Pros: Told my daughter ..who paid.. to look at flights where you don't pay $80 for luggage.. she's looking at flying me up in May

Cons: Delayed on landing for 25 mins

Cons: First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!

Pros: Everything was on time a drama free! I paid extra for the "stretch" seating and to carry on my bag and it was worth the extra money.

Cons: The ticketing area opens 2 hours prior to the flight. I was travelling with a friend whose flight out was earlier than mine so that meant we had to say goodbye at ticketing and I couldn't hang with him in the terminal. The Frontier ticketing area doesn't have a self check-in option

Cons: NO WIFI. Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though.

Cons: The flight was delayed multiple times, the directions on having boarding passes on the app or printed prior were not given so found that our last minute to avoid paying the front desk clerk $5.00. The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable.

Pros: No surprises. On time. Courteous. I suppose the most amazing thing is their app. It tells you when your bags get on! Also I forgot that I had a knife in my pocket. I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta.

Pros: We were able to fly standby on our original 2:30p flight but had to return to DCA for checked baggages later that day

Cons: Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant.

Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: I liked that me and my boyfriend actually got to sit together.

Pros: Everyone was nice, boarding was smooth, and we even landed early. Great flight.

Cons: Nothing was bad about the trip really. Crew did a fine job.

Pros: The arrival gate was extemely close to the departing gate. I did not have to walk the usually long and exhausting distance from one terminal to another. Thank goodness.

Cons: Broarding was well organized by groups andmoved quickly. The choice of dinner was not an option. By the time the stewardess reached me, only pasta was left. But having italian gelato for dessert was an acceptable compensation. Breakfast ,however, was ho..hummm without any redeeming compensation. choice of beverages was refreshing.

Cons: I researched and called and found a 45L backpack so I could carry on my dive bag. That’s the reason I’m going all the way to Fiji. Not letting me get it in LA I’d also ridiculous.

Cons: How complicated it was to watch movies. Look at Netflix, they know how to do it right.

Pros: Frontier provides flights at a greatly discounted rate. The catch is that's all you get. Everything else cost extra. I'm good with that. From Point A to Point B as cheap as possible. That leaves more money for fun on the ground.

Cons: Comfort of the cheap seats is a bit lacking, but again you can pay extra for better seats. Food service, i.e. snacks and drinks cost extra.

Cons: I was not told I had to pay 45.00 for a carry-on.. I ended paying 80.00 just for a small carry-on bag.. I didn't know I had to purchase snacks. And had to be in a seatbelt for 3hours of a 4hour flight and on my flight back to Orlando. One of the windows fell out where a little girl was sitting. I tried to switch my flight which was my fault for not checking.. To be charged 300.00 to change. I'm never using them again too under handed...

Pros: Loved everything about this flight, the flight both ways was on time, check in went smoothly and the crew were funny and so did their job so good! Thank you frontier!

Cons: Paid extra money for my carry-on and check bag. Bad cabin flight crew placed my carry-on in rear of plane though I paid for row 2 seating. They wouldn't let me use overhead cabin for row one or 2 and said it was for row one passengers as they have no under seat storage. No reason to pay for a seat upgrade I now know. Never again on this airline.

Pros: The people were nice and it felt like a quick flight.

Cons: There was no one at the check-in desk when I got to the airport and when someone called to ask when they would be there Sun Country said they come 2 hours before the flight. Giving people an hour to get through security and get to they're gates before boarding. I also should have looked at how much it would cost checking a bag($20) and all the additional costs that Sun Country has (seat: $7-$25).

Cons: I have nothing to complain about this flight, it was only 50 minutes long so you can't really settle in much anyways.

Cons: This weekend has been an awesome spending time with my Arizona family..... but my experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is DEFINITELY NOT "America's Friendliest Airport" as they like to advertise throughout the airport! When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! This has been the WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. #DoubleWhamy #SunCountryAirlines #SkyHarborInternationalAirport #AmericasWorstService #DontFlySunCountry #NotFamilyFriendly

Cons: Flight was already an hour delayed which is understandable and unavoidable. What needs serious improvement and any airport/airline should not tolerate is delays from baggage handling services. Once we boarded we watched the baggage crew unload the last flights bags including USPS parcel cargo. Then our baggage had to be loaded. Sat on the plane for 50 mins before backing out of terminal. Complete lack of urgency on the part of the baggage handlers was very frustrating to many passengers.

Pros: Priority boarding for military.

Cons: The baggage policy was confusing, the seats were not comfortable, and no free drinks or snacks is a big minus. They also spent about 5 minutes trying to sell their rewards credit card which was annoying.

Pros: The man in the seat next to me decided he didn't want to sit by me, so I had more room to spread out.

Cons: At the gate, after our flight had been delayed almost two hours, their was only one employee working. This extended our boarding time considerably. One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying.

Pros: Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!
