Pros: "Sonoma county airport is the easiest airport to travel through with the friendliest TSA and airport employees. I got there 40min before my flight where I checked my baggage, went through security, and had 15min to spare before boarding."
Cons: "The main terminal could really use some love. It's just a bungalow type of room with a vending machine. I really wish they had tables with chairs and a way to order a drink/food via the restaurant that's outside the terminal. This isn't a huge deal considering the airport itself only does one flight at a time so getting through security is easy. Just check any baggage you're not carrying on and go to the restaurant. About 20-30min before the flight go through security (5min process and they're probably still 10 min from boarding). It's one plane so it's easy to get through security and To get on the plane."

To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. Cons: "Upon boarding the aircraft, the attendant at the gate told me to check the size of my carryon bag against the test dimensions, which I did. My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

While the plane was being cleaned our Co-pilot was reassigned. We waited on the plane while they scouted up a different co-pilot. This caused another delay. Staff did the best they could but the organizational incompetence was not lost on the passengers."

When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

I even thought about renting a car and driving from Dallas to OC California. I waited until i was almost the last person to board. What a pleasant surprise. I was seated between 2 lovely people who probably could have but didn't hardly talk the entire flight. The conversations we did have were pleasant, and they slept some of the time without snoring. It was a very nice flight home! And I'm thankful I didn't rent a car. Flying is much quicker!"

When the flight finally took off and they got to us after 9pm, they had ran out of food. Lastly, this plan was made for short flights. No one should be asked to sit in those seats for 7 hours."

Pros: "I missed my flight and the front counter was very, very cheerful at 8pm and helpful. I was able to get on the last flight. There was no food or entertainment, but it's a short flight. I didn't really mind. Just happy to go home in comfort with my upgraded exit aisle seat and no one next to me."

Cons: "It was a 6 hr. flight and neither entertainment nor food was complimentary. We were given a tiny pack of pretzels. You expect to at least receive a lunch on a 6 hr. flight. Disappointing."

Cons: "Spoke to united agent night before light. Re distance between gates in in Houston. Wasn't sure that I was only two gates away and I would not need wheelchair transportation. However when I re-arrived in Houston not only was I at the far end of the terminal I landed in I had to go all the way out and catch a train to a different turn on and the and the gate was not there, was train ride to different terminal, I just made the flight, but my hip is still hurting"

I'm sure some bean counter is looking at the "swipes" as proof of his brilliance. but i will pay more to fly on other airlines after this...so screw you guys."

Pros: "I had a mobility issue and was given preboarding and extra legroom seats, which helped my overall satisfaction. The temperature in the plane started very cold and then sometimes would go really warm. Other than that, good flight, nonstop and fast, and pleasant crew."

Cons: "My flight got canceled 3 hours before take off. Had to wait for over an hour on hold to reschedule it. The flight that was rescheduled was not direct and turned a 1.5 hour trip into a 6 hour trip. Also every time I was in boarding group 4 but was at the front of the plane and ALL OF THE OVERHEAD SPACE WAS TAKEN ALREADY so I had to walk further back in the plane to find overhead space so when the plane landed I got to WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO GET OFF so that I could walk TO THE BACK OF THE PLANE to get my bag!!! Ridiculous never flying United airlines ever ever ever again."

Cons: "Every seat was the same but there was an upcharge on different flights. I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

Seats cost more if you choose them. Seats do not recline. Tray is about 7" deep, making it extremely easy to spill drinks! Carry on is $45 if you don't buy it ahead of time,etc. On both flights people around me said they would NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN!!!"

Cons: "The ticket kiosks did not seem to work well and nobody wanted to help- they just said get in line. There were 2 huge lines even though i got there almost 2 hours before my flight. I had no luggage to check in so I tried the kiosk, finally got one to work and it found me and my flight but said I needed to go to the counter. I waited in line >25 minutes then they announced that all Orange County passengers needed to move ahead. Got my ticket no problem, but another long line through security and not sure if I would make the flight. Got to the gate 2 minutes before boarding. It all caused a lot of anxiety!! The flight was fine- no frills and it was somewhat late arriving.I am not sure I will fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I chose Frontier because I got a great price on the ticket. But I had not realized that they charge for bags ($40 for a carry-on) and seats. So by the time I paid those additional fees at check-in I could have been in a full service carrier: One that then did not charge $2 for a soda, that has seats that reclined, and so on. It's a safe bet that I'll not be flying Frontier again"

Cons: "Didn't make the 45 minute cutoff for check-in on the flight the previous day because of hevy traffic and road work coming into Denver. I went with another airline that got me home instead of waiting until the next day"

Cons: "When the cost of the ticket is displayed it doesn't include the extra money you have to pay each way to get a seat, every single seat costs extra money, why not just include it in the price. Then even carry on bags cost an extra $30 each way, if you get the cheapest seats and carry on a bag, your flight ends up being $100 extra from what was displayed."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for over an hour. After boarding late because the plane was late due to weather (which is understandsble), we sat on the tarmack for at least 30-40 minutes, due they said for mechanical problems with the plane and, also, waiting for luggage to be loaded. I didn't understand that part, because why didn't they load the luggage while the plane was being checked out for the mechanical issue? Also, I've never been on a plane that doesn't give you a complimentary soda and snack."

IN THE FUTURE YOU MAY WANT TO STATE ON OVERHEAD BIN, RESERVED FOR FLIGHT CREW ONLY AND THAT WOULD BE THAT."

Cons: "extra fees- just put the total cost on the ticket. quit trying to make the fee look small with hidden extras. no none likes extras. quality of seating- what the heck did you do to your aircraft seats. hard to sit for 2 hours."

I have told everyone on my trip, there are 40 of us who met in California, to NEVER fly Frontier. You nickel and dime your customers to death. Your airline in now nicknamed the Ghetto Airline by everyone on my trip."

Pros: "My wife needed assistance(wheelchair) and the Frontier staff were excellent getting her to the plane. The crew helped out whenever we needed assistance, allowing us to board ahead of others so we did not hold up the process. Flight departed & arrived on time which was critical as sitting on the plane was not comfortable for someone with a back injury; any delay would have seemed like an eternity."
Cons: "Didn't try the food though the options seemed good. Was unaware their seats do not recline. This was a bigger deal to the wife with her back problem. There was no entertainment to rate which is not necessarily a bad thing if it keeps the price down."
