Delta has joint the nickel and diming airlines. The experience is getting worst by the day. 1,000,000 miles for a trip to Asia in Business Class where I got the same thing for just under 90,000 miles through an Asian airline. Where is Richard Anderson? Please come back!
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
I had an extensive delay on my previous flight and we had another delay due to the crew not being there. We were scheduled to have a late arrival but due to the delay it was even longer.
overall the crew onboarding and providing service during our flight was great; they were friendly and helpful. I said ok to the entertainment because there was none, but the crew explained why which was very helpful. I am a diabetic and the type of snacks are not diabetic friendly (full of carbs and sugar). However, I am always prepared because I know the catering is for the larger population.
No tv. No free wifi. They need to ipgrade these planes - especially on a 2 hour flight.

Flight was 2 hr. delay, making me miss my connection to my final flight home to Roanoke. Now 12:38am in the morning and I just got the first available ticket at 5:30 pm tomorrow evening. Sleeping in the airport.
I am a die hard Delta flyer, but they missed it on this flight. It was on their very dated 717-200 aircraft, which I knew when I booked it so I knew it wouldn’t have seatback screens. However, the internet was awful and it wouldn’t even send texts a lot of the time, much less even connect to the delta app. It was also very hot while in the air, which never happens. What was even more disappointing is that the crew only gave me cheezits and a beverage, even though I was in Delta Comfort. The main cabin fare gets these items. I didn’t get any kind of improved snacks and that was unacceptable. The crew wasn’t very visible at all either. If this was my first delta flight, it would be my last. I am just going to assume it was a one-off flight.
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
Flight got canceled 4 times, missed my connecting flight due to delays, have to wait to go home tomorrow
Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
Every time I fly American they end up delaying the flight significantly and claim it’s due to weather, however, it was a beautiful clear sunny day in Dallas today. Unfortunately, these significant delays occur more often than not which I don’t experience on any other airlines. Yet American Airlines consistently faults the weather and never holds itself accountable for the poor and unorganized service. I will keep my business with Delta, United, and JetBlue going forward. American Airlines should not be part of the “Big 3” considering United and Delta are light years ahead. JetBlue is also much ahead of American. American needs to step up big time

American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.
Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?
The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.
Flight got delayed like 5.5 hours and the only compensation I got were 270 pesos which is nothing compared to the cost of a full meal at an airport or a hotel stay since the flight was during the night. No one seemed to know anything as of why the plane was delayed and I had a poor experience with the customer service line from the airline.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
One of the flight was delayed an hour. We then boarded a new flight. We were told to unboard after some other time. To wait for the next flight for another hour. I paid for a short flight that turned in to half a day of travel.

They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water

Very disorganized way of get off the plane. The staff didn’t direct passengers get get up in an organized matter. Passenger were pushing each other trying to get out.

The check-in is either at a kiosk that didn’t allow me to check-in because my middle name was not on the reservation or at an agent that cost $15.

To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
Our flight got overbooked and we missed one day of our trip.

Check in at LAX was terrible. Unbelievable lines. Chaos. The landing in Morelia was scary, with the plane fishtailing. If other airlines flew directly between California and Morelia, I would never fly Volaris again.
