Cons: We could have left on time, not an hour 1:35 hrs late. The passenger next to me could have taken a shower to kill the super strong body odor. My seat could have reclined and The entertainment could have worked. But none of there happened so it was a very uncomfortable flight.

Pros: The crew was great. The seats, though cramped, were nice to have electronic device holders instead of built in screens.

Cons: The flight was 9 hours and they didn't provide any meals. That's ridiculous. When I fly with any other airline for over 7 hours I've always gotten 1 meal, if not 2. The food for purchase however, was very good. But they should not expect you to pay.

Pros: Being on time at departure and arrival is a challenge, but despite having a completely filled cabin, they made it look easy.

Cons: I boarded in Group 4 and all bins were full. So my carry on case had to be checked (several others’ cases as well). This caused me a 30 minute delay at baggage claim and some minor scuffs on an item that wasn’t designed for checking in. These are 2 reasons why I no longer check in. 3 is lost items.

Pros: The Air Canada Rouge crew was young, efficient & courteous; seats were good; and it was the only direct flight that I can get that day, at a convenient time during the daytime.

Cons: Better entertainment ( u can only get them streamed to your own device), and maybe a bit better food.

Cons: A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home.

Cons: During our flight there was not air conditioner. It felt hot inside and short breathing at times.

Cons: I already checked in online and paid for a checked bag 24 hours prior to arriving at the airport. I arrived 90 minutes before my flight was boarding and waiting in the bag drop line for over an hour. The agents behind the bag drop receiving kiosks were slow and unorganized. Almost missed my fligh

Cons: The entertainment was useless. Just the page with a list of movies took forever to load and once started a movie, after many tires, it was buffering every 5 seconds for up to a minute each time. I tried 3 different devices (phone, tablet, laptop) none worked. My son said he had the same experience.

Cons: Everything. The flight was delayed by 4 hours. There was no food in first class. The luggage was put on an earlier flight ans delivered to a different gate. The person handling luggage in Gate A was rude. We had to go to the other gate at 1am to pickup our luggage.

Cons: Crew attitude was poor. LA station crew was snarky and arrogant. Don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the people they have to deal with, but last three trips out of LA have been miserable.

Pros: My flight was missed due to immigration taking almost 3 hours to get through the line. Delta went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get to my destination on a later flight as comfortable as possible.

Cons: Maybe not traveling through Atlanta if there is immigration clearance involved. I was really slow.

Cons: I did not know I purchase a BE ticket. Was asked to pay $175 for the suit bag i had in addition to my computer bag. I was also place in a seat that does not recline. Very poor value at any cost.

Cons: The plane was again delayed. 4 flights with United, ALL 4 flights delayed. Plane is not quite comfortable. Boarding was messy. Could use lane for group 1 once they are boarded for all the other groups or have 2 ppl boarding for faster smoother turn around.
