Almost everything was perfect!

Seats are comfortable and didn’t mind staying with the back upright. Flight attendants veery friendly and boarding was fast and easy.

Headrest was too short and there’s no seat back screen. More communication from the cockpit at the end would have been nice. Announcements were very hard to hear over the background plane noise.

The flight attendant was super awesome. She was personable and had a great attitude. I didnt get her name, but she was by far the best! Blonde lady, smelled wonderful, very refreshing and funny conversation...(Ua1412 to LaGuardia) yeah yeah! Amazing!

I wanted the salami and cheese crackers but the flight wasn’t given any, so I chose the veggie smash/pita bread/quinoa/almond thing. Not too bad, but definitely no match for salami and cheese crackers. You know?

The plane was small and cramped. I could barely bend down to get my bag from under the seat in front of me and I'm tiny. I can just imagine how bigger people felt.

The jet was nice. I was in Economy Plus. So, I had a little more room. There were no TV’s in the back of the seats in front of me. You have to have an tablet, and connect it to their wifi to watch a movie. (You don’t have to go through paying for internet. Just Connect to the wireless access point and then go to www.unitedwifi.com. From there you can click on Entertainment to watch movies for free. Or, you can see flight details like ETA, altitude, and speed from clicking on the top-right of the page.)

I didn’t like that the flight attendant didn’t even ask me if I wanted to buy a snack pack. I was starving, and had read the menu in their magazine in preparation to order food. She came by and asked me if I wanted something to drink. I said Coke please. She gave me a tiny cup of Coke which contained a little more than a swig of Coke, and then handed me a tiny pack of pretzels before turning away to serve the next guest. This was a 2hr flight. So, no big deal really. I wasn’t going to starve to death. But, I never got to eat. By the time the food service cleared and they were making their rounds to gather trash before landing, it was really too late to address the issue with them. So, I just sucked it up and spent my $9.99 elsewhere.

Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight.

There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering.

The 2 hour delay due to the ground crew not having it together, this reason coming from the pilot. Flight attendant was complaining more than any of us passages. Even though 85% of us missed our connecting flights. After boarding the plane, the smell of the restroom, we all had to deplane.

Nothing, this was a miserable flight.

Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. I seriously will never select this option (or fly American) again if I can help it.

Cheap flight thanks to kayak. I flew for $59! The seats were comfortable and I had enough space for my legs. There was in Flight entertainment but I fell asleep. Highly recommend jet blue with some prior planning to get the right price! 5 stars

You must pay extra for everything and on top of it the flight attendants only talk about signing you up for the credit card it’s like a stupid commercial the whole flight. Also the carry on bag fee is different for every passenger my wife and I were charged to different prices and the seats suck knees hit the back of the seat in front of you and you must sit straight up the whole flight not even room for a full size try table.

We arrived very late due to the airline being run so poorly. Something about paperwork according to the pilot. Now the rental car company is closed so I have to sleep at the airport and wait till the budget opens again in the morning. Frontier should put me up in a hotel as their mismanagement caused the delay not the weather. But they just said too bad because the flight was less than 4hours late. Frontier - never again!!!- plus the seats are painful

Seat was okay. Flight Crew was okay. I got where I needed to.

Either Frontier or the third party I purchased my ticket through on Kayak (Kiwi.com) sold me a ticket as if it were a complete flight from point A to B with a layover in between. In reality however, it was two totally separate flights which required me to go to the Frontier ticketing counter upon my arrival at my layover destination, get a ticket printed for my second flight, pay to recheck my bag a second time ($45 x2 = $90 which was total BS), go through security again (also BS) only to walk back clear to the other side of the airport where I just was. To top it all off, our flight took off late and upon arrival we didn't even have a jet bridge available. So, all of the passengers had to get off on the tarmac and wait to be bussed from wherever we were all the way to the main terminal. Then they switched the baggage claim caracul on us. What a mess. This will probably be the last time I buy a ticket on Kayak, Kiwi and possibly even Frontier.

When I booked the return leg of my trip Kayak displayed a price of under $200 from Frontier but when redirected to Frontier’s site the time listed on kayak was only available for an additional $450+. I had to book a later flight resulting in a 14 hour layover.

We didn't know that you need an app to watch movies on your own devices with West Jet. Y u need to download the app before you get to the airport, because the WiFi doesn't work at the airport or on the plane. I don't have data on my phone or tablet.

Sitting in tarmac at another unplanned airport - w no announcement from the calf! - I thought to call Aeromexico to have them help me reschedule. the agent didn’t understand the issue and couldn’t figure out why I was at an unplanned airport though I shared this w them multiple time. Amazing the flight system was not updated. Finally reaching my connection airport the counter help was terrible and in spite made me go through some special security to get my bag. I was treated like a criminal ... after arriving at the desk the new agent said it was no problem that my bag was checked thru. Exiting I was again given the once over... plenty more but Aeromexico, nah.

Been lied to several times about the issue that prevented us from leaving the ground. 1st excuse was they needed to unload a passenger luggage, then they need to return to gate to fix one of the lights.. 3rd oh we really do not know what is going on...but yet they kept passengers in the plane..just gave as a cookie and a cup of water bc of the delay... UNACCEPTABLE

We landed in NYC -- although it was first announced as Dulles.

This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device.

AA cancelled my direct flight, booked me on flights thru Dallas and did not notify me

Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight.

There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering.

Nothing, this was a miserable flight.

Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. I seriously will never select this option (or fly American) again if I can help it.

The 2 hour delay due to the ground crew not having it together, this reason coming from the pilot. Flight attendant was complaining more than any of us passages. Even though 85% of us missed our connecting flights. After boarding the plane, the smell of the restroom, we all had to deplane.

Almost everything was perfect!

The flight attendants offered an OK service to me, I don’t give them 5 stars only because I noticed they were unfriendly and a bit rude to other passengers.

Once we got on board all was well.

That we couldn’t get boarding passes online without buying a seat. We arrived from an Alaskan cruise about 6 hrs early and had to wait until 2 hrs before our flight, when a ticket agent arrived, before we could get where we could get food to eat. Then the security line was unbelievably long and we just got through shortly before our flight. Luckily there was a bagel shop right next to the boarding area.

We left on time and arrived early. The pilot explained the flight path in detail and what states we would be passing over. The flight attendants were professional and kind.
