Cons: The food was really out of the Avianca standard. The quinoa “salad” was frozen. I asked the flight attendant and he told me it was supposed to be room temperature, but it was crystallized. Understand it was Ash Wednesday and no meat was serve (cheese quiche was ok).

Cons: There was additional security screening at the gate (terminal 1 gate 111). We were not allowed to bring the bottled water we had just purchased into the gate area. My wife became quite dehydrated and had to leave and then re-screen in the security checkpoint because she was so dehydrated. We were not informed of this additional security screening prior to arriving at this gate. I wish we were informed ahead of time and/or there was some water provided in the secure gate area.

Cons: So, because I was 3 mins late to the gate, they made me spend another $320 for a fligh next day. I'm still in Panama city. Its unbelievable how the plane is still there, with the corridor that takes the passengers to the plane still attached to it, and they can look me straight in he face and tell me they cant reopen the door. While I'm stressfully paying an extra $320 and knowing I'm going to lose 1 whole day of my vacation in Rio because of one little detail that could be solved by opening the door and letting me in, I see the plane there sitting in the same spot for another 15-20 mins without moving. Worst company service ever. Unbelievable. I will never fly with these people again.

Cons: The food has few to none vegetarian/vegan options. These days more and more people are trying to eat in a less cruel and healthier way. It would be great if you could keep up with that trend =) Otherwise it would really make me (and a lot of other people) happy if the disposable items such as cutlery and packaging were optional, so to reduce the plastic waste. All in all you offer a great service =)

Cons: copa airlines changed the timeline of my ticket from 10 hours to 22 hours duration one month before my flight back. When I landed in Panama there were no United representatives to issue me my boarding pass. For the next 14 hours I went up and down the airport to find help. When I finally went to the designated gate the Hnited representative told me this miscommunication happens all the time between Copa and United and there is nothing she can do. This is bad business and the customers have to suffer the consequences. I won't use this flight route again.

I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?
Cons: The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!

Others had their rolling pieces brought onto the plane and there was enough room, so I was a little worried about if someone was going through it or if it would make it to the destination. It did show up.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.
Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Pros: I liked the free in ight movies which makes a 5 hr plane ride a a lot more enjoyable. Having 2 rounds of free beverages was also what I liked. The seats are comfortable, plenty of leg room, love that there are plug/ports to charge you electronic devices.
Cons: What could have been better especially on a 5hr flight to Honolulu would be free wifi, free meals, if not free meals then 2 rounds of snacks, and I know it's out of the airlines control, but families with their screaming babies who's parents leave the tray down to keep their toddler entertained so she could kick it up and down through out the flight. I feel the airlines should place families with babies and toddlers together on a portion of the plane.

Cons: Had to sit on the tarmac for 35 minutes because our flight was “randomly” selected to wait because there was too much air traffic over Houston. Result: I missed my connection to my final destination. The airline promised that the other flights were alerted of the delay and that people would be there to assist. May departure gate was literally two gates away from my arrival gate in Houston. No one was there to help. No exceptions were made to get me on the flight, even as it was delayed at the gate for 15 minutes, meaning that they could have gotten me aboard. The whole experience made me very angry. After all this, I had to wait an additional two hours for the next flight.

Regular distributions of water was very helpful since I wasn't able to fill up my bottle before getting on the flight.

Cons: On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth.

Cons: We sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half while we waited for 'paperwork'. The captain kept trying to make it seem like our fault for missing our connections because we didn't have longer layovers in O'Hare. I barely made my connection. I know other people did not.

Pros: Delayed, still in Houston waiting for another flight to go back home since last night

Cons: My July 11 fiight UA1259 was delayed and I could not connect to Milan. I had to stay in Newark for 1 night. But UA assigned me a hotel about 1 hour driving from Newark Airport. I had to rent by my own money $160 a day. UA should arraign a hotel either close to the airport or pay the rental car for me.

Pros: Just your avergae flight and time for a quick flight to a nearby city
Cons: Just luggage being lost at the final destination was a despressing conversation

Cons: We did not like the video on the United flight that used the app. We were not told about this until it was too late and the instructions were not good for how to get the app--they were misleading. I had to go to the app store, not the United website. Also, our seats were changed without our knowledge and the flight description for the flight from Austin to Washington, DC, specified complimentary lunch and there was no lunch unless you wanted to buy it. This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided.

Pros: I boarded Lufthansa Flight# 568 on June 1st from Frankfurt to Lagos (my Destination) but forgot my pair of glasses. I made a couple of calls and was finally able to get a contact email address for He is the gentleman at the NAHCO AVIANCE office. He was not only very professional but went over and beyond corresponding well and was able to get the word across to the Malabo Airport where the flight finally terminated. My pair of glasses was returned from Malabo to Nigeria where I picked it up within a couple of days. I was so overjoyed at this display of fantastic customer service. Great job by the excellent team at Lufthansa. I'm going to remain with Lufthansa for future trips. Signed OF.

Cons: I was informed by text that flight would be 3 hours late but when I called I was told I would need to get to airport at least an hour before scheduled departure as They MIGHT get a new aircraft!!!! However when I got to airport the flight was now listed at 4 hours late. Then it was listed as 6 hours late and We arrived 6 1/2 hours late. I had missed my first trAin connection and lost part of that fee because of change then had to take UBER from airport to Penn Station in order to catch the LAST train to my home in upstate NY and was so late I could not call people to pick me up so had to take another taxi. The $50 credit you gave us did not even cover my extra taxi fares let alone aggravation AND the TV monitor in front of my seat did not work!! I am a United mileage person who flies regularly but to Texas and internationally but this was worst flight in years.

Pros: I like that since the fight wasn't full, and I didn't know until after I bought my ticket on kayak that I couldn't change seats. The crew allowed me and my friend to sit together.
Cons: That the window seat armrest doesn't raise to allow more room that's available.

Cons: My plans for travel were ruined because when I arrived at the airport for my flight I was told it was too late to check my bags, therefore I had to be placed on a later flight which then set off a chain reaction where I lost my rental car and missed various meetings at the event I was supposed to be at my final destination. The main issue was that when I purchased my ticket throughout Kayak YOU NEVER SPECIFIED THAT I SHOULD CHECK MY BAGS 45 MINUTES EARLY OR I WOULD LOOSE MY FLIGHT. YOUR LACK OF CLEAR INSTRUCTION SCREWED UP MY TRIP

Pros: Danny and tansha were friendly . They looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The kind of people that if we met on the street I'd want to hang out with.
Cons: The run through the Huston hub, to catch a flight in 10 minutes.

Pros: The attendants were friendly, knowledgeable, available. Flight was ahead of schedule.
Cons: Seats uncomfortable and cramped. Cold inside plane. "Free" Wi-Fi free only after you downloaded app. Didn't know I needed to down load app before we took off so then I needed Wi-Fi to download app, which cost money. Noisy inside plane. Ear plugs would be nice.

Cons: Though delayed through no fault of the airline, there was very little effort made to hold connecting flight for a few brief moments so that we could catch up to it

Pros: Flight itself was short.
Cons: It took longer to board and wait to take off than the entire flight lasted. Deplaning and receiving gate checked bags seemed to take longer than normal times. One of the attendants (don't know his name, but he had glasses) was not pleasant. He seemed to want to be anywhere other than there.

Pros: After loading and putting bags overhead, announcement came that we needed to change planes due to the starter on one engine didn't work. Then was advised we did not have to change planes, there would be a 20 minute delay because they had 'found' a mechanic. Flight went well the rest of the flight.

Cons: The people at the check in in Boise were unpleasant. Seemed angry and frustrated with everyone. Our flight from San Francisco to Boise was cancelled and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. The two flight attendants argued at least three times dragging passengers in on their fight. My husband and I were sitting in the back. It was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had my headphones. Then the flight attendant followed one of the passengers to the women's restroom at the SF airport to argue her point after overhearing she was going to email the airline!

Pros: Telling everyone not to fly United. Thank God United employs competent crew for their planes, please consider doing the same at corporate.
Cons: Being treated like cattle. Terrible customer service. Not feeding or providing accommodations for the elderly, children, families, and all passengers- regardless of lying about mechanical issues.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 4 hours and when I checked in the agents at the front desk offered me a $10 meal voucher to restaurants that were already closed, so it was basically useless. I had to walk to opposite end of the airport just to find something open. My seat and surrounding area were filthy. There was hard, crunchy food on the floor, the tray was sticky and the seat 'cushion' was rock hard. Being that I have a preexisting lower-back condition, sitting in that seat was horrible. When I asked a flight attendant for a wet rag to wipe the tray off they told me I could just switch seats and showed that they didn't care. Basically, it was a disappointing end to a great trip.

Pros: When they couldn't do their job they turned us over to American Airlines.
Cons: Cancelled our scheduled 1:30 pm flight from Austin to Chicago for "scheduled" maintainence. We drove 3 hours and spent almost $300 for a rental car to get to Dallas for the flight they put us on, which we couldn't make. We told the check in counter and they gave us boarding passes for an American flight that wouldn't leave until 10:00 pm but that we could try to get on stand by for an earlier flight. At this point we were already missing a concert we were trying to make in Chicago. Another $150 gone. We were lucky enough to make the 8:30 pm Dallas to Chicago with American and arrived at Ohare by 11:00 pm. All in all United wasted $300 on a rental car, $150 of concert tickets and 5 hours of paid time off I can't get back. Very disappointed. PS: they gave us food vouchers at the airport to apologize and they were already expired. They couldn't do one thing right.

Cons: It is June, not December. No idea why the delays. Got put on multiple different flights due to delays, missed connection and meeting. Turned around to go home at 3 am. It was hell. United is so disappointing, not the first time. Will avoid at all cost in the future.

Cons: It took almost 15 minutes to get my bag back that I had to gate check. We were not allowed to carry on.

Cons: The in-house wifi signal was constantly cutting in and out. Made it impossible to watch any of the media that was pre-downloaded on the United app.
