have to reboard. I didn't notice when I was buying the ticket that the flight was a few hours longer than it could have been. I should have just booked my flight straight from Delhi to Europe. It would have been more efficient.

Pros: The outbound service from US was 10 times better than the inbound. US to Dubai would get 10/10 however the same flight inbound in terms of service, crew, food was 5/10.

Cons: There was a long bus journey at the airport in Dubai for a flight from Dubai to Lahore. All passengers including myself were very surprised. When the bus stopped neat the air craft for boading, ground staff were seen collecing heavy hand carry luggage from the passengers for putting them in a separate compartment for taking as a cargo, which caused another delay in boading. Old air craft on this route should be replanced. Before boading from Dubai to Lahore, I checked my flight status several times on flight information screen but my flight was not shown on it. Later, I checked on hand touch screen and came to know that gate was B2.

Pros: Great service and staff, best food I've had on an airline, great legroom in economy. Overall awesome, in my opinion.

Pros: I flew business class and they do an exceptional job of making you comfortable. Great seats that allow you to completely lie down and an attentive staff.
Cons: The entertainment was surprisingly uninteresting during this trip. Previously it's been better. The food options were also not as good, but the food was a notch above most other airlines so can't complain too much.

Cons: No one weighted my cabin bag while checking in. Before the security control, Emirates ground staff stopped me and weighted my cabin bag that was 8.4, around a kg extra. They didn't allow me boarding until I threw 4 shirts to the garbage and I reduced the weight. Staff was just unbelievably rude.

Pros: The staff were wonderful and efficient. The toilets were clean and the food was much better than my first flight with emirates although the portions were small on the main meal with only four spinach ravioli offered in a tomato sauce.
Cons: Passengers do not fit on to their seats and overflow into the space you are occupying which is so tiny as it is. There is not enough room to even reach down to pick something up if you drop it. Overhead lockers are full. I think planes either need to be redesigned with sleeping compartments (such as the second class compartments the trains have) for overnight flights or seats need to be slightly larger to make up for the fact most people are larger today.

Cons: THe Hostess was not attentive and had to ask for things a few times. No goody basket was given although some pax did get it.

Pros: I have flown Turkish Air many times since 2010, and used to like the airline. Not so much anymore. I would say their entertainment center and food are pretty good.
Cons: They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!

Cons: The crew on board was aloof, and somewhat rude. I was traveling with my 87 yr old mother and they did little to help, especially when we needed the restroom but they had the aisle blocked for most of the time, serving food. There was no way to get around to access the bathroom and the crew turned us away from the only available bathroom in the front. Really?! Not impressed at all. Also the flt was 30 minutes late making our connection tight. One of the young, gorgeous stewardesses was rude and dismissive of me when I asked about it.

We received confirmation that the wheelchair will be at the gate in Istanbul - but it was sent through to Houston, leaving my husband without a wheelchair during our layover in Istanbul.

After on hour in line only about 10 passenger seat were checked in. By th way all the security screening procedures ran very smooth and quick, it was Turkish procesdures and man powe4 that was poor. Boarding the airplanes was chaos, both in Tel Aviv and Istanbul.

Cons: Computers were down for more than 2 hours. I have a disability and I was told to seat and someone would come with a wheelchair when the problem would be solved. They completely forgot about me. When I saw that the people had boarded, I went to the counter asking for the wheelchair. They sent me to Egypt Air to request it. Of course Egypt Air said I was not their passenger, so I should request the chair to my airline. I tell the man from Egypt air to talk directly to his colleagues in Turkish Airways. He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers.

Lounge Istanbul was awesome however way too crowded to fully take advantage of it. Also should control people and what they takfor food. The lines were long and people would literally pile their plates with massive amounts of food, take it to their seat then leave it. Fix the lockers and add more, they are a wonderful asset but I was not able to take advantage of. Consider limiting access to manage crowds.

Cons: I flew from Tel Aviv and upon arrival went through security so I could proceed to my departure gate. Then at the departure gate a whole new round of security. There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this.

Cons: Customer service said that I was confirmed on my new flight, after the snowstorm in NY caused a cancellation, and that I had a Kosher meal. Neither were true. Had to spend over an hour at the airport to get a seat and almost missed the flight. Something is wrong with the customer service.

Cons: I was shocked when we landed in Ataturk and the sleeve was attached to the plane we had to get down to the ground from the middle of the sleeve. We were taken to the terminal by bus!! After the sleeve was already attached! I can understand when you are in some small airport or flying with low cost airline. But it's Turkish airlines in their home airport! Really disappointed.

Pros: During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.
Cons: Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen.

It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay.

Cons: Flight attendant arguing and having words with a passenger BEFORE the flight even took off was very alarming, the attendant had walked past the seat, we saw her face change, she halted and walked back to the passenger and a very heated and negative exchange ensued, then another flight attendant came out and threatened to evict the passenger from the flight, this was before the flight even took place .... all passengers were like just remove them already ... t his is a short flight and most of use were connecting from a long flight from overseas ....

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Cons: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.

Cons: I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN

Pros: Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times.

Cons: tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones.

Pros: The food service was good and the flight attendants were friendly.
Cons: The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.

Cons: The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.

Cons: It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Cons: Our flight from Nairobi to Lusaka was cancelled for some reason and we did not find out until we happened to log into the website to double check our itinerary. They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them.

Cons: Flight was delayed 4 hours. was not able to make connecting flight in Amsterdam. No flights from Amsterdam to final destination in the US. Lost one full day. Had to stay overnight. What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware.

Cons: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.

They will be hearing from me.
