Pros: "My daughter has a very severe peanut allergy. She was treated very well on her flight yesterday. Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

Instead of early boarding I was about the last person to get on board. There was not enough room in the overhead for my cary on. The depart room at the airport was over crowded and for that reason extremely dangerous in case of fire ore some other disaster. People for different flights where in the same room and did not understand this which gave problems at the boarding pass counter control. There is lots of room for improvement. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on. The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans."

Cons: "First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!"

We ask ti be transferded to some one in America., but was told lines were busy. So I just took my wallet . I was only gone over the week end . I was very disappointed in all the charges.i would think a small purse would be ok."
